I was satisfied with the overall job. Two complaints, did not meet the agreed upon time of completion and they were not upfront with the updates. I had to call everyday. Don’t settle for secretary or the lady that answers the phone, talk to the manager. She is straight forward and resolved my issue of getting my vehicle back on time.

The ladies that answer the phone are very polite. However, I was told my car would onlytake 3-4 days to be fixed and it took over 2 weeks. I also had to call to get updates with inconsistent explanations on why my car was taking so long.

I was told my auto repair was complete only to pick it up yesterday afternoon and be told that the repair wasn’t complete and all of my emergency censors were still lit up (ABS system, blind spot detection, xmode, cruise control, parking brake) as well as handed a certificate that my car wasn’t safe to drive. None of which was told to me when I was called to pick up my car so that I could’ve discussed it with my insurance company. When my insurance called them to set up a complete tear down of the car to figure out why the sensors were going off the shop told them they couldn’t do it and to call the Subaru dealership. If they can’t work on Subaru’s they should be up front about it. The only reason I give any stars is that the body work looks great.

I have used this place twice and i wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. last time when my vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive, everyone was so kind and the manager even helped me with advice for moving forward and even helped me get home. this past time was just as great. i was kept updated the whole time. it was a breeze working with them and insurance. they handled everything for me and i felt at ease. would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure if they do quality work or not. It took them almost 3 months just to tell us our vehicle was totaled. Seems to me like they were just trying to make money off the insurance company, and never intended to fix the vehicle. After all that time, multiple estimates, and a substantial amount of parts ordered, they said the vehicle could not be safely repaired. Shops like that are part of the reason insurance rates are so high. I feel like if they had done a thorough first, or even second estimate we could have had an answer quicker, and moved on with our lives.

I had a great experience with Carstar Davidson in Watertown New York. I own very large and expensive work truck that was struck and sustained extensive damage. As a vehicle owner it always makes you nervous wondering if the work will be quality enough to fully restore a vehicle. Every step along the way, Jason who is the manager, and his staff were extremely helpful. They listen to my concerns and took their time. They returned my truck in excellent working condition. I am grateful for the professional expertise in the hard work that they put in for me. I would trust him with any other vehicle. Thank you for your work and expertise!

Received my invoice and it stated that they replace one or both of my headlights, I can still see the deer bodily fluids from the deer I hit, there’s a rattling, the screen on my car is out of whack and I’m pretty sure my brights don’t work anymore.

By far the worst body shop Ive dealt with if I could leave 0 stars i wouldThey changed the dates on me 4 times and Alexis is about as usefull as a bag of rocksThe truck was returned dirty even tho they washed it I still had over spray on my truck from the primerThey set days they cant achieve themselves and they are rude avoid this body shop at all costsOh and their repairs differ from mine now even tho I have all the texts and paper work stating the pick up and allegedly times my truck was worked on hand written of courseStop making excuses you guys are terrible I shouldnt have to clean over spray off my truck for something you guys did

I am very happy with my experience. All employees were very helpful, professional and friendly. The work was done within the timeframe stated and looks great. I needed to have a ding in my door repaired and repainted. The new paint blends great with the original. My car was even completely cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! Just getting past winter, my floor mats and carpets were a disaster from the salt and dirt. They now look brand new. I am a very happy customer!

I recently hit a deer with my truck and I contacted Davidson’s to complete the repairs. After I dropped my vehicle off I was contacted at least 3 days a week with a status update. My vehicle sustained not only body damage but also electrical damage and they completed all the repairs professionally and in a timely manner. Shelby was my contact for questions and concerns. She was knowledgeable and professional every time. I would recommend Davidson’s to anyone that was a professional and pleasant experience.

Warning: avoid Carstar Davidson due to untrustworthy service, consistent unprofessionalism, and additional damage caused to my vehicle. I went with Carstar Davidson as I thought they would be the most professional in the area and also provided the lowest quote - I was mistaken. Some of my issues include:(1) They told me my vehicle would be returned within 2-3 days but it ended up taking 14 days (no apology given).(2) Their initial repair estimate was off by over 139% of the final bill.(3) They didnt tell me that they planned to drive my vehicle over 2 hours away and refused to reimburse for mileage and/or wear and tear.(4) My vehicle was delivered to me absolutely filthy. We had to have two mechanics come out and start cleaning the car just so we could verify the work was complete.(5) My car sustained $950 in damage while in their possession. Since I cannot directly prove their fault, they refuse to pay for the damage.I remain shocked at how bad this service was and strongly encourage other to take their business elsewhere.

