Family first is the first thing that comes to mind about my experience. I had my toddler with me for 4.5 hrs and they were so patient and comfortable with her being there. First let me say Matthew was absolutely the best salesman. My husband and I spent 4 hours at another dealership. We will not say where. It was a waist of our time and we walked out. So with that being said, we were not a very happy couple. Matthew took a bad situation we had just experienced and did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted. Everyone at Lithia went way out of their way, even staying way past closing for us. If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend Lithia and Matthew as your salesperson. I was ready for a new truck and had been to a few other dealerships and they had some beautiful vehicles but just didn’t have salesman who cared about me or their sales apparently. I decided to check the inventory and the first salesman who came to help out was Matt Baskett and whoa! This guy not only knew his $hit but answered every question we had without hesitation. So we nailed down a truck and Matt made the whole process so smooth! I still keep in touch with him to make sure he’s still around. I will DEFINITELY continue going to Wasilla Lithia as long as Matt is still there and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go in and see him! Unfortunately my experience with this dealership went south real fast. Everything up to the purchase was smooth and comforting. I was already prequalified with my personal lender, a fact I disclosed to the sales team and one they acknowledged. When going to sign the documents to finalize the purchase, sales person (Matthew Baskett), brought out a credit app. I said why am I needing to sign a credit app when I am already approved (this is what makes me livid), he says the app is procedure and your credit WILL NOT be pulled since CU1 already pulled it and you are already qualified. I trusted them and they lied. Based off the information received by my lending institute, by unknowingly doing the approval process through the dealer it caused my to miss out on incentives with CU1. I am upset because the only person that loses in this situation is the borrower. Again, this is unfortunate because it is not my first purchase through them and they were great until that day. I definitely would not, and will not recommend them in the immediate or future.

I went to wasilla location for an oil change, which is part of the lifetime warranty. From 8:30am to 2:30pm I waited just for an oil change. Front desk worker told me he moved my car 3 cars ahead, since Im the only one waiting in lobby. Still, waited 2 more hours. Half a day spent for an oil change!

Just bought a car from this lot. The sales guy, I think his name was Mat. Was highly unprofessional, and did not care about me at all.Only cared about raising prices to benefit himself. Never reached out after the process to ask how I like the vehicle. Spent lots of money at this dealership so was expecting a better sales guy.He is too young minded to work here.

Went in for a walk-in oil change and inspection and when I arrived i was yelled at for not coming inside quickly enough, and the staff was rude to me the whole time. I was told I needed a new power steering rack amongst other things - the quote totaled to about $2100. They didn’t say a single thing about my A/C tank being full and needing unclogged. When I took it to another shop they couldn’t find anything wrong with my power steering, no play in any tie rods, nothing. And they quoted me only $350 for what I do need done. Do not trust these people. I did half the work I needed myself and saved myself probably $1800 by avoiding this trash.

