On January 18th i Walked into the US Cellular store to inquire about apple watches . When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a manager who said such and such will be with you shortly. He asked me to sit down and wait for the gentleman. When the kid arrived he said what can I do for you. I told him that I needed to make a payment and inquire about apple watches. Once my bill was paid I asked him if I was eligible to add two apples watches, he looked into my account and said I was. After that I could tell he was getting moody. He said just so you know I will have a deposit with that, I looked at him and said that fine. Before he even ran my Credit he tells me you will have a deposit. I could tell immediately that’s he was annoyed and impatient.I do have one former advice from him if he does not like his job maybe that’s not the business he should be in dealing with customers.I was getting more and more frustrated with the situation they way he was talking to me and how disrespectful he was. He keep my steering me to go somewhere else and buy watches and come back and activate them. He said people go to Best Buy and buy them and bring them back here. That was so rude the way he treated me like I didn’t have money or something like that. I ended up getting frustrated and walking out of the location. Because nobody deserves treatment like that. It’s not like I was asking him to buy my watches for me.What is happening to this world, what happens to customer service???Anyways I will never be going back there or I will definitely be switching carriers or buying anything from US Cellular moving forward.

Longtime US Cellular customers shouldnt be treated as badly as I was at this store. Been with this company since 1995 and usually very happy, but the customer service representative at this store that I spoke with today was rude and told me he wasnt going to argue with me about something that was not the case and needs to be reminded that customers especially one thats been with a company this long as I and should be afforded a bit of respect. I will not be upgrading and getting ready to switch phone carriers!!!

Going to a cell phone store over the noon hour is a risky thing. We expected long lines and customer congestion. Happily, none of that was true.We were greeted immediately upon walking in and were seated immediately with Paris. We found Paris to be bright, professional, knowledgeable and honest.She answered all of our questions fully and to our satisfaction, even when we asked her to repeat certain information or provide written handouts for us to take home.We have been with US Cellular since the 90s, never once changing cell providers. The reason we stay with US Cellular is their customer support a second to none! Paris was just another great example of that! Thank you!

I went in just a little bit ago and I was greeted at the door, my name was taken and what I was there for. I didnt wait very long and they were able to help me and finish what I came in for in a timely manner. There was also a man who ended up throwing his phone (due to him breaking it, not because of the representative) and the staff was very professionalittle and asked him to leave. Thank you! You people are very helpful and many take that for granted.

I should start by saying if you have business with them going to the Crossroads location is probably your best bet. Also, what they tell you over the phone and what they tell you in person will likely be two different things.Wow, these guys must have to take classes on how to lie straight faced. As a whole, this business will tell you one thing and do another and bill you for both. Their cellular service and customer service are both sub-par.If you must deal with them, get EVERYTHING in writing so that when they dont hold up their end you have paperwork to take to the BBB.Masters of the Fine Print.

I bought a phone screen cover amd it broke while it was in my pocket only a week later and I didnt want to pay $10 to get a new one shipped to me. The woman i worked with was rude and short with me when I explained to her my issue. I did get a new one for free but Im never going back...

Absolutely the worst retail experience Ive ever had. I was greeted by an employee, who took my name-nothing else. Told me that I would be helped very soon. After checking out some of the new tech, and looking at the different displays. The retail Associates were helping people from the street, and had never even asked me what I needed help with! Thirty minutes completely wasted. Luckily theres a Verizon store just a few blocks away.

I have been a customer at us cellular for years and today is the day i am taking all of my lines to verizon paid my phone off and got billed twice just to upgrade over a week ago so i could pre order the s10 it didnt even ship until the day it was released. Why even pre order something that you will have to wait 3 days after it comes out to get it. Called customer support and got no where didnt want to help me in any way. They pretty much told me to go to verizon then.

Well while i was trying to setup my account, the lady was busy with her friend whos dad kicked off his plan. Took almost 2 hours. After. Telling me i would get to jeep my old phone. Told me to call her the next day so we could change it over. She was on vacation for a week. Tried paying my firsts months bill and they had my name wrong. I still get bills in the mail addressed to sean(even though i spelled it out for the guy on the phone) i get ad text messages and telemarketers calling my phone on a regular basis. 3 days after my bill was due they called me 7 times and left 3 texts. Place is a joke!

Screen broke on my phone after less than a day of use while sitting in my pocket. Techs were unhelpful, unfriendly and did not seem to have any idea about anything. Was misled about whether or not the phone could be fixed in store, after calling several locations discovered that Galaxy S3s could not be serviced in a store. This business WILL sell you defective and damaged units and expect you, the customer, to pay for their repair. Avoid.

Terrible service. Dont plan on getting out of there in less than an hour, ever. Came in to discuss my bill that is over $100 more a month than quoted, after my first bill was more than double. Couldnt even get anyone to acknowledge I was there. Push the sale and forget about service from there out.
