I wasnt very informed on the whole process but my dealer, Herb Kunins, was very helpful in informing me and my family about the process. Herb did a good job of being clear about what was needed at every step. putting down a deposit allowed me to have time to work out finances and have was many conversations necessary before the sale was finalized. I had an out of state license and plates on my old car so I thought that would be an issue. it wasnt thanks to Herb letting me know the necessary documents and realistic time frame in which things would be done. He even sat in the RMV for 2 hours to make sure I got to drive the car home before the weekend. Herb did everything in a very timely manner and was also patient with the fact that I was driving from far away to buy an amazing car . When it was all said and done I got a very nice vehicle at a great price and the hardest part about the process was dealing with my family. im very happy with my car

Service Manager Amanda Carr is superb! I have had a few untoward issues with the Service Dept. over the years. Amanda listened, corrected these issues, and was determined to “Wow” me, and she does. Now, my pick up and delivery service is seamless. Pick-up and delivery times are accurate, no radio stations are changed, no delivery personnel smoke in my car, and my car is serviced with excellence. Ussa from Lexus of Watertown did a great job of working with me on the negotiation, but also let my stepmom look at colors, do test drives, etc. While I would have like more for the old car, it did have an oil leak, so I am confident we got the best deal possible.We have used Lexus of Watertown for service as well with great results.We are excited to have an updated car with new safety features and Apple Car play. Selection is tough right now with supply issues, but Ussa helped us find exactly the car we wanted at a fair price and it was in stock.Dont be surprised by their super high doc fee that is not something I have ever seen in Washington State, but 5-Stars to Ussa.

One of the smoothest purchases ever! I’m so glad I found them. I was always iffy about big dealerships because I worked at one and the sales guys can be harsh. My wife and I recently leased a UX250H from Sean Devlin....what a great experience....and Alex the gentleman that helped with the financing was also wonderful. My wife has had the UX for about a month and just loves it.

I and my husband brought the car for the service. We were told and given the coupon for free manicure. There was only one nail technician in the room, so we are directed to wait by sitting at the lobby while nail technician was doing for another client in the room. After waiting for almost two hours (2 pm - 3:45pm), the nail technician has done with her work and lock the door about to leave. I asked her, are you done for today? She said yes. What’s wrong with this service? Nobody came to let me know that the nail store is closing soon and we’re sorry for that. There is nothing! I know it is a free complementary, but you should treat client good as well, not let the client waiting forever and got nothing. That’s a big disappointment. If i knew there was only one nail technician worked and the service was that poor, i wouldn’t waste my time coming with my husband.

I did not want to write a bad review. I tried to address the negative concerns to the manager Brian and also the sales rep Miguel, face to face, when the issues arose. They were the opposite of urgent helping to get my registration transferred. That was bad enough. However, I shook it off and moved on..but this week another huge Lexus disappointment arose. I signed a sales agreement 6/29/21 ; bought the car and did financing 7/3/21... come to find out, my loan never processed. I check the mail daily for paperwork from Lexus or the Credit Union regarding my first payment, nothing. I called the credit union, they had no record of my name or any loan. Lexus financing never submitted or processed my paperwork until I called and alerted them 31 days later on 8/4/21. I guess the loan had just slipped through the cracks”. Between the lack of remorse, when I was visibly upset, from the manager in charge and the bewildering defensiveness from my sales rep - Now the financial side never being taken care of... I am so disheartened & disappointed. I chose Lexus for my first luxury car due to familys previous past experience with them. Lexus of Watertown is an embarrassing lack of professionalism to the whole Lexus brand. Hopefully they can get more employees to help provide their customers the more hands-on attention.

I started out at one dealership that I assumed I would purchase from, but they were so rude and unhelpful during the process, that we decided to buy at Lexus of Watertown. Yes, we had a lot of questions and a lot of back and forth but our sales rep, Leon Barnes, was patient and kind during the entire process. He answered every question and never seemed bothered at all, unlike the other dealer who was short with us and didn’t call us back when were considering making an offer. We also were impressed with the manager at Lexus of Watertown, Jessica, who always answered our emails and made sure everything was handle properly. We had a few Lexus cars in the past and never used this dealership, but now will bring our car there for service and when we need a new one, we will definitely be looking for Leon’s help at that time as well. Terrible service, my ford dealership for my other vehicle treats me a lot better. They dont fulfill appointments, almost an hour late, The dont commit to their schedule the car was a day late. They dont tell you until you arrive. They didnt provide a loaner car, (as they verbally tell everyone that they have). I had to rent a car.

Salesperson Edward Simpson was very rude to me and I never expected this uncomfortable situation in front of my wife and best friend. About 2 weeks ago, we went to see a used Toyota Corolla 2014. After a test drive, I asked Edward about the price and if the price was negotiable. He answered back to me with an angry tone and said No we dont do that here. The manager called me the next day and nicely informed me that they could negotiate the price and I was convinced to go back.However, they didnt tell us they did not register cars from out of state customers, while I know other dealers from Mass who do register for out of state customers. (We were told after we signed more than half of the paperwork). I never complained about the doc fee because I thought it included the registration fee and to my opinion, I think it was a high amount. Also, for the delivery fee, I was told that out of state customers get charged a $300 delivery fee( Doesnt make sense to me) and were told our car was getting delivered to our driveway after we registered the car with DMV.After my wife and I registered the car, we called around 11:40am on a Friday and asked them if the car could get delivered the same day because they charged us $300 and we waited 4 days to get the car. They told us that they couldnt and it was going to get delivered on the following Monday (Even though they were open on Saturday) So I asked them why the delivery fee was so high and I wasnt getting any service after waiting 4 days. The sale rep answered angrily and I got angry too. They told me I was getting a $300 check back for the delivery fee and I ended up picking up the car. (After 2 weeks, I havent received the check)By the way, the front brakes turned out bad and I had to replace the rotors and brake pads.

My wife and I had another great experience with John Barstow at Lexus of Watertown. This is our second purchase with John and as always we had a wonderful experience. He takes the time to answer all our questions and doesn’t push us into making a hasty purchase. He makes you feel comfortable and you can tell he is knowledgeable about their cars. James was extremely helpful helping us with the car buying process. Very friendly and easy to communicate, which made our experience very pleasant. My only concern is the front desk receptionist didn’t seem happy greeting us when we showed up on the day of buying. Someone made an appointment for us at 3:30 on Sunday and we showed up 5 minutes early. She is kind of rushing us saying “you have an hour because we close at 5.” Besides that everything was great.

He was very professional (well spoken, dressed well), had a sense of humor, and took more time than I expected showing me all the amazing features of the car.
