Excellent prices on manufacturer parts, quick shipment AND phenomenal customer support! Had an slight issue with an order arriving with a mismatched color issue (thanks to Volkswagen and not the selling vendor) and slight shipment damage. I ordered a replacement rear view mirror for the passenger side of my 1999 Audi A6 and the part sent was for the drivers side. Customer Service did a great job of fixing the problem by shipping me the correct part and sending a call tag to return the incorrect part, AND they did not charge me for shipping on the correct part. Now that is what I call great customer service.

I have a 1996 Volvo 850 (that I bought new) and my right rear view mirror glass got broken. I thought that I would have trouble getting a replacement insert for a car this old, but EuroParts had it at a reasonable price -- it is a heated mirror. It snapped right in and works great. Good guys!

I ordered some interior parts from these guys and they arrived within 36 hours (super fast). Parts look good, had the cheapest price on the parts and silly low shipping costs. Took a gamble given they dont have any online reviews, but so far I think its paid off.
