I was extremely happy with the three young men who came to move my family. They were all polite and answered any questions I had. I would rate all of them at a 5 stars. They worked diligently and that reduce the amount of time for the move. It cost me less than half the e-statement. Thank you very much, and I am Tell ng others of your great service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their customer service is non-existent once they get paid. They caused damage and have ghosted us in our attempts to inquire about repairs at our new house. We completed an inter-state move with Two Men and a Truck in July. They inventoried our house prior to the move, so they knew what it entailed. On Day 1, they sent four men to load and it took the entire day (never mind the fact that two of these guys were completely unprofessional with their vulgar conversations in front of my young kids. Fortunately, they weren’t the unloading crew). There were only two men at the destination to unload; makes sense with the company name. However, it was too much work for two people, and at the end of the business day their manager was calling to hurry them along — in 90+ degree heat. He was adamant that they finish by 6:00, so I helped them unload the last things from the truck (which is crazy at the prices they charge, but the guys were clearly exhausted). They didn’t have time to bring everything to its assigned room. They damaged our trim and wood floors while moving the couch in. I mentioned this to their manager while we were closing out, and he said he would be in contact the next day to cover the repairs. They also damaged three items and only reported one of them to me (because it was destroyed). They have now been ignoring our calls and emails for 6 weeks.

The staff did an amazing job of communicating and delivering quality service in a timely manner. Our movers listened to our needs and helped us move quickly. Highly recommend!

Great company, really. Harrison Moran is an all-star, and such a hard worker! Along with one other of the company’s guys, Jakob Rutledge. Probably the best two of their whole crew... but I’m biased, so who am I to say? Haha.No, really, it’s an awesome company, & I tell everyone about it when I hear people talk about moving. This company will literally move everything you own so you don’t have to lift a finger, & wrap everything up so your things don’t get damaged either. They aim to make the customers happy & 9 times out of 10, they successfully do so. Completely recommended!

We were getting ready to list our house for sale when the fridge broke down. The house was being listed the next morning. I took a long shot at seeing if 2 Men & A Truck might be able to send over a crew that day to take away the fridge and dispose of it at the landfill. They sent someone over in two hours. Two Men And A Truck were AMAZING! They provided timely and friendly customer service and their team went above and beyond. We unfortunately had a budget but they worked with us to make sure they could get as much as possible within our budget range. Randy and Jake were amazing loading and unloading all of our items with gentleness and a fast pace. We also had John and Cardell who had come out to help them load us up and make it a little faster. This company goes out of their way to show you that they’re top priority is their customer. Not to make more money off of people. Would 100% recommend to everyone we know.

Overall no concerns, the crew was good. Had the usual small hiccups you can expect on moving day, but nothing major.But being local to the area, you should know the kind of moves that takes place, especially being a college town.Ours was a really small move, literally a studio apartment, yet, a huge truck was brought. That made parking a nightmare and at least two times during the loading, the truck had to be moved back and forth so that other cars could get by.Same problem at the drop off location. Took two/three rounds around the block to eventually just give up and park the truck in the middle of the street blocking it up.Not sure if I got charged for all that time lost, but no worries. I would sincerely recommend expanding the fleet to have smaller vehicle options for small moves. This ‘one size truck fits all move’ philosophy really needs a second hard look.

Second time Ive used Two Men and a Truck.First of all, the movers themselves were AWESOME! Cant say enough good things about them.The billing in question, is another matter. The truck the guys had that day was not operating as it was supposed to and hence, took them longer to get to my apartment from base. On the way to my new place, the truck again was not operating as it should and eventually broke down on the side of the road.They supposedly credited me the down time sitting on the side of the road, but I was promised by the supervisor who came to my new apartment, that they would look in to not charging for some of the cost associated with the truck not operating at more than 55-60 mph and the extended amount of drive time. They didnt and the end cost for my move was a couple hundred dollars more than the quote I was given.Again, cant say enough about the guys in the trucks and how awesome they were, how professional they were, and how great they were to deal with. There seem to be a lot of communication issues once you get past the guys in the actual trucks. Not to mention, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office when I was trying to find out what was going on with the billing.

A+++++, Great, use again. One of the workers called in sick, and the manager himself filled in. The workers were Clean, in-uniform, polite, fast, careful,k well trained, and finished the move faster then the bid, so was charged less than the bid. They will not do certain tasks such as disconnect waterlines from ice makers, so have a tool person handy. We would highly recommend.

The only mover you will ever need to call. Hard working group of guys helped me move my 96 year old family business and I couldn’t be more pleased! This very stressful job was actually “fun” because of Greg, Joseph, & Shane. I just can’t thank them enough!! Job well done & keep up the good work!