I brought my car here after it was damaged in an accident. They were a little booked out, but that’s not their fault. If anything, it just goes to show that everyone must want to bring their vehicles here to get repaired. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. They got me linked up with my rental car in no time at all. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but if it means that they are doing the job the right way, then I’m not going to complain at all. They even went as far as detailing my vehicle, inside and out! I never would’ve expected that. The repairs look amazing. I would definitely go back to them any time to get my vehicle repaired.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. It took almost 3 weeks for them to fix my car yet the billable hours was 11.3. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal but I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. The staff is extremely rude especially when you question why it’s taking so long. I definitely would not recommend them!

I dropped my vehicle off 3 weeks ago after having the appointment a month in advance the technician failed to order my parts they had ny vehicle for a week before even workong on it just waiting for parts due to this failure then they kept pushing me back on the date id get ny vehicle saying either parts hadnt arrived yet or been orderd the day i went to pick up my vehicle they pucjed it back due to the lack of 1 part coming in the receptionist shelpy was very kind and professional in the handling of this matter but i feel this was an unacceptable delay on the technicians part

I recently took my 2018 Sierra Denali there to be worked on. I had a damaged windshield, front bumper, and roof. Overall, the paint and body work was great. I will not complain about that.However, the deadline and interior was not that great. With a broken windshield, there was a lot of glass debris. Part of the quote from the dealership had glass debris cleanup. Well, when I looked around the truck, it looked like someone took 5 minutes to clean the glass up and called it good. I turned my heater on, and glass blew out of the vents all over my truck. It wasnt just little pieces of glass either, they were quite big. I am thankful I was the only one in my truck, and not my four month old. I rescheduled an appointment and have to go back to the dealership to get the A/C system cleaned, as well as the rest of the truck where glass is everywhere.To move onto the timeline of service. My truck was scheduled to be complete the 30th. Great. However, I received a call that my truck was going to be done a week early. On a wednesday, I was told my truck was going to be done friday. I was really excited. Friday came around, and the truck wasnt done. Not that it was too bad, but why get hopes up and give a date of completion if it is an unsure date. Now it is friday, I receive the call that my truck will no doubt be completed monday. I receive a call monday that I can pick my truck up, however I am going to have to bring it back to get another part installed at a later date. Not what I was hoping for or looking forward too, I just told the dealership to keep the truck, and rather than get my hopes up, just dont call me until it is fully complete..

Initially I was having a good experience with this place, as they are very good at keeping people up to date on the status of their vehicles. However, that slowly changed over time.. wrong parts were ordered which dragged out my completion date further and further. Then more excuses came in about certain individuals not being at work to do things which again prolonged my completion date as well... They were unable to meet four separate completion dates they gave me... I think they have a prioritization issue... I understand heavy workloads but my bill stated 50 hours of labor to fix mostly cosmetic damage to my truck... My vehicle was there for 48 days... That math seems off... I was originally estimated 17-19 days for completion... I understand that is an estimate, but it wasnt even close... Thank God I wasnt renting a car... Im not sure if my case was a special one, but I was not happy with how everything unfolded... Only thing that saved this review from a 1 star was that the work looks good.

Back in 2015 I had my vehicle in to be repaired. Dropped off on a Monday and by Friday was called that it was ready. Was very happy with repairs and having my vehicle back in a short time. Fast forward three years my vehicle is in your shop again to be repaired form someone hitting it. Dropped off on Monday knowing it wasnt going into the shop till Tuesday. I called Thursday to see when it would be done and was told it was being primed that day and would go to paint on Friday. Now I get a call saying it just going into paint and its Monday. So I have to ask when will it be done for me to pick up. Told Wednesday and they close at 5:30. Will now I dont know when or how Im going to get my vehicle as they will be closed by the time I get there after work. Not sure what has happened in the three year since my vehicle was there.

I was told that the vehicle would be done in five days and then on the day of pick up I was told that it would take another week. After that week I was told that it hadn’t gone through quality control so I would have to wait until the following Monday. We had the rental so it was not a problem.

