Ordered glasses and they were the wrong lenses tryed taking them back with no luck they won’t fix them trash! Do not go here go to Walmart this place is a joke !!!!!

The worst company ever. It turns out that they are not part of Meijer. They are in fact tarnishing the Meijer repute. I got my eye exam done. It has been three months they were not able to send my prescription. The girl gave me incorrect contact lenses, when I turned to return lenses as told, the other lady said no need. Loretta was not helpful at all. No one can ever reach them as the phone is always out of order. The store manager also cant help, but just so you know they are not Meijer Optical. Contacts were not given with right prescription to me, my prescription was never sent to me as promised by Loretta. Id advise no one to go, and purchase from this unknown optical in Warsaw. By all means, Walmart is a better choice. I lost around $200 and didnt get the prescription. The customer service numbers are all stale, no one can help!! Got in contact with a person who said to send contacts, we will refund the (incorrect) lens fee; I have sent it in with their posted envelope, but no refund cheque is given to-date. Secondly, she said she will refund the eye exam fee, as no one from the store ever called for a second follow-up call. Why, because the phone is always out of order. The doctor will not give me the presciption now. I was charged over $50 for the eye exam. Nothing is done. Fake optical!!

Dr. Was really nice and helpful with my first eye exam, they are not pushy on over selling they let you pick, and give advice on which to choose. Really good prices!

If I could, I would give this Meijer Optical .5 stars for how much it lacks in not only styles, but also in safety glasses. ALSO, THIS SITE SAYS THEY OPEN AT 10, WHICH IS A LIE!!!! THEY OPEN AT 11!!! I had to wait for over an hour because I showed up right at ten just to get told that I would not be given my prescription because it was expired and useless. There are limited styles for normal every day frames, which are overpriced for a super market kiosk, and they do not sell Z87 lenses/frames, which is a necessity for most everyone who works in construction or in a factory. Very poor customer service, the person I was trying to work with gave a weird superiority vibe. I will not be returning, EVER. Seriously people, save your money and just go to Wal-Mart where there is more selection as well as nicer associates that are understanding and help you with all of your questions.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment while standing at the counter, wouldn’t answer questions about glasses and contacts. Manager and doctor were standing right there and wouldn’t help.

They got me a pair of prescription sunglasses AND a pair of glasses for less than it would have cost me at Lenscrafters for just the glasses. Deborah was super-helpful and patient through the whole visit.