The 3 young men were friendly. There was no unnecessary standing around, yet we all had a good time. They took the job seriously and knew what to do and asked questions about where and how we wanted things done. My only concern is they really should wear back support for heavy lifting. Overall I thought it was a job well done and will definitely recommend them if ever anyone should ask.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. I very unexpectedly had to change moving arrangements as the other with family fell through at the last minute. I had heard the name Two Men and a Truck before, so I Googled them first. They were highly rated & now I know why.I was on a serious time crunch & very stressed. I had to have my mom moved into assisted living in two days. When I called and spoke with Michelle she was great! I was juggling so many phone calls regarding moms needs that I frequently had to keep asking her if she could call back in 15 minutes. And she did. She was so easy going, friendly, & polite that I could feel the stress starting to melt away. I felt like I was talking with a friend she was so understanding & compassionate.While I was dealing with my phone calls she made some of her own & was able to have two guys at my moms house the next morning at 8:15! I was so surprised & so relieved! What a miracle!When the guys arrived we took inventory of what needed to be moved and they got right to it. As soon as they were ready to start loading it onto the truck it started to to rain really hard with lots of wind. I told them they could wait a bit to load, that I didnt mind paying extra, but they said, No maam, we wont do that to you. A little rain wont hurt us. By the time They were done they were soaked to the skin. They were very courteous, friendly, & took great care with the furniture. We even had some great conversation & laughs.I have a move of my own coming up & I am definitely using them again. Ill even be requesting the same two guys because they were so great!I will be giving this company & its employees a lot of free word-of-mouth advertising!! Great job, everyone!

I actually used this company because a young man came to Morgs Diner and had the company Tee-shirt on. Decide to ask some questions.. ended up setting up move date. The move was awesome from beginning to end. Movers explained paperwork to my wife .. wrapped T.V well and took advice from my wife on where to move things or what ways to take with items. Movers were very nice and respectful to wife and family. Although I was at work I appreciate all that was told to me. We will be using you again when we become new homeowners.Although I would suggest that a new system be put in place or more staff be hired to man the phone lines and company websites. I had to call to follow up on email and recall to check up on voice message as my move date change.I would use and recommend this excellent company again.

They were scheduled for 2:30 but changed it to 2:00. That was great. However we wait until 4:00 and no one shows up and they dont answer the phone. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and moving it ourselves. Very poor customer service and not recommended.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move our mother. They were great from the beginning to end of the whole process. The office called multiple times to confirm date/time and answered all questions that came up beforehand. The 3 movers were professional, friendly and worked very hard on a day when the temp was over 85. Circumstances at the unloading destination were unexpectedly more difficult than anticipated but the movers rolled with it and continued to provide excellent professional service. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

I am extremely happy with Two Men and a Truck. My local furniture store did not have delivery service and so I hired Two Men and a Truck. The move was arranged easily through the central office. Finding a date and time was accomplished easily. The movers showed up at the furniture store precisely on time. They even called me ahead of time to tell me that they had finished another job earlier than expected and could meet me at an earlier time if that suited me.They loaded up the truck very quickly and found their way to my house easily. I must say, moving the extremely large and heavy pieces of furniture into the house and down stairs for some of them was quite a chore. At times the work looked extremely hard. Nevertheless they accomplished the work easily. They were polite and professional at all times, very friendly, mindful of my walls and floors, and they worked quickly.The paperwork was completed easily and they were on their way in less than two hours total time. The bill was quite reasonable. I am very thankful to Zack and Joseph, my two movers. They very much earned their generous tips. I would have to say that I have found a new moving company. Two Men and a Truck will be the first company I call in the future to arrange any moving needs. I recommend them enthusiastically.

I appreciated their timeliness and politeness. It was an assisted living location and they were very thoughtfulof the need for the residents to use the elevator. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Services performed well- the job got done! Movers were nice and no complaining! The bill came in under the estimate - but I helped, essentially becoming an extra worker - which sped things up and reduced cost. Could have spent a bit more time prepping the house before unloading into the house. Broke one end table (fell off top load in truck while loading and it broke to pieces beyond repair)Edit - Follow up for small wall repair and replacement of an end table has been really slow. Not that much communication to me to understand the process or what the time line is for replacement.

It went ok at first, the guys got everything moved in an efficient manner, however they put a huge hole in my custom leather loveseat, which human error happens and I paid the extra insurance so its just furniture, right? Theyll fix it and everything will be fine....WRONG! They are trying to repair it which I gave them the chance to do and the patches cannot be matched its a custom piece...they are just trying to send repair person after repair person to avoid having to replace it...which I paid extra for insurance to do So! I guess if you dont care about your stuff being ruined hire them, but after almost $1800.00 I would assume you could buy a lot of beer and have friends ruin your stuff and not deal with these people.

They did a stellar job. Four guys, two trucks and a lifetime of stuff to be loaded and unloaded. The crew chief was super professional and kept me informed throughout the process from breaks to lunch to preexisting damage he noted. I have moved dozens of times and I couldnt have been more pleased.
