I purchased a vehicle site unseen from Crown. They took care of shipping to the lower 48 for me and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process of the status of all the many details. When shipping got delayed, Brian found a solution and got my vehicle delivered ahead of the original delivery date. I was slightly uneasy about purchasing a car without seeing it in person and trusting a dealership to handle all of the details, Brian and Crown did a great job!

Large dealerships often get a bad rap, however in hindsight I wish I had purchased my vehicle from one instead of crown motors. Sure I may have had to pay a bit more but a few extra dollars would have been worth it for a higher level of professionalism, and avoiding the hassle of having to waste my time taking my newly purchased vehicle in for repairs. To anyone reading this, learn from my mistake and don’t cut corners on your new vehicle, it wasn’t worth it.Also, don’t waste your time on their “warrantee” highly recommended you look into an alternative.

Justin is definitely the guy to see for getting things rolling. He was professional and helpful the entire process. He was nice enough to get the battery replaced free of charge when I had an issue with it the next day I drove it.

I let my guard down and bought a sold as is vehicle recently from Crown Motors without getting a vehicle inspection my fault I thought I could trust a dealership I have previously bought from and had a good experience from I was wrong. It wasnt until I wrote about my experience that lies were being told how I denied everything they offered to make it right. So I stopped dealing with them and taking this as lesson learned and will spend a few thousand more at the mechanic to actually get it running after it broke down after 50 miles. Always get a mechanic to throughly inspect a vehicle before buying because this wasnt a budget friendly vehicle like he told me it should have been listed as mechanics special.

They promised a tags and didnt fall threw and doged my texts/calls once I questioned it.
