Beats the hell out of uhaul (uhaul couldnt get me a truck even after reserving one a month ahead of time) The 26ft truck I rented was clean, drove well, and got me moved quickly. Penske is the Way to go. Thank you Green acres storage

Penske has the best trucks in the industry, they are always clean and if there is ever a problem they have great customer service! The Waterloo facility is beautiful and the employees are trained to go above and beyond to help every customer with their specific needs! You wont find that any place else!

If I could give no stars I would was told by corporate 3 times that they would have a car Dolly at there place and that it was being hiked there. When I got there the last was rude when I tried to show her the email confirmation she said well I cant fly one here. Wouldnt look at email nothing. I called corporate from there and nothing was done I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY FRON PENSKE budget is cheaper anyway
