We made a request for oil and were told they’d deliver on 2/1, the day a major storm was to hit us. We were very happy to see the truck in our driveway today (a Sunday!). Driver was very nice. It’s nice to see a company plan ahead and put the safety of their drivers and their customers first.

I will not go elsewhere for my oil needs. Best prices, great customer service and have never let me down in my 15+ years of using them. Theyve bailed me out in tight situations a few times but usually come in 1-2 days after you call them. I also use their furnace cleaning service and I really like the guy they send every year-very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Thank you BCF!

I ran out of oil on Sunday Feb 2021 it was 10 degrees piping was starting to freeze I called and he said he wouldn’t get there until late Monday or Tuesday weather permitting he apologized.He called me back in 5 min and said he has driver that will be there in 2hours. The driver was there in 35 minutes. I highly recommend. I was in a bind and they came through.

TWO THUMBS DOWN‼️they will not give you an eta (estimated time of arrival) this company expects you to leave the payment (cash bc if you pay cash it’s wayyy cheaper) outside of your home. This company is shady...And it is not BrassCity Fuel it is Thurston Energy...The staff is rude and disingenuous. The receptionists have zero ppl skills.This company has really gone downhill from back in the day when my grandfather used them.Good thing there are a bunch of other companies at the ready to fill our order. Will NEVER use this company again. Life is too short to be treat poorly for a service that has so much competition. I would rather pay $10/gal then use this company just to save a couple bucks.

Cash price seemed great, was going to completely fill my tank.I scheduled a week in advance and took the day off to wait for the truck so i could pay in cash. I called in the AM to see if i could get an ETA, and was told he should be here by 1. Ive waited home all day with my front door open. My dog goes crazy at anyone nearby. He never showed. I called about 2:15, and was told that the driver wrote down that he stopped by and nobody was home. I was told they could put me on delivery for tomorrow, he has gone home for the day. No thanks for wasting my day. No business from me. One star because they are at least nice on the phone.

They fill my tank regularly and are always on time and often the cheapest company I call. Thank you for the great service, you made a customer out of me.

Terrible service.. the day before delivery, the guy on the phone told me they would arrive between 8 and 9am... so i made it a point to go to this house and wait for delivery... 10am comes around and i called the office.. she told me itll be there by 2pm... meaning, the trucks get back to the office by 2..so itll get to my house before then... thats like saying, the sun goes down by midnight..no kidding!!! . she was too lazy to call the driver to see how much longer is it going to take to get to me.. i cant just sit there and wait an entire day for oil delivery of all things..im a essential worker that need to be at work!! . how do you not provide a window of time for delivery? when every industry in the world can provide a 2 hour window.. gas company, electrical company, frontier.. verizon... some of these companies are monopolies and they are customer centric... youre telling me when there are 100 other oil companies that i can go with, you cant provide me a 2 hour window.. improve your customer service or youll be out of business..... improve your front office staff or well go somewhere else... its not that hard..

We have received great service from Brass Oil, and also have gotten great prices!!! I got my first delivery, and before I could even call them for more they called themselves to get the ok from the program I am working with!!! I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had oil for the holidays!!!! I would and have told all my friends about them and their great service!!!!

If you need oil/furnace service I would Recommend Brass City.Came out ASAP to fill tank.

Last night my furnace stopped running at 10:30pm. I looked for an emergency service and all the 24 hour places were closed or did not service my area. I called 7:30 a.m. to Brass City Fuel and were very accomodating. Within an hour and a half the tech was here. My transformer was shot and the nozzle was wrong. He had all the parts and fixed it very quickly. The labor price was suprisingly a great price. Way less than my anticipated cost. The tech was really great and professional. I am a very pleased customer and they have all my future business when I need it. Thankyou Brass City Fuel!

Delivery was quick and prices are fair. However, The delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. The owner was seemingly trying to deflect blame and at one point tried to tell me that sometimes elderly people hear things differently (This family member is not elderly). Long story short, I was working and a family member(XYZ) was there to pay the delivery person. XYZ mentioned to me that they were scolded and talked down to as if they were a child about some maintanence issues (which I had planned to take care of this spring. My family member apologised and mentioned my father (recently deceased) had to have known about this but, XYZ didnt know details. The driver replied Oh... well he should have told you... Although not required, no sympathy or understanding was shown for the situation. I have talked to several people who used this service and they stated that they are well known for this problem. This harsh rating is because customer service is 90% of the job. 1/5 stars currently, 4/5+ if the drivers were professional and the owner didnt try to shift blame.

I called B&H to give deliver me oil during the snow storm and they came right out. I will always use them. Great service.

Graffiti on MY HOUSE! --READ THIS--after oil delivery I look at my house and found the driver Tagged my house with permanent marker. After the Third Time I Contacted owner of BRASS CITY FUEL and THURSTON ENERGY, THURSTON OIL-- he says the drivers do it for address verification. The Three house numbers on my property dont verify??? Unprofessional....Just found out this happen to my neighbor Too.

Customer service representatives very rude. After a few years as a customer, I am done! Plenty of options. I’d go elsewhere

Awful company stay clear of them they will come and fill your tank then expect you to pay after horrible service.
