Awesome place for auto services. Brought my car in with a scraped front bumper and they restored it back to looking new. Office manager, John, was great to work with throughout the process. Owner was knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Car looks phenomenal especially with the addition of a paint protection sealant on the entire car. I highly recommend Alplex Autobody for repairs or if just looking to make your car standout with some of the specialized work they perform. Highly recommend you check them out!

Alplex Auto Body was exceptional in restoring my Genesis G70 after being hit by a drunk driver. They were open, honest, and communicative throughout the process. The timeline was long due to the car being uncommon and the lack of parts being available due to the pandemic, however, it was very clear they worked tirelessly to get what they needed. At the end of the day, the car looks magnificent, runs perfectly, and feels like in came straight out of the showroom. Greg, Sandy, and the rest of the team were great! Will definitely use again if needed.

These guys did an awesome job! I was rear ended in my Challenger. They came and towed my car back to their shop. They helped me with getting a rental vehicle. All parts and paint were OEM, which was great. Everything was done in a timely matter. The work they did was amazing. I couldnt be happier. Def glad I came here.

After being away for over 3 yrs and returning to Alplex to not only have work done on my own car I even came back to work for them full time.They now cover 100% AAA towing and service in the Watertown Woodbury and Bethlehem area they also do factory repairs for most car and truck manufactures.I came back to negotiate and handle all claims for the customers with the insurance co. Alplex repairs to factory condition and fights to get every customer factory OEM parts even if they make less on the parts to provide a complete repair.

Prompt, detailed, expert service for auto body repair, claims and restoration. My new vehicle was stolen, damaged and then recovered.Alplex put it back as it had been and even detailed it before delivery! John provided updates and handled insurance claims. The owner is also often on- site for quality control and customer service!

For a towing company that likely responds to car accidents, You would think the drivers would respect stop signs at 4-way intersections and not just run them in a residential neighborhood.

We needed a tow from our home the other day and were going around and around with Allstate regarding finding a flat bed to tow our car. We called Alplex ourselves per a suggestion from someone and they said they were available. Our towing company told us it would be an extra fee for dispatch the person they had because of distance. We asked them to phone Alplex they were available, as we knew, and they were at our house within 15 minutes, and there was no extra charge.

Four weeks in the shop now and every week since week two I’m told vehicle will be ready at the end of next week we’re waiting in parts. Next week will be 5 weeks there. Apparently getting parts ordered is not as fast as quoted. When I called originally they said they are a super busy garage but about two weeks and I was ok with waiting for two weeks for what was listed as a 4.4 star garage. But now it looks like 5 weeks and 3 weeks of excuses.

They were professional and courteous through entire process. They also did a fantastic job with my truck. I really thought it was beyond repair. Alplex got her lookin brand new again in and out. Especially with the detail job that was done on the truck.

Took them over a month to repair a bumper on a 2019 vehicle. They are also the most expensive in town.

Not a great experience here. Got a lot of promises and excuses. Seemed like I was getting the runaround and a couple of the employees were downright unpleasant. I would not return here.

Paid in cash /they waited untill it was paid in full before starting the job they now have 4600 dollors of costamers money and i have no car goung on for 3 weeks now/poor service who makes custamer pay in full for any job ///buyers be wear
