Stephanie was amazing. Worked well under pressure with all the customers. She was Excellent and very patient with my toddler .
Today I went into at&t Waterloo location the sale person was very helpful with answering all my questions I’m really impressed with the way they work with customers and they had an outgoing personality

Stopped into the store for some help with my phone. Austin I believe was able to help me out and fix the issues. The manager as well was friendly and helpful.
I have stopped in and Austin is very polite and greets me when I come in doesn’t remember me but always ready to help me with what ever needs I have.

Didn’t get any service where I live. Switched carriers and they locked my phone. No one could help me to unlock it. Lost my passcode and there was no way to get anything done without it. There’s no go around you either have your passcode or your screwed. Customer service sucked.

I am in the hospital with covid and my bill is due and they will not give me extension. Its crazy how they will not work with me during a time like this. There more about there money not there customers.

Employees will help you and fix your devices but if you maintain the problem that you came in for they will blatantly tell you they dont know what to do to fix it.
I am past my 14 days but want to exchange my phone for a different one. I called into this store, talked with Summer, and she said her district manager has ways around doing an exchange past the BRP. I went to the store yesterday, and the manager said there was no way to exchange my phone after i was told that i could and that i would have to pay a $55 restocking fee, plus the difference in taxes upfront and that an iPhone 12 Pro would be shipped to me and then i would need to mail in my current iPhone 12. I am so mad that i was told with great enthusiasm that they could exchange my phone and i waisted my entire afternoon at that store being told no. No one even called the district manager while i was there either. I was promised something they broke that promise. Also, i remember when i called in, it said it was recorded. So they could go back in the recordings and see that they told me i could exchange my phone and what needed to be done and what would happen
Nathan from another store was more than helpful. When his computer went down TWICE he kept cool and figured out. He didn’t hesitate to call for help when needed. I appreciated his great attitude and willingness to help us. And get exactly what we wanted on this busy.
Tim is an AMAZING person and team member! He was so tentative and helped multiple customers, and there was a wonderful, and organic flow to his assistance. I truly hope you value his attentive skills and amazing customer service because he is a HUGE asset to your team! Please let him you know appreciate him!
Find another store. I am 50 days past transaction (Daughter traded in an XS Max for a iPhone 12), and still no credit to the account (the $700 trade in promotion). Anthony handled the transaction, provided no paperwork as evidence of a trade in, AT&T has no documentation of a trade in ... and we are on the hook for $700 due to all of this. Last month, while speaking with AT&T (Corporate), the service agent called the store personally to try and resolve this issue for me, and Anthony hung up on the Corporate representative. When my Daughter calls Anthony and asks about the credit, he tells her Everything is ok, it takes time. It doesnt take 50 days. At this point, I think its time to pursue legal action against the store and the manager for devious practices. Longer story short, do yourself a favor and drive to Cedar Rapids to deal with a Corporate Store.

The store manager, Ryan, was a great help. He did a great job despite the system not cooperating and being the only employee working at the time. I was signing up for a new line, plan, and phone. He explained to me what was going on every step.I only hope they are able to hire more people soon. It is disappointing to head into a store and only see one employee working. Disappointing to both the customer and the employee.
IThis store itself is great customer service. They remembered me by name. I ended up switching because the service sucked. I stayed with them for 7 years because they have the best customer service out of all wireless places I have been.
Tyler was fantastic. Would recommend this location and experience over any other AT&T experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been loyal customers for 19+ years. Professional, took interest in our objective and executed efficiently.
I had a great experience at the Waterloo, IA, store. Alicia was wonderful and went the extra mile to make sure I received my product in the most timely manner because it had to be shipped. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and I enjoyed our conversations. I wont hesitate to do business there again.

I personally dont use AT&T, but the workers were really nice to us and they tried their best to help us! They even were playing cartoon networks regular show when we walked in. Felt homey!
What a great store manager they have with great knowledge of the wireless industry!!! After being passed around for over a month from customer care...I was finally given a solution that at least 4 different supervisor in customer care couldnt give me!!!! Time well spent!!!!
The staff at this store is absolutely fantastic. They are all very friendly and helpful. Today I set up an install for DTV with Alicia and Tyler. They helped me make sure I picked the right package and everything else I need. Love the staff!

I would like to take a minute to thank Chaneka and Tyler for going above and beyond to help me out of my problem. I was having problems with a phone that I had brought in to be activated to our account . I was having problems with communicating in my home. We discovered that my problem was that I needed a certain type of phone that I needed to resolve my issue. Chaneka took her time and her knowledge to go to work for me. She first callled the customer service rep for the phone that I had purchased and we had discovered that this phone did not meet the requirements. Chaneka also went as far as to research what phone I could use. She then went on line to the competition to see if they had the phone that I needed. We were able to find a phone from At&t that met my needs I want to let you all know that if you visit the At&T store in Waterloo you will not be disappointed. Again I thank Chaneka and Tyler for their great service !!
Staff is extremely knowledgeable in every time I come into the store Im always welcome with a warm smile theyre always willing to make me laugh its one of the highlights of my day
We upgraded our phones at the Waterloo location and the Alisha was so kind, informative, and funny!! We had a really great experience!
It has a nice personnel, but the store does not have a high end feeling regarding the products. The direct tv is a distraction and they do not carry all the line of products.

The associate could not answer our questions, If he was untrained he should not have been left in the store by himself this last Sunday. We ended up walking out
I had a lot of questions related to my tv service and the pros and cons of switching and Alicia the store manager went over everything in detail with all the pros and cons of the options as well as the benifits of bundling phone service if I switched providers