But my husband said they had new management so suggested we give it a try. So I own 4 dodge vehicles; 2 Jeep’s a wrangler and a grand Cherokee ; and 2 Ram trucks, I have always serviced all my vehicles at Anchorage Dodge cause I worked in Anchorage. Now that I am retired I thought I would give my local dealer in Wasilla Lithia Dodge a shot at my business . I am the type owner that NEVER refuses any recommendations for service on my vehicles because I take care of my vehicles. After calling Lithia Dodge and telling them I would like all my filters changed on my 2017 3500 Ram that doesn’t even have 30,000 miles yet on it. The service dept told me sure come on in we work on a first come first serve, but should be no problem for a quick service. I drove the 30 min to get there. It took 10 minutes for anyone to greet me, there was 1 person sitting in a large waiting room. And all the service writers seem to be doing nothing but walking around. But sometimes dealerships have a lot going on. Anyways after finally get someone to see me. I was told No we have no time to service your vehicle today we are slammed!, but I could leave it with us or we can put you on a list. I said but I just called and drove over here like I was told to. Even though I do have3 free oil changes due to me at my Anchorage Dodge dealership. I wanted to service all my vehicles at my local dealership. I am so upset at they way this dealership handles its customers . Dodge always sends me surveys on my experience. Next time they do I will tell them how awful this dealership has treated a new customer. And I will inform them All my next new vehicle purchases will not be a Dodge or Chrysler product. I have owned Chrysler products for 50years and have always stood by them because of the customer service they provided. This dealership needs either new management, or someone to set them straight on custom service and the importance of quality service to all service customers new and old. Today was a sad day day for Chrysler n Dodge. They need to realize word of mouth is the fastest way to ruin even a large Company’s reputation. And always travels fast thru the community . I will be telling everyone I know, look at other product’s before purchasing a new vehicle, because Lithia Dodge has no clue how to handle phones or customers in that dealerships service dept. So sad because I literally spend thousands of dollars a year keeping my vehicles properly serviced! Hope this gets read by the owner of the dealership and Chrysler Corporation! I would not have been so upset if the dealership looked crowded or super busy, there was zero vehicles in the drive but me when I pulled up! Shame on you Lithia Dodge service department. No one that spends the kind of money new vehicles cost these days should be treated like that, just 1 truck 1 grand Cherokee was over $100,000, and I have 2 of each do the math! Even though my old dealership is over 2 hours away drive time. I look forward to returning to a place that cares about customer satisfaction and care! Told me they flushed my coolant. When I got home same coolant was in it with empty coolant reservoir. I know what OEM coolant looks like, I bought a jug from the parts department. When I put it in a water bottle and pulled some old coolant out with a turkey baster they weren’t even close. Shady business.

We recently had service on our Dodge Ram and it was excellent! We moved here 6 years ago and at that time were not happy with the service department so we would drive to Anchorage. We decided to give them another chance last year and WOW we were pleasantly surprised! They have had some major changes in management there. Janice and the service team went above and beyond both times to ensure they communicated all the details with us every step of the way! They have also continued to follow up to ensure we are happy and have not had any further problems. I am so thankful to be able to take care of all of our Dodge needs here in the valley again! Give them a call for any service needs from a simple oil change to complex service, they truly went above and beyond!

Got my vehicle in and out faster than expected for warranty work for recently used Jeep bought here back in September 2020. I am not happy that my warranty I paid extra for runs out January 2022: I paid a lot for 15 months of coverage on a used vehicle warranty, are you kidding me? Learn to read the fine print is the first lesson. Dont trust finance staff is the second, as it was not verbally disclosed.

The manager Troy and his team Gina, Travis and Jarod and everyone involved has went above and beyond for me. We live in Anchorage and choose to drive out to the Wasilla Lithia whenever possible because theyre always professional, helpful, and friendly. Three things the Anchorage Lithia on Old Seward is NOT. I honestly hate having to go to the Anchorage location.I had my Jeep detailed and asked for a uConnect update that addressed a faulty security horn blaring every time I used my physical inside door lock. They looked it up and applied it, funny how that works right? I have asked the Anchorage service shop multiple times and theyve never applied it, or straight up told me it didnt exist. Ive received multiple text messages from them also saying there was recall work needed on my Jeep. The Wasilla location checked and double checked, no such recall.Thanks for running a real business and caring about customers, Wasilla Lithia! Wish it would rub off on the Anchorage branch. Instead they tell customers with bolts in their tire, leaking 12psi overnight that its colder at night and when it warms in the day so your tires will do that (deflate) - riiiiiiiiiiiiight.

My husband and I dropped our truck off at 6:30 AM to be left there for the day for an oil change. I was then dropped off by my husband at work and had to find a ride to pick up the truck when I got off work at 4 o’clock. When I arrived I was informed that my truck had not been touched even though at drop off we were told it would be done that afternoon. Knowing that I was extremely irritated the parts department lady made sure to put it in the front of the line that they had and it was done within 45 minutes.

