I was quoted 1.75 hours but was there for 3. For some reason, I dont know why. I never received the tool to unlock the tires. We had to remove the locks and add lug nuts. I purchased the car from Kasyer and apparently that was never checked prior to purchase. At the time of service, I was told I had to pay for the lug nuts but they would call me the next day to let me know if they would refund the money. I never received a call. Apparently Im responsible for something out of my control.Prior to the pandemic, I was told I needed new tires. I only had 40 000+ plus miles on the car. Unfortunately I purchased a car with bad tires. This past week we purchased another Journey and decided not to look at Kayser. We were happy with the dealer we worked with.Sorry, but Im still deciding if I will bring my car back for service.

When visiting family I decided to get online and look. Kayser had a couple new RHD Wranglers. I contacted Derek and he went above and beyond to assist with the purchase. Making the decision to purchase a vehicle in the middle of a massive shortage and premium pricing was a decision we began to regret almost instantly. As we started the process of even finding the truck that had all of our needs and wants we realized that it was going to require some leg work and we were quickly turned off by EVERY local dealership. We live in Ohio and found the truck that met nearly every need at Kayser in Wisconsin. After a quick message for more info Derek was in touch and we knew after TWO minutes this was the place to make our purchase. He was no pressure and all info. We got a premium for our trade and negotiating the price was easy. We started a virtual transaction on Tuesday and completed the purchase on Thursday all via text, email and few phone calls. Steve in finance was easy to work with, very upfront and willing to work at getting us the best rates out there. Overall this was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we never set foot in the dealership. Jeff arrived right on time to our doorstep to deliver our new 2500 and drive our trade back to Wisconsin. Chrysler should be proud to have this dealership and these professionals representing their company.

I traded up from a my Corolla to an SUV a couple weeks ago. The staff was awesome from the time I got there til I pulled out of the parking lot. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Seth, Steve and Jim were great (though I’m sure everyone there is)! I never felt pressured to buy, they explained everything well. 10/10 recommend! 👌🏻

If I could rate my customer service a 0 with Kayser Watertown I would. I was extremely excited to by my FIRST car from Kayser. The sales representative helped me pick out a car that apparently had brand new tires… well within a year my Good Year tires are completely shot! When I called the sales manager, Derek, he could not be any more rude. He told me “my sales representatives may have not been completely aware that these were not new tires, so I am sorry that they told you that, but there is absolutely nothing I can do.” THEN HUNG UP. I can not believe the disrespect I encountered from this place, but I can tell you that no one in my family will ever buy from here again :( I tried called back and asking to talk to a manager, after I did he said he would call me tomorrow to talk about options, NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Terrible customer service. Definitely took advantage of a young girl buying her FIRST car. :(

Derek was very friendly and focused on providing a great customer experience. He was also knowledgeable about the Dodge Grand Caravan model I was interested in buying. This dealership was very fair on price when considering my trade-in. Jim, the General Manager even took time to explain the process of setting up appointments online for any routine maintenance that would be needed. The finance manager Steve was very efficient and there was no pressure, like at some other dealerships, to purchase additional warranty or coverage.Thank you Kayser Chrysler! The experience there wasnt the worst, but very rushed. Fast forward about 3 months. Both rear wheel bearings went out. We went to replace them (and brake pads) only to find that the rotors needed replacing as well because the emergency brake was broken on one side and loose on the other and rubbing directly against the rotors. Will never return(unless transmission or other costly repair for warranty). No faith in their service center that allowed the vehicle to be put up for sale in the condition it was. I suppose you can get more money if you leave stuff broken.

My experience with Kaiser Chrysler was nothing short of 5 stars. Derek kept me in the loop on availability when I couldn’t make it in before close on a Friday. I was there first thing in the morning on Saturday and Derek had the F150 all set to look at and test drive. The test drive was wonderful. No back and forth Derek cut right to it and gave me my best deal right away! He went above and beyond to ensure I could drive off the lot that same day!Derek and his team at Kayser seem to be a family and you can tell by how they treat everyone who walks through the door there! I am recommending everyone I know to Kayser!

This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I was 65 the first time; I am now 70. Both times, I dealt with Derek. I felt comfortable with him from the very beginning. He treated me like I was his mother...in reality, I guess it would be more like his grandma! He was patient, kind, respectful. He was always able and willing to answer any question I had. I felt I was treated fairly throughout the entire process by everyone in the dealership. Should I be blessed to be able to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely go back to Kayser! Kelly is great! I had an oil change last week and they were prompt and respectful and I had to go back today for warranty work. She has my loaner ready to go and I was in and out within minutes. The Kayser webpage touts promises of car buying made simple and assurances that “it feels right” Maybe if Derek the sales manager was able to Follow through in his word it would feel that way.I have spent over a month waiting on a vehicle that was promised at a certain price, and when the vehicle becomes available is 4K more. If your car buying process was so easy and simple “feels right” then you honor a price given when asking the customer to wait a month.

