Marc Mincer was able to trade my husband and I out of both of or vehicles on the same day. We received QUALITY salesmanship and for that I cant thank you enough. We brought our 3 children with us and as you know buying a vehicle is stressful enough along with trying to entertain 3 small children, and the guys blew my kids up balloons and they had snacks and drinks available for them. Extremely family friendly dealership. Amazing buying experience and would most certainly buy from here again!

Very knowledgeable with each vehicle. Didn’t try to push me into anything. She gave her honest opinion and the pros and cons of each one. She listened to what I was looking for and wanted. Made me feel comfortable when it came time to test drive she went over the vehicle and it’s details. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. When it came down to numbers she gave some options, I truly felt like she wasn’t trying to just make a sale but build trust and a relationship. The service department here is absolutely horrible. They will email you coupons but then forget to apply them to your account so you still pay full price for the service. When contacting them about it, they say theres not any way to reimburse until you give more of a fight. Then offered to send a check. Well 1 month later and still nothing.An update was supposed to be done to my cars system and that was also never done. Will never go back again.

Jesse, the sales person, was easy to work with, listened to what I was looking for and needed, and his sales team came up with creative ways at making that happen. I didnt get the vehicle I expected, as I couldnt afford that one with the higher payment and higher insurance. But the sales team didnt give up and I ended up getting one that was even better: almost same as my current payment, and hardly any increase in my insurance payment too. I am very happy with it. Jesse did a great job at teaching me how to use the features in the new car (which I appreciated since some were new to me altogether) and even called me back to let me know I had left some minor things in the old vehicle so I can come back to get them. Ive had a lot of difficult experiences with car sales persons, but Jesse is a good guy to work with.

We had been to NUMEROUS dealerships..most were NOT pleasant experiences and were 1-2 hrs of the runaround.When we went to Fuccillos we told Jim exactly what we wanted/needed and that we didnt want to be given the same hassle. Jim got us the keys, we took the car for a spin, came back and right away Ryan asked us in his office.He gave us the best price, the best trade in value, and it was a no BS deal. We were pleasantly surprised! This was not what we expected and the whole process went very smoothly. both Jim F (Our Salesman) and Ryan C. (Sales Manager) were great. The other staff was great too, helping out along the way, and just being friendly and giving info and such on our new car...even taking our pic with BILLY HUGE after the sale. :) So thank you, Jim, Ryan, Shawn S, Salesman Marc M. and Jesse C....all of you made for a great experience and a future referral and customer! Oh, and HELLO, who ELSE has complimentary Sodas, Chips and what not in the waiting room?! we were offered these every time we came in by Jim, even just stopping to pick up a receipt....Thats H-U-G-E!!!!!!!!!! :D

I went in a while ago to look at a ram they had for sale. Price was decent, did a lot of e-mailing got a fairly good offer. I asked if there was any issues with their truck (dents, dings ect.) I get there after driving 2 hours, take it for a test drive and the truck rode great. I get it back to the dealership and do and in depth walk around checking everything. I notice a mark on the door, well that was a huge dent with a scratch that was through the paint and clear coat. The whole door would need to be replaced and painted to match the truck. I walked to the other side and I found another one just like the other side. So both doors would have needed to be replaced and painted. It was a 2017 with only 7k miles, you would think they would be honest but instead they just hope that no one looks at the vehicle and just buys it

The complete lack of professionalism at the Watertown, NY dealership is appalling. We purchase vehicles based on safety and reliability and when something happens we trust the dealership to help us. This was not the case for a woman with 2 young children. They were left stranded and ignored for 48 hours and had to rely on a friend to tow them home. DO NOT PURCHASE A MITSUBISHI! Id give 0 stars if that was an option.

It was all great until they made a mistake and serviced an item I told them not to. Persons energy changed, I dont think they cared for me from that point. Ask for the total price including labor. I realized the it only give a surface price unless you ask. I dont trust any dealerships or mechanics. Thanx for the free service I guess🎰

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My experience has been to say the least horrific for my family. They were in Watertown for a softball tournament. Their vehicle had issues with the transmission. Instead of driving home to Plattsburgh and doing more damage she took the car to this Mitsubishi Dealer. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!! No customer service, no returned phone calls, broken promises & oh yeah she is stranded with no money, no car, and no WAY to get home with two kids. These PEOPLE were more worried about getting their lunch & getting home for dinner. With the Fuccillio name you should be embarrassed. Wait a second if my cousin was a MAN this would have been taken care of first thing as promised. Steve in service you should be ashamed of yourself & the manager of this location who never called her back, I don’t know what to say it is 8:03 pm, she still has not heard back from you & at 5 pm you said you would call her back. I could keep going on and on. This has been a NIGHTMARE!!! If this was your mom, your wife or your kids how would you feel?? Just think about that!!!