There was no pressure at any point in the process. Both the sales person and finance closer gave me options to choose from with explanations and disclosure about pros and cons of each choice I could make. I rode out feeling I’d gotten a fair deal and with a truck that fit my needs and my wants.The truck itself is a bit tech heavy for an older guy (that’s Chrysler’s fault, not Lithia’s), but the Sales person gave me the highlights, got me started on a few things, and pointed out where the support resources are for more in depth help in customizing the dash & displays.Lithia’s follow-up has been strong, too. I’ve had a couple calls from them making sure the truck’s running well, I’m getting the registration processes completed and the dash & displays set up. I don’t remember any other dealer making that kind of effort after the sale in all my other vehicle purchases.

Needed a new dashboard main wiring harness for our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Gave the parts guy the VIN. Looked it up and said, Not available, discontinued. I had to suggest a dealer search, which he should have known to do. (Lack of training?) Found a harness in Nebraska ($485) and bought it. He took care of the rest. To his credit, he did follow up on my order and called to let me know the part had arrived. Still, I was put off a little by the experience. Buy parts from them? Probably. Buy a vehicle from or get a vehicle repaired by them? Probably not.

After great hesitation of taking my Jeep in for her another engine after having it replaced only 40,000 miles ago I did. This time after some slight hiccups and having all documentation the engine was replaced under warranty. My service advisor Anthony kept me informed during the entire process. Bought a new ram truck August of 2020. The screws fell out of the mud flap. I brought it in and asked them to re attach it. They said they had an appointment available in a few days but if it is determined that its not a manufacturer defect, they will charge for the job. I guess i was expecting that after paying this much for a truck the screws wouldnt start falling out after a few months. And if they did fall out either come throw a few more in or send me home with some to install myself. Terrible customer service, never doing business here again.

Janice to Service Writer is an excellent person for the job. She covered all the bases for me on my 60,000 mile service pleasant to work with. A little disappointed in the tire rotation. The tire pressure was not checked and tire pressure was incorrect on the rotated tires, second time this was not done. Their shop rate is high, but I can only assume the work was done correctly. I had a spark plug change and air filters replaced, but my engine performance stayed the same.

I came in for an oil change mid afternoon, and right from the start, they had amazing customer service💜. I had my two kids with me, who are both under two, and was a bit nervous and anxious, knowing how kids can be😖. But their staff and waiting area were so kid friendly, and comfortable. They offered coloring books, and put on Disney+. They had my truck serviced in no time, including servicing a few recalls, and replacing a battery. They have some light amenities available, and bathrooms were clean.

I had scheduled (picture below) a test drive for a specific vehicle that I was told WAS on the lot and that I could come and drive. (This vehicle was also listed on Craigslist as well as their Website as available and in stock) Upon getting there I was told by a salesperson that this specific car I was there to test drive was LONG GONE. When I asked why I was told otherwise I got Well you never know what else you can find and a smile... I drove all the way from Anchorage to come look and test drive this car. Thats an hour each way. Not impressed and Im really discouraged that these people would 100% lie to customers before they even start their car buying process or get through their door..would DEFINITELY never recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla and this was the hands down worst car buying experience I have EVER had.

Took my truck in to get headlights replaced with bulbs I bought that day and was charged parts when I was told the day before I wouldnt. When I went to pick up my truck my bulbs were gone but I was still charged. Tried to call and they deny ever knowing I had bulbs even though they were gone from my truck. So either they put in my bulbs and charged me or someone stole them from my truck from the moment I dropped it off to them to the moment I picked it up either way my truck was in their hands and Im out 6 brand new bulbs and charged $280