In this hot used market where values are up theyre not even willing to offer bluebook on your vehicle even with me willing to pay MSRP for theirs. And dont make the mistake of filling out the instant cash offer which is a lot less then the normal bluebook price because theyll stick to that lower price. Im even preapproved and willing to pay msrp and they just did the typical run around on how my vehicle isnt worth bluebook value lol its a 2019 pacifica has 15k miles on it in excellent condition and bluebook value is exactly what its worth lol take your money elsewhere.

While I was picking up my vehicle I noticed that it was not washed cleaned or detailed as I was told. While finishing paperwork they did a quick clean up in which they did not vacuum the 3rd row or trunk area. There was over 20 chips in the windshield and one significant one that they filled in. They said I probably didnt notice because it was dirty?! They are going replace and at the latest it would be Monday, 2 days ago? The gas tank was one quarter full when test drove and three quarters full when I picked it up. Only dealer I know that doesnt fill the tank up. Way to save $15 on a 35k sale. Very few employees practicing social distancing or wearing masks. I would expect more especially after only 1 hour working with me on the sale. Very disappointing!

I drove to this dealership from Michigan to look at a car that I saw online, and am so happy I did. Before making the trip, I called the dealership and asked Jamie if the car was really there since we were driving a few hours to test drive it. In many instances, my family had driven a long distance to see vehicles that actually were no longer on the lot or “just sold” - and those dealers had been dishonest about this. Jamie ensured me that the car was on the lot. When I arrived, the car was right up front! I test drove the car, and it drove great; it was in pristine condition (by the way, it is a used 2018 compact SUV). During the wait inside, while figuring out numbers, Jamie kept my dad and I entertained during a time that is usually not a pleasant experience. He was very kind and helpful, took care of us, and sparked fun conversation.The 8-hour round trip was so worth the customer service and great price we got on the vehicle. It is rare finding dealerships that have exceptional customer service and employees that are not trying to play a game with potential customers. The manager even popped in and congratulated me on the car and was kind.Jamie, who sold us the car, did a great job of explaining all the features of the car, as well as making it a fun, memorable experience.Thank you Kayser Motors!

Dave and the service department did an awesome job on my 2015 ProMaster 2500 Sherry van. It’s the best service I’ve ever had at a dealership and the prices were very good. Very fast, efficient and professional service. Dropped us off and picked us up when the van was done. Even the kid who took us home was polite and professional. I think his name was Dom. I will definitely return next time I need anything for any of our vehicles.

I test drove a car. Talked about some numbers. I decided to think about it. Waited a week and negotiated numbers again. I waited a couple days making a budget. Called again and I said I wanted the car. The manager said he will hold the car and start the process. I talked to the same sales manager all day the next day giving him a credit report and title information on my car. He said everything was good and they’re working on it, meet at 4 to finalize paper work. 5 minutes before pulling into the parking lot I was told the car was sold. Mind you it’s an hour and 45 minutes one way. I then got nothing but lies and smug responses from the dealership manager and sales manager. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. What they did was perfectly legal but it’s bad business. Horrible business. At the end of the day they blamed me for not being able to drive away with the car. They would not own up to their poor business ethics. That’s okay. Many other dealers out there with professional people that are happy to have my business.Those of you that has had this happen to you, I feel your pain!!!

Very poor policy on diagnostics in the Service Center. I asked them to assess an issue with my vehicle (that I had purchased at Kayser) and provide a quote for repair intending to have them do the work. They said it would be $70 just to tell me what the problem was, regardless of whether or not I had them do the work. I took my business to another service center.

Kayser of Watertown had the vehicle I wanted, hence that is why we ended up buying a our truck from them. If they didnt, we would not have bought a vehicle from them. Sales seemed rushed and was confused by the whole financing/sales process. They told me one thing, them informed me financing couldnt occur through Chrysler, essentially changing the price. Then when we were doing the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, things are not explained clearly and walked out not sure where all the numbers came from and why we are paying certain prices. When I called to voice my concern they did apologize, but stated they couldnt help me anymore. Essentially, deal is done, so is the help. Very disappointed with Kayser of Watertown.I have worked with Kayser of Sauk City, will be going there to do any future purchase. Explained and worked with me much better than Watertown. Definitely felt like I got the Used Car Salesman approach at Watertown.They get two stars because I did get the vehicle I wanted. They just happen to be the ones to have the vehicle I wanted.