A truly appalling customer service experience. General manager Ryan Clary, your lack of respect, professionalism and dignity are truly appalling. Mike Roberts in service, did it make you feel good to laugh at me when I stated how many times I had called simply looking for information about my car? You pushed me to the bottom of the list becuase my name wasnt in the computer, but all my info sat next to you. You pushed me to after lunch, then end of day, then scurried home cause you knew you hadnt even looked at it yet. The entire dealership failed me as a Mitsubishi customer. I was stranded from out of town with my 2 daughters, I came to you for help with my vehicle. I was appeased in the beginning, the GM chatting with me about softball, reassuring me that he would take care of me and get me home. My phone calls were taken, and always ended with Well call you back. I received only one return call, at 455 pm monday night, (they still hadnt fully looked at my car) during which I was told nothing could be done until the next day. I spoke with who I thought was a manger (Ryan), he stated hed go to the service department and see what he could do, that hed call me back, hold on to your seats folks--HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! It was at this point, it became clear that I would have to find a way to get my daughters, myself and my car home to be fixed at a reputable, upstanding Mitsubishi dealership. I was able to get my car towed home, and my home town dealership had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. In 4 hours Della Mitsubishi had me taken care of, where FUCCILLO had done NOTHING in almost 48 hours. Good luck to anyone who chooses to deal with them, whether it be sales, or service. 1 star is too high a rating. To Ryan Clary and Mike Roberts you should have taken just a moment and thought what if this was my wife? My daughter? Perhaps you could have found even a shred of decency and treated me like a person!!

A member of my family had a light come on in her car that suggested she needed to get her transmission fixed. Instead of taking a chance by damaging the car even more and driving it all the way from Watertown to Plattsburgh with her two daughters, she decided to bring it to this dealership yesterday. Since they are not open on Sundays she was referred to call back this morning to see what was going to be done to fix her car. There was no response and no respect towards a woman with two children who were stranded there that needed answers to her only vehicle and way home. Extremely disappointed with this dealership.

My cousin’s transmission light came on and instead of driving home she took it to the dealer. They said it would be looked at first thing in the morning, and after a day passed, they still hadn’t checked it. My boyfriend and I were in a vehicle accident with my car on September 3. My good friend Jesse Cowles reached out to me and asked if Mike and I were okay and if there was anything he could do. Since I didn’t have a car to drive, he asked if he could help by putting me into a loaner to get me to and from work from Fuccillo Mitsubishi where he is employed. He picked me up from my house after my son and daughter-in-law brought me home. Managers Ryan and Shawn were very helpful and understanding. Since I couldn’t purchase another vehicle right away due to waiting for a closing date on my house, they were kind enough to continue to let me use a car that I would probably be interested in purchasing. I tried three different cars and the last one sealed the deal in my mind. I was able to drive my new car unofficially until my closing on September 25. I am now officially the new proud owner of a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander.Thank you Ryan, Shawn, Jesse and all of the wonderful staff at Fuccillo Mitsubshi who helped me through this ordeal. And, I mean everyone there!!

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but after hearing a co-worker having a similar shady experience I felt it was necessary.I stopped by to look at a car. I was greeted by a courteous salesman. I asked for some info on the car, he didnt have any of it on hand so we went inside. I wanted a printout of the vehicle history report, KBB and how much they were asking for the car. He went in the office and came back within 2 minutes with only the history report, fresh off the printer. The miles on the report were 32xxx. I asked if that was the current mileage and he replied yes. I asked for the KBB and price. He went into the office, came back 5 minutes later. Meanwhile I had looked up the car with the options it had myself and knew what he should be bringing to me. Instead of a printout, he showed me his phone with 10,900 book value, couldnt see any options or if it was even the same car. I didnt say anything, but high retail book on my search was 8,400. I again asked how much they were asking for it. He went back in the office, came out a few minutes later and told me 11,800. I said that was a bit higher than what I was looking for. He suggested a test drive, I agreed. He grabbed keys and a plate for it. I hop in, turn the key and the mileage read 43,xxx. 11,000 higher than what I was told. I climbed out and told him I was much less interested because of the mileage. As were walking back to the building he asked how much it would take to get me in the car that day. I gave a lowball offer, 7,000 going off of the KBB that I had searched. He said he would talk to the manager. I waited for another few minutes and the manager came out and started giving me a speech, talking to me like I was a child, about how it was a retail business and Im offering trade-in prices. Trade-in was 5,500 on my search. I said were done here. Thanked them for their time and left. There are so many red flags about this place that Ill probably never return.

We got a state inspection a couple months ago. They insisted we needed a tire rotation. We have a brand new suv and it only had 5,000 miles on it the day of the inspection. We decided to wait because we had a feeling they were just trying to make a buck. We went to FX Caprara Honda to get a second opinion and we absolutely did NOT need a tire rotation......
