We love our new couch from Furniture Factory Outlet! Everyone was extremely helpful and made it an enjoyable experience, unlike some of the furniture stores in Fort Wayne. I definitely recommend!!

I went to this store to buy furniture. I have a whole house to furnish and the money to do so. My son was with me and I will admit for a second, was being not to the behavior that I expect from him. But I got that under control and went on shopping. We live in fishers, our furniture store have nothing so if I found something I was buying it. Well on the third time of the man making a comment about my son, I left. The two other employees in there socialized with my son, asked if he wanted to play with their dog…and were nothing but polite. But the one rude man fully ruined the sale and guaranteed I would make sure everyone knew they weren’t a family friendly store. People with children need furniture and are not going to play for a day of child care to simply go shopping for it. The way I was treated today was horrible. I promise, I will make sure to share this information with every single local person I can (and as a person who was raised here with a rather large family and lots of Facebook friends and groups it won’t be hard). Get some manner and learn how to treat customers. Because today was not acceptable.

Jordan helped us out when we went and she was super helpful. She showed us all the couches that fitted what we were looking for. Lots of options and a very welcoming atmosphere.

My first experience here and this place was awesome. By far, one of the best furniture stores I have been to. The prices are wonderful, a great selection, and most importantly the staff is friendly. No pushy sales person here, we plan to check here for all if our furniture needs! Highly recommend.

Its a nice local/outlet furniture store with friendly staff.

I had purchased a couch, love sofa,and recliner from them.The love seat started coming apart at the seems the first month.I had called and sent them the pictures and they had sent the repair guy to fix it.But then the others starter coming apart as well a few months later.I called and sent them the pictures through email like I was told, still no reply. Wish I wouldnt have purchased the set very cheap quality .

Great deals, great service and follow-up.Have bought from them twice, first a recliner for Mothers Day which was great deal. Second time was for new couches for main living room. Got two couches with an awesome ottoman. Great deal again. Had an issue with one of the couches, the back part came detached. Called and talked to Elaine who passed on the info to the factory right away. They called just a day or two later and were out to fix the couch. Have not had any issues since.

Just purchased a wonderful sofa and recliner chair. Amazing customer service!!! Allan is great to work with. Make sure to stop by and see him. We will only buy furniture here. They are not pushy or commission based!

This store advertises friendly sales people and great customer service, however that was not at all the experience I received! We were not acknowledged for over five minutes and once we were the sales lady was snooty. When she heard I was looking for used couch she walked away while I was in the middle of talking. The owner herself poked her nose into a conversation I was having with my husband about the rudeness and started an argument with me and ended up with telling me to leave the store and making very rude comments about my disability! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone! There are a couple of very nice furniture stores downtown Warsaw that are friendly and have good quality, thats sure where we ended up spending our money that day!

I had a very very bad experience with this store. Ordered a love seat for around $600 in Aug 2017 and the arm stitch came out in just 2 months. Though there is a warranty of 12 months and called the store, the guy came and mentioned armed to be replaced and they ordered it. Almost 15-20 days later, the request for fix routed to a local repair shop which I am still waiting to get it fixed. Pathetic experience !! Bad customer service and not good quality. Not recommended at all..

When I went to the place they helped me pick out a great bed set and mattress. The BIG problem is their delivery service! it SUCKED I dont think I would recommend them for that part. I was supposed to have my bed deliver and set up they delivered and they where missing the base of the bed. so they could set the whole bed up the guys that I had where very to them selves and left. they didnt explain much to me but say that Ashley furniture will call me tomorrow. I waited the next day and did not receive any phone calls I kept calling and was getting the run around until I had to actually go to the store and complain and to find out the drivers lied and said they built everything and nothing was missing. They wanted pictures of the furniture that was sitting in my room on the floor. Obviously if I had my bed built I wouldnt be wasting my time coming in to complain. They finally said that i had the option to go to the warehouse to pick up the missing piece and we put it up ourselves. So that is what i did because i did not want to sleep on the floor. We picked this big box up at the warehouse to drive an hour back home bring it up to the third floor of my condo and to find out it was the same exact piece we had at our home. They ordered the wrong piece. I kept calling to get this situated and they didnt deliver the until a week later and I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 3 nights . HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.

Bought metal dinning chairs in white with distressing but they were not white and the distressing was paint slapped on with a brush very cheap looking so returned them was told would take them back this time but they dont take back items that are ordered. What? Most of the stuff is ordered. So even if its not what you ordered you dont take it back? Will NEVER buy anything from them
