I stop there Saturday with a friend that has a problem with the fine and the while lady I didnt know her name was very unpolite, star yelling at me and talking with not a good attitude because I toll her my friend was there Friday and so.eone make him pay his.month again, she didnt told him that the tower of internet wasnt working well and told him he needs to pay to activate the phone when he already paid a prepaid on family dollar. So if she doesnt want to treat people well when someone stop there with a problem with the phone I dont know why she works there. Im glam I change to Verizon years ago, and hopefully my friend switch too ...

Service is okay. Decent internet speeds. Horrific customer service. They will help you solve your problem, however, they are anything but timely and the representatives aren’t friendly or well mannered.

Boost just isnt for me any longer. Your unlimited internet speed isnt what it should be. You slow down my speed telling me Ive reached my limit of data usage. Unlimited means just that, UNLIMITED! I WILL NOT be continuing with this service oncemonthly has expired.

I switched from metro to boost about a month ago, got a brand new iPhone 7 for only $29. Unlimited service is great and fast

Poor managment, id give 0 stars but thats not an option! This was my first time in a boost store and I will never go to a boost store again, bust buy is the place to go people! The phones are cheaper and they will activate your phone for free! Unlike boost who charges $28!!! And some bogus insurance thats manditory? If im buying a phone out right and do not want to purchase insurance, it shouldnt be mandatory!

Arrived and was greeted by employee, but he really didnt seem to want to be hands on. Evident by being glued to his chair. No recommendations but answered questions, except with my 32 gb id be purchasing he claimed it really be 26gb which I understood. Got home, Bam its really 16 gb! Nice. Setting up my account he mispelled my name, and entered a random birthday. Seems to care. Was finishing up and he stated I got a free month of insurance and 6 of tidal. Got home, and getting my phone set up I signed up to boost and fixed the errors, but wait theres more! My $50 plan said$57 must be a common buisness practice to charge for a free month. Manage to remove the add on to avoid making a trip next month to inquire why i was charged $7 more dollars again. Im a reasonable guy and 1 star seems reasonable for the misinformation, hands on account set up, and nice extra $7 charge. Place looked clean at least ditto.

They are usual friendly. They do have a big problem opening up on time though. This is the 3rd time i will have to make a second trip to the storeThey are supposed to open at 10 and still havent opened. Very frustrating!!!
