Very friendly customer service. Evan was very helpful with upgrading my phone. There was another woman, didn’t catch her name, who assisted in some other concerns I had with my plan. I was in and out with a new phone and changes to my plan within about 30 minutes. Def recommend you go to this location if you’re in the area!

Customer service is POOR. They do not back up the products they sell. I purchased 2 sets of screen protectors and 2 cases .The screen protector cracked within a couple of days of them putting it on. I went back to show them and they said I would have to take it up with the company who makes the screen protector for warranty . If you sell a product it should last more than a few days and a company should return inferior products they sell. I would NEVER purchase anything from this store. Like everything else in the world today I try to support the local stores and some of the local stores like this dont want to be supported??? Went to Amazon got a protector for half the price and it has lasted

Recently purchased phones at Waterloo Russell Cellular. Worked with a young man named Kohl. He was very helpful. Had answers to all of our questions and is very good at his job. I highly recommend Kohl.
Horrible service. Will never go here again. The lady was extremely rude. Refused to help us in anyway. Pretty sad that this type of behavior is allowed.

My first visit to this store. When we arrived the associate didnt acknowledge us when we walked inside. There was another man waiting who left after 40 minutes. We waited 55 minutes without a word from the guy working behind the counter to let us know he would be with us, didn’t ask how he could help us....nothing. The store closed at 8 pm we left at 7:55. We came to buy a new phone but never will we ever step foot in that store again. There was a lot of talking and not a lot of working to get finished with his customer to assist the others!!

There was a time I would drive by the Waterloo Verizon store to visit one in St. Louis . There was a time the help/knowledge/friendliness was hit and miss in Waterloo. Have visited there three times in the last month and each time Nathan waited on me. I could tell by his interaction with the other workers (Christina) (?) and incoming customers that he was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. My nerves were eased because I knew when I saw him there the 2nd and 3rd time I visited that I was in good hands. Thanks to whomever hired he and Christina (?). Good job! Thank you!!
Personnel were not exactly going out of theWay to help me with understanding how to get out of my problem& get the screen correct. I didnt know what I did to make iact up. Always before personnel had been very helpful and friendly to work with me. Iam not very good at these techy things as it is.
The Employee that helped me could have cared less about me as a customer. It was obvious she didnt want to be there and just wanted to get rid of me and go home.

Because Verizon themselves cannot figure out how to fix my phone has been messed up since the day I bought it and its been going on 3 months now
Everyone at this store is basically clueless. No one could answer a simple question and when they did they gave the wrong answer. I tried to switch to a new phone, for my wife, which took almost 2 hours because the employees dont actually know how to activate a phone. I have switched phones online in about 10-15 mins. During the process of switching phones the employee asked me 5 times for the phone number. On the 6th time asking, I wrote it down for her like she should have done after the first time. They take incompetence to a new level. After they finally got the phone switch over my wife decides a day later she wants her old phone back so I pay the restocking fee and return the phone. Which was another 1 hour or so of my life I wont get back. I get my bill and verizon is charging me for the phone I returned. Apparently they didnt do the return correctly and remove the phone from my account. I now have to go again to the store to fix this issue. Either there is no training or these employees are completely incompetent. I recommend you stay away from this place like the plague.One last thing you can only get 3G service in the store. Incredible