Took my neon to get a chip key made when they went to code it it wouldnt, so when they cleared it they killed the brain that was 6 months ago, they still have it and havent made it right, I am now having to go a different route to see what can be done. I am writing to complain about the misleading information and false advertising concerning “Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla”. I made an appointment for an oil change since my reminder in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude displayed “Oil Change Required”. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased the “Lifetime Synthetic Oil Change” option that was offered. When talking with the salesperson, I was told that all I had to do was either bring it in for the oil changes at no charge through the “Fast Express Lane” service, or I could go online an make an appointment for service. I prefer dealing with businesses that offer services with appointments, and I went online, and made an appointment for an oil change for 09/25/2019 at 8 am. I arrived at the dealership at 7:45 am and when checking in with the service desk, was told that they do not honor appointments and it is all a first come first serve basis. I explained that their website specifically allows for the convenience of making an appointment and selecting the services wanted. It does the full compliment of picking a day, time, and service to be performed. I was also told that “Yes, the information crossed over to their service screens showing what was needed, but appointments are not honored and still first come first serve”. This meant instead of being able to make my appointment and complete my planned day, was told it would take about 1 ½ hours to perform the oil change due to the customers already in front of me. I again pointed out, that maybe they need to disable the website for making appointments since this was misleading, and was told “If we could, we would do that, but we can’t, so first come, first serve”. When I asked to speak to a manager about the situation, was told that he was the service manager and it is what it is, that I was welcome to coffee and a seat, or to come back at another time. I asked to speak to the dealership owner/manager, and was told he would be in later in the morning.Copies of this complaint are to be filed/sent to Jeep Corporate Contact Us, Michael Manley (CEO Jeep Division), Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce. Amazing sales team. Lance was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought and was great at filling our needs when it came to the vehicle we purchased. No “BS” when it came to price they were able to get us out of a vehicle we were upside down in and we didn’t have to roll over any negative equity with the rebates that were offered. Definitely a great buying experience and would recommend anyone to go see Lance to make a great deal.

Bought a new truck from them, and overall experience was great. I was looking for certain stuff in a vehicle and they helped me track down the vehicle that checked all the boxes. Signing paperwork through finance they worked and got me a great deal. Very pleased with everyone there. As well I have also taken all my vehicles there for service and have yet to have an issue. So from sales to service this dealership is on top of it.

We were selling our car privately and were contacted by Willy Stryken to enquire about selling directly to Lithia in Wasilla. He made an excellent offer that was very close to our advertised price so we accepted.The process was extremely smooth although we couldn’t get our check that day due to office hours being finished in Seattle. We agreed for it to be couriered fo is in Anchorage the next day.When it looked like it might take extra time for postage to get to us, Willy offered to pay for an Uber trip from Anchorage to Wasilla and back to pick up the check personally.We took him up on that offer and the funds are now in our account.Through all that time Willy has been a fantastic guy to deal with and made sure we we always looked after and any concerns we had were addressed.Fantastic customer service!!

I have been a member of the Lithia family for 10 years with no complaints. I was happy when Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram opened in Wasilla so I could continue to be a member of the Lithia family without traveling to Anchorage. When I was ready to make a vehicle change it was the first place I went and was happy with the the entire experience. They have a great staff who is knowledgeable, willing to please with great customer service and attitude! I want to thank Randy Richards for a positive hassle free transaction without pressure! Randy was and remains available to answer any question I may have with a smile! He worked with me to find the vehicle I purchased, a Chrysler Town and Country Touring Van. I highly recommend Randy Richards and the entire staff at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla!

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had! I purchased my first brand new Jeep and absolutely love it! Ryan and Mitch were wonderful! They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. No pushy sales guys and I wasn’t rushed at all. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a chance for those of you looking for a new vehicle.

Nistor and Mitch are great sales personnel. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. They answer all questions on the spot or will answer them as soon as possible. The service department is outstanding. April (service advisor) kept in touch with me and had me in and out the same day. Phil (service manager) was quick to get me help and on my way when my new vehicle had a small issue. Glad I picked this dealership. Great parts department and friendly employees. Not the usual Alaskan dealership.
