Dr. Rich performed three thorough eye examinations, for me and my two young children, and I was highly impressed. He was remarkably good with my children, encouraging my five-year-olds curiosity and handling my two-year-old with warmth and ease. He clearly knows his stuff and loves his job. This is the place to go for little children (and everybody else).

Ive been going to the Spectacle Shoppe for my eyecare needs for years. I wouldnt trust anyone else with the health and care of my familys eyes. Every interaction Ive had with the staff at the Spectacle Shoppe has been open, friendly, and quickly responsive. My glasses and contacts have also always been of the highest quality. No one--and I mean no one--does it better than these folks!

I have taken my 2 daughters (17 and 13) here for their first pair of contacts. This is the only place Ive ever been to that the doctor himself handles the whole visit start to finish, including the contacts class. He is very personable, great with kids (even the extras that I brought in......before covid) and the atmosphere here was just plesant. The staff behind the counter have been so helpful and nice to deal with. We love it here.

Our entire family has come to Dr. Rich and the Spectacle Shoppe for over 10 years for our eye examinations, glasses, and contact lenses. Dr. Rich has all of the state-of-the-art-tools to diagnose and address any issues. He is also very personable and takes the time to listen to his patients. The rest of the staff is great as well. They have a great selection and they take the time to make sure the fit is perfect.

Bought glasses from them a few days ago. Went to clean them and followed the instructions and cleaned them properly. Now I have scratched up lenses that are barely usable.
