The reason it is my third experience is Magnum Motors is simply the best place to get a used car in the valley.Unlike other dealers who hunt you down, the experience is you-oriented and led. You can cruise the lot and find what suits you and your needs. Go in, find an available sales associate and tell them what interested you. They hand you the keys and let you check out the vehicle without the dealer. When your ready, you can ask to test drive, and they give you fifteen minutes with the car to verify your choice.When you read, the buying experience is fast and as easy as your vehicle finding experience. The sales associates are super friendly and do not push anything.Magnum Motors, in short, is fantastic and if you want a new/used vehicle this is the place to come. Remember this is all you: the associates don’t hassle you until you want them.

Who has a 5 star experience at a car dealership?? I guess me! 🤣Corey lives up to the hype all the other reviews stated. We called late in the evening about a popular, low milage crossover and he assured us he would call us if it sold before we could get to Wasilla. We got into the dealership the next morning and he knew exactly who we were. He recognized another customer and greeted them by name while we were there too. The company obviously fosters attention to detail and customer service.The price we paid out the door was right at KBB (hard to find in AK) and they offer a bumper-to-bumper warranty at an excellent price. They have a direct relationship with Alaska USA so I didnt have to do any bank legwork at all.Just an excellent family business--we will be back!

I happened to be with my family in the Wasilla area when I saw what looked like a fine ride; so I stopped by Magnum Motors after having lunch. Ive had many bad experiences with so called dealerships whos sale persons swoop down from a perch like hawk; and expected this to be the same. Nothing was further from the truth! I was allowed to look at the vehicles without interruption, and when I was done I then went inside to ask the questions. Both gentlemen were very friendly and Cory invited me to look at the vehicles interior. He then let me test drive it while he checked the financing options. I asked to see a specific car that they had posted online and all they did was hand me the keys and say it is on that side of the building while pointing. I couldnt find the car for 20 minutes, it was not where they pointed. When I finally found the car I tried to start it up and look at the gauges and hear how it ran, it didnt. The car was dead. I took the keys back and walked out, they dont maintain their lot well, Id be afraid to buy a car from them.

I am active duty military living in wasilla and have shopped around here in wasilla and anchorage searching for a almost new slightly used reliable vehicle for the best deal and best quality service. Finally found that at magnum motors. Very friendly, humble and willing to do what it takes to take care of you without making you feel pressured or overwhelmed. If your worried about tax here in the valley you won’t pay more than $15.00 on the total loan. We wanted a vehicle that they had in saldotna and they drove down same day to pick it up to bring it here to wasilla for us to test drive and look st before deciding to buy. We also traded in our car and they gave us more than we thought we could get. So if your looking for a good car with great mileage, great price and service to match. This is where you should go! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended, especially for my fellow military service members. Most dealers want to just take advantage of us, but you won’t feel that way here!

I’ve been told to stay away from this place from personal friends over the years who has dealt with them but I saw a vehicle I liked and decided to give them a shot and regretted going in. My salesperson was Lex. If you get this guy then I would ask for another salesman if you’re set on dealing with this place. I can’t speak about their other sales personnel but Lex was rude, condescending, and a liar. Contrary to popular belief there are honest salesmen in the car business, I’ve met them before and Lex is not one of them. Lex is the epitome of the classic cliche bad saleman. Waste of my time. These sales guys and gals have a skill, which is being good at lying and being able to put on a pokerface, once they get too many complaints at one dealership, they just move on to the next. I understand this is a business and they have to make a buck but if you’re going to steal people’s hard earn money, at the minimum don’t be condescending.

Got a great deal on a 2010 chevy aveo, excellent interior, exterior, and mileage. Only reason I cant give a 5 star is: A day after buying the aveo I realized that the car was overheating, due to the fact that there was. zero coolant in the reservoir. Not the dealerships fault. They had told me a detailer was working on the vehicle. The detailer must have flushed the coolant system and forgot to replace the coolant. Were all human, we make mistakes. Just small advice for buying a used car. Make sure the car has ALL its fluids.

Consumer protection notice: Magnum motors fixed are car even though it was as is no warrenty...bad catalytic converter $800 on them... ford has a recall on our wifes car, 580 to fix it because supposedly it was already fixed a year ago just before we purchased it....we bought it from kendall ford, WHAT A MISTAKE!!! all they will do is 15% OFF...LESSON LEARNED. MAGNUM MOTORS YOU TRULY DO CARE AND THANK YOU!!!

If this story is too long for you to read, heres the short story: Magnum Motors lists non-functioning cars, lied about their functionality over the phone two days prior to a scheduled test drive, then laughed us off when we requested the $40 gas money that it cost to drive from Wasilla to Soldotna to see this non-functioning beater-without-a-heater.If a seller lists an item and its out of date listing, whoops.When a seller lists an item, verifies over the phone that it is present and serviceable in advance of a 400 mile round trip to see this vehicle, and discovers its non-functionality on the morning of (two days later), he had ample opportunity to ensure its functionality before we shot down there.After a promise to quickly fix the issue and ship it to their Wasilla location, we were summarily blown off all week and had to hound them to discover that they had sold it to a wholesaler on account of too many issues to fix.So, upon determination that this situation is a picture-perfect example of what fraudulent advertising is intended to prevent, I requested reimbursement of the approximately $40 it cost us to not see a car in Soldotna.He laughed at me.So, thats Magnum Motors of Wasilla and Soldotna for you.