Terrible customer service. I brought my vehicle in and they said they would give me an estimate within 72 hours. I came after 2 weeks because they never reached back to me and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t give me an estimate. When I asked why they gave me nothing but excuses and they took all the broken parts out but apparently they still couldn’t give me an estimate. Do not go to them because they will take forever and they will not get anything done. Bad customer service and lazy employees.

Davidsons was the recommended collision center through our insurance. You get the express repairs to ensure you are without your vehicle for the shortest possible amount of time. Well, our vehicle sat outside not being worked on for the first 5 days of that express repair. The deadline came and went, still no vehicle. We can plainly see fasteners for the inner fenders that never made it back in the vehicle, so how much other stuff is missing? Its frustrating to not have your own vehicle, so why add to the frustration by having blown deadlines, misinformation from the front desk, and knowing that parts and pieces of your vehicle never made it back? Hopefully there wont be a next time, but if there is we will be going elsewhere.

Highly NOT recommended due to few reasons but not limited to. 1. They are really good at keep you update on the progress with REMINDER of your payment but not updates on when they have to redo their mistakes. 2. This which leads to, they can’t color match the damaged or repaired parts to the rest of car’s color (even after 3 times of trying). 3. They initially gave me a reasonable estimate (about $2500)on the repairing til the final billing which about $1500 more (total was over $4k). 4. This leads to, I didn’t see the end result or product of what I paid for.... therefore, DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING....... 5. I already can see few spots of paint issues after little over 2 month...... if I could go back in time (Haha Haha), I would go to another shop to repair partial and buy ARB bumper, and for sure will still cost less what they charged for the repair......Update: a $1500 hidden damage/repair which mean someone should done their job more carefully (based on what I was told by you guys on this point....... I can get you a list of you should/could/would done even I am no means I am an expert). I also got with the representative the other day and don’t worry, we are working on the REPAIR with another shop. Lastly, you guys had 3 times to get it right. So again, thank you but no thank you.

The staff at Davidsons was friendly and professional. I was present during the inspection, and they explained every item on the estimate. They assisted in arranging for a rental for me while my car was in the shop (they are right up the road from the physical location and have an Enterprise rental desk in house). My repairs were estimated to take about a week to complete. I received text messages and phone calls (I was able to choose how frequently I received updates, I asked only for updates that related to the length of time it would take to fix--if it would take longer than estimated, etc.--and when work was completed), and my car was done a full 3 days earlier than estimated. They even vacuumed my car (a very pleasant surprise, it needed it badly!) I am very pleased with the service at Davidsons and wouldnt hesitate to return there if the need arose again.

Awful! Downright awful! Charged us $3500 for work that needed to be done and then said to bring it back in for the inspection (that I had specifically asked them to do before I picked it up) as they said it would have to be driven to make sure the light stayed off. Took the engine out to do the work and then asked us to bring it back for the inspection and then when we brought it in for the inspection they said it failed and meeded another $2400 worth of work! I have all the paperwork and they would have seen the leak while it was in their shop. I have told many not to go there. My parents have bought all their vehicles from their for over 30 years and have taken it there for repairs many times but no longer will we recommend them to anyone!

What an adventure! I went there because the Geico agent recommended so. Back in March 2018, a lady hit my car from the side and messed my doors. Finally on April 2nd, I dropped my car off and with the estimate, it was decided I should get my car about 5days later since it’s “express repairs”. It took 22days for the car to be ready. In between, they fixed the doors but messed up something and got the engine light on. They fixed the engine light but after that the car wouldn’t run at all anymore. Last but not least, the last issue was blamed on me and they sent the car across the street telling me that they weren’t Jeep experts even though they resetted my car computer. I had to pay an extra $500 to the garage across the street so I could get a functional car back. The labor at the garage across was $400 while the rest was for the part they change in the relay box. I definitely don’t recommend this garage.

Im so not happy with this place. we had our truck there to be fixed and they did a absolute horrible job. They scratched the whole hood and side and yet they are suppose to be brand new cuz my husband wrecked it by hittting a deer so ik for a fact they scratched it. Then there is so much wax build up in the creases its hard as a rock and we cant get it clean. And they just did a horrible job if u are the kind of person who cares on having a nice vehical and are like us who have to polish it everyweek and have it look nice since u spend over 30 grand on something then if u need it fixed dont go here cuz they will scratch the piss out of ur vehical. time was decent and they were done when they said they would but its prob cuz they just dont care they just want that money.
