I was beyond satisfied with my first exam at this office! I went in for a contact lens refit and to possibly get glasses (which I ended up getting a quote for). Everyone in the office was friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and professional! I was taken back promptly and did not ever have to wait for service, which was great for me, as I was on my lunch, at the time of the appointment. The technician that got me prepared for the exam was great! The doctor was awesome and answered all of my questions, without making me feel rushed. The optician was super helpful, when putting a quote together for me and sold me a pair of polarized sunglasses for my 2 year old daughter, and I intend on returning to purchase the rx glasses asap! I was given two different trial pairs of contact lenses and they are perfect so far and just what I requested! I was an optician for many years so i know what to expect for a good eye exam. They also have a great frame selection for both eyeglasses and sunglasses! This office has it all! I only wish I were better at remembering names, so those involved could be personally recognized for their great work!! This is one satisfied patient and I will definitely stick with this team for my familys future eye care needs!

After returning from my eye specialist in Indy I encountered some problems from the treatment, I didnt want to have to make the return trip to Indy and my doctor said to go to my local optometrist. The staff was super kind and got me in right away. I love the way they were so supportive and relieved my pain and worry. I was scheduled for a follow up the next day and happy to report all is well. Thank you to the staff and doctors for your kindness and willingness to see me in an emergency.

Dr. Mitchell Reinholt was literally the best eye doctor Ive ever seen. He was super informative and made me feel extremely comfortable in the office and allowed me to express my concerns about my vision and noticing changes without feeling like I didnt know what I was talking about.Would recommend this office a million times and more.

Great Doctor - overall great staff. Very caring and actually listen to what you need. The only place in town that carry special glasses for children with down syndrome. Have always gotten right in at scheduled time.

After waiting at the front desk for a few minutes, Mitch came and got me and did a very thorough examination and I was out of there in 30 minutes.Very pleased with appointment.

1stt time going there. Love the prices after checking 3 places locally.my out of pocket for frames an glasses were cheaper than frames at other places. The staff were very helpful, courteous, they listen, dont push, pretty good selection of frames. I hope this will save people time in looking around town. Check this place out, 1st. I cant say anything about the Dr., or eye exam as I already had my prescription, so thats all I can comment on. Ordering my glasses today. Will rate later on time or how fast I get them. Gotta consider the holidays will be a bit of problem, then the fit and glasses.

De Johnson wA very thorough, however I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time. Then she Dillard’s my eyes which only took at ten mins, but waited 30 mins on her to come back in. The bad thing is We were the only car in the parking lot... so I’m not sure what took so long
