Like any other corporate or franchise store. Found the prices to be quite a bit higher than the competition. Some of the products appear to have been on display for a while? No rotation of stock?

Ordered a part on Memorial weekend. The Thursday before it. Rep at the store said itd be in on Tuesday, 5 days, which would have been fine. Came in on that Tuesday, and they still didnt have the part. I could have had the part from Rock Auto on Saturday for 6 dollars more. Probably could have had it in my hand from any of the other 3 parts stores within a mile of this store also. Wont shop again at this poorly run store. Youd figure getting customers and keeping them would be a priority considering the amount of other parts stores in this area. Actually an Oreilly a few hundred feet away.Dont waste your time or money here. Parts usually cost more than others, and the customer service here have no concept of time.
