Traveling through area and had a squeaky belt. Stopped mid morning to have service plus look at it. They were very helpful!!!!. They found oil on the belt, cleaned it up and sent us on our way. NO CHARGE! If looking for fair honest service, this is the place.

Had a screw in 2 tires. Had me in and out in just over a half hr. Charged less than Tires Plus by 5 bucks a tire. Thanks for not taking up my whole day!!

I took my car in to have all my brakes done. They said my front brakes were at 30% and my rear brakes were at 15%. A month later I brought my car back in and told them I wanted all my brakes done. They for some reason they only did the front brakes and replaced the rotors. There was nothing wrong with the front rotors. I went to pick up my vehicle and the person had a hard time finding my keys. I had to find the keys for them, they were right in front of their face. Their people skills and communication skills are not very good. Ill never go back.

Good communication (before doing anything), conscientious, fair, and expertly confident. Really enjoyed my first visit with them and appreciate they caught two things I was suspicious of, but were missed by our local Ford shop.

Great service! Went in to only get my oil changed and received a whole lot more.

Had bearing burn up on a boat trailer. Did some damage to my axle. Did some calling and people were to busy or not interested on a guy coming thru on his way to go fishing. Got in contact with Service plus and this by far is the best shop I have come across anywhere in any state. To drop what they were doing and handle my issue which was relatively small in nature but big for trip to continue is amazing. I would drive the 10 hours from my home to have these guys work on my car or trailer. Can’t say enough of the service.

My family has been going here for generations. Everyone is super nice and always helpful, their prices are fair and I am never afraid if having someone try and pull the wool over my eyes. Its always nice to feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them!

Travelled an hour to Watertown to the Aquatic Center and once parked heard hissing coming from rear tire. The first place I called was a 2 hour wait and didn’t offer a loaner. Called Service Plus, Inc., they came and got my vehicle within 15 minutes, fixed it and brought it back to Aquatic Center so our family could stay and swim...NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you for your great service-very much appreciated!

Just a 20 second phone call to find out they are too expensive for their services.$20 a wheel for balance & rotating!My first call was $40 total for same service. Guess who’s getting my Buisness....

The shop got a little backed up and it took awhile to get to my vehicle. However, Jake, Ryans Service Mgr, was great and kept me informed. I thought I would need to leave it overnight but Jake called late in the day, explained what the issue was and actually delivered my vehicle directly to my home all at no charge. It doesnt get any better than that folks.

It has been a long time since Ive gotten a vehicle worked on and the entire vehicle was vacuumed and all the windows washed! Very happy with the alignment I got!

If I had my way, I would rate Service Plus with 10 stars. Excellent customer focus and service. When I called to schedule my vehicle for brake service, the service manager was very accomendating in terms of working with my schedule and time constraints. They pick up my truck at my place of employment, completed service and returned it. The staff that I personally came in contact with were very pleasant and professional, wow, great service.Stephen

I was driving through the area when the rear end of my car went out. Brought it to Service Plus, and Jacob got my car in and fixed within 24 hours. Absolutely spectacular service. Had me on my way by the next morning!

Light came on my VWs dash. I have no idea what it means. So I get my book out. It says low air tire signal. So I walked around my car. Nothing looked low so I figured it must be the spare.I stopped in to Service Plus. They are super busy. It isnt 5 minutes and a young man comes to help me.He puts the car on a hoist and looks at each tire. By Gosh there was a huge screw in my tire. Well he pulled it out plugged the hole. Ckd pressures in all the tires. Reset the signal in 35 minutes.THAT was cool! Right!

Will definitely be back next time something goes wrong with my car. Recently been going to Reilly repairs and wanted a new place to go. This place has definetly impressed me with my car quality. They cleaned my messy car, and even left a bag that I had garbage incase I wanted it😂 very considerate. Was impressed with that. Definetly had embarrassing stuff in my car I’m sure they got a good laugh. They checked my tires and oil for me when other places never did that before when fixing my car. They really cared about my car quality and I appreciate that since I’m a young girl who knows nothing about cars. Thanks Service Plus!