Yesterday we brought our van in to discuss some bubbling of the paint on the hood. We were we given their full attention with this concern, and they even offered to do some extra work to see what they could do since our van was outside of warranty. We ended up trading in the van towards a Jeep that fit the criteria perfectly for what we wanted for our next vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase - just attentive staff that really wants to do right by their customers. Thank you for making us happy customers AGAIN! You can bet we will be back!

The sales crew here are amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful(they deserve 5 stars). I wish I could say the same about the service department. Ive had my jeep in there for on going issues for over 12 months with nothing resolved. I googled the symptoms and can see that it is a common issue with the jeep I have and it has yet to be resolved. They try to put the blame on everything besides actually trying to fix the issue. If your looking to purchase a car Id recommend them but dont use the service department.

On somewhat of a whim, I emailed the dealership regarding a car I wanted. I communicated with Frank Winter for a few days and then we spoke on the phone. I put a deposit down on the car and when I arrived, it was ready to go. I worked with Frank and Steve and I was in and out in an hour with my new car. They were both great to work with and were easy going.About an hour into my 1.5 hour drive home, I realized I was missing my drivers side Weathertech floormat. I emailed Frank and he had it to my door within 24 hours. I highly recommend buying a car from here.

If you are trying to achieve a family goal and want someone you can trust DO NOT go here.Multiple issues:1) we requested information, some of our questions were dismissed as if they couldnt believe we asked.2) did not work with us on price, despite us pointing out things required additional work/money.3) once we signed on the dotted line, wow did the issues begin.4) hours after leaving, the check engine light went off. ran a scanner and contacted Kayser with the code. They said it would take 2-3 hours to resolve. Kayser asked us to drive back the 1 1/2 hour trip that following Monday. We took a closer look at the vehicle and found an electrical issue, where the passenger window works intermittently and learned the vehicle Nav/Radio was glitchy. Uconnect advised to perform an update, upon doing the update the Navigation/Radio system goes into a update loop rendering one of the selling features of the vehicle useless, the Nav/Radio, AC Controls & Backup Camera no longer worked. After further research, it turns out it is a known issue for this Nav System Model/Version. You would think Kayser would have inspected this before adding the selling points associated with the Nav/Radio system/Backup Camera on their website. They did not. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt and send them a detail email with all issues found, before arriving for our service.When we arrive on Monday, Kayser simply runs the scanner (which we had already done) and tell us that the part for this code would arrive in 48 hours (so now we have to drive 1 1/2 hours back home, 1 1/2 hours back to the dealership on a different day and 1 1/2 hours back home after they perform the 3 hour fix.)5) service did not even offer a loaner vehicle, until the day i arrived, with my wife following on our family van, then they said for next time, you can give us a heads up and we can set you up with a loaner vehicle.... really, it wouldve been nice if we had known that before driving up with two vehicles for 1 1/2 hours each way.Finally, to make matters worse, in the words of the sales team, our hands our tied about the Navigation system/Backup Camera, Radio, passenger window unless service has a magic wand we cant do the fix without charge. In the words of the service team your talking to the wrong guy, we only do what we are approved by the sales team .................EXCUSE ME. Sales & Service job is to get the folks needed to evaluate this and to bring it to resolution, doesnt not matter where the fall out is or what was missed by who or when. the teams are not working period. too much finger pointing and no one taking ownership/responsibility for resolution.We just handed Kayser over $30,000 check that our family saved for years and Kayser couldnt fix a few issues that maybe were a couple hundred bucks? Additionally it wasnt even 2 days, before all these issues were noted and when I brought it to their attention I heard a comment that the vehicle wasnt that way when we took it off the lot. So you think we are going to spend over 30,000, to get us closer to a family goal then sabotage our own vehicle 2 days later?? We are insulted quite frankly feel wronged, lied to and borderline robbed. I vote with my hard earned dollars and work with folks I can trust. Reputation is everything and Kayser is off my list. Farewell.

$500. for new sparks plugs. yes they did exploritory enginesurgery to try and find out why my engine was running rough,they didnt figure it out. so basicly it cost $500 bucks for new plugs!

Best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealership. They are very detail oriented here and the gentlemen who I worked with even took my car through the car wash and put a full tank of gas in for me while I finished up paperwork. He also went through all the bells and whistles in my car with me!! Super awesome place with great people! 10/10 highly recommend visiting Kayser when you purchase your next vehicle!!

My wife and I were shopping for a 2017 Jeep Renegade. We went to multiple dealerships in the Milwaukee-area, but were unimpressed with either the sales staff or the offers the dealership presented. We ended up at Kayser Automotive because they had a Renegade with all the options we were looking for. I worked with Glen in the sales department, and I cannot say enough positive things about him. This is the fifth car my wife and I have purchased, and Glen was easily the best sales person we have ever worked with.The dealership was clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Kayser Automotive.
