Steve is an excellent manager, and gets you in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone that works there is very pleasant, and there is a great sense of teamwork. The shop and waiting areas are always spotless.

Chris Hutt and the entire crew were fabulous! Chris explained in detail exactly what was wrong with the tires and how they fixed the issues. Also, we had the opportunity to speak about personal experiences and found that we knew several of the same people and had similar backgrounds.

This is the same Goodyear that used to be on 4th I think it was. They upgraded to this location in March. The facilities are pretty nice and relaxing, watching TV, or drinking complimentary coffee in their lounge area while you wait makes time go a little easier. Prices are fair for the quality. The staff were all very helpful and courteous as well as professional. I would recommend this place for tires and basic vehicle maintenance (oil change, wipers, fuel treatment, etc).

Car packed to travel back to Virginia with 81 yr old mom and cat but car wouldn’t start. Got a jump and headed to Goodyear Watertown to see what was wrong. Even without an appointment, they were able to fit us in and replace the battery which had a bad cell. They even let us wait in the waiting room with our well behaved cat. Goodyear on Arsenal St. in Watertown, NY is a place you can go and feel like you’re with family. Nobody is there to jerk you around and tell you there is something wrong with your vehicle when there isn’t. These are just an honest bunch of guys working hard for their paycheck. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went to get a tire looked at, they fixed it but the appointment was well over an hour. They didnt charge me, which I thought was great.

I just dropped two tires off to be mounted and balanced, nothing too difficult, tires were done in a timely fashion and correct. The service manager was a really down to earth guy. Excellent service by this facility i a new modern garage. I will go back when I need something else done.

After already dealing with a flat tire once, my girlfriend and I got ANOTHER flat. She took it to Goodyear without an appointment, and after a short wait, they had identified the problem and fixed it- for free, without even trying to up-sell her on anything. So the next time I am having any tire issues, I will be bringing my business to Goodyear.

Friendly service - fast response - accurate diagnosis - vehicle fixed.These employees called me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Seems a small thing but other places in Watertown (wont be named) call at the end of the day. The number of times I call a shop to inquire if the car is ready and get we just finished and were about to call you is astounding. I think its the standard response. Bravo Goodyear, aces to you.

I have not been to Goodyear for years, and went there on the recommendation of a friend to have tires mounted for my historical car. I am very particular about things, and am known to be somewhat of a perfectionist. No problem...perfect service, convenient and reasonable prices. I cant wait to go back again! Turned in my vehicle at 11 and no follow up after diagnostic, I had to call them at 4 so I could at least have my vehicle before closing. They could not get to my vehicle that day due to backorder issues when the adjacent parts store that works with them had the exact part available in shop.Zero follow through with staff

Woke up on a Saturday morning, went to leave in my truck and notice a warning light for my tire of low pressure. Looked at my tire and noticed I had a nail in it, called here and they got me right in, plugged the tire and was out of there in an hour. Did it all for free, great service and highly recommend. I had an emergency repair on a Sunday and my car had to be towed over 100 miles because they were the only ones open along the route home. The manager, Chris, was so polite, understanding and helpful. He made sure he had anticipated parts on hand when my car arrived at his shop. He called to let me know that my car was there and kept me updated through every step. Thank goodness they were able to get the car fixed the same day and got me back on the road. I had a tire that was leaking and didnt know why. I got my car into Goodyear the exact day I wanted, and they were courteous and quick with service. They were able to make a repair on my tire, and I didnt have to pay a penny. Definitely will consider going back to them for repairs in the future, especially on my tires. Their online scheduling system is also a lot better than any other one Ive seen.

I love coming here to get work done on my vehicles. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I feel that they take the time out to help me understand what is going on and help me find the best option for whatever work is being done. Ive been going here since my husband and I moved here, almost 3 years ago, and have never been disappointed with their service.

We thought our heater core was blown, so we took our car in to check. We got an estimate for replacement of thermostat, radiator hoses, and system flush and $300 seemed reasonable for the work so we agreed. They then decided that the thermostat didnt need replacement but the price remained the same. So, less work, fewer parts, no change to the price. My bf made the mistake of telling them he didnt know anything about cars and they took him for a ride. There is no way 2 hoses and a flush should cost over $300 in an American sedan.

Nice place, clean with an awesome waiting room. TV, free tea or coffee selection, a window into the shop so you can see the work being done. Ive had 4 services done here over the last two years and the work has always been right. They do get busy so appointments are recommended and prices are slightly higher than other local shops but a decent value to have the work done right. Thanks guys!

Went to another shop to get an inspection done. I had waited over 30 minutes from the time I got their, my car had still not gotten in for the inspection. I left and came here to make an appointment so I could get my car inspected. The guy got me in the same day and my car was in the shop less then 5 minutes from the time i got their. Im glad I left and came here highly recommended and gave me updates on how long they was going to be.

Competent, courteous!!! The manager, Steve, resolved all our issues!!! The mechanic, Chris, balanced, mounted and made right what THREE other companies could NOT do. We bought a set of Wrangler Duratracs online already mounted to save a few bucks. They were supposed to be mount-ready. They were anything but. The truck vibrated horribly...took the truck to three other tire & Ford dealerships locally...and they ALL said the tires were so far out of balance that nothing could be done. All four bad????? Finally...did the obvious...went to out local Goodyear, They are perfect now. My advice??? Buy locally...go to Goodyear!!!

What I like：Nice customer service, tires arrived fast, flexible schedule for urgent need, decent discount for local group/good price!!!I ordered tires by the end of the day of Wednesday, and scheduled appt for the coming Tuesday. But unluckily I got flat tire on that Thursday, the day before Christmas Eve. So I called the shop to see if my urgent need could be satisfied.My tires arrived on Friday morning, and the work was done before 3pm! Thanks to everyone on this work order,they saved my Christmas that I should spend time with family.What I want to see in future/IMPROVEMENT:the technicians filled different PSI with my car manual instructed, I was freak out when I saw that big difference(40 psi, 32 on the manual) when I was driving.For this, please please please give some basic education and explanation to the customers when you make any changes.Also, the shop ignored a small detail. After the work done,they just put the spare tire in my trunk, so I have to knees on the watery and mud ground to put it back to the proper position by myself. To be honest, thats not the service which cost $$$$.Overall, its a good place if you want Goodyear tires.

If I could give them a negative mark thats what they deserve. My husband and I had a flat tire with a screw and they were opened so he went in. They were just standing around and told my husband they were closing in 20 minutes and basically not going to help us. So thank you for your awesome customer service. So we went to Mr Tire across the street and they did the repair, were very friendly and charged us nothing. You may want to follow this example of customer service in the future. Great Job to Mr Tire. Very disappointing Goodyear. Not to mention they are AAA contracted and I am a member so that would not be my choice for a AAA tire shop either.

Brought it in for an inspection, they were booked up so I decided to try my luck and wait. They had me out of the shop and done in less than an hour. Awesome staff, clean store and highly recommend working with the guys over here.

Had an appointment for 9a, was very early got in way before my time. Had to have new break fluid due to the fact mine was pretty bad. It was a clean and calm atmosphere. I know I will keep going back.

Spent $100 dollars on fixing my brake problem (squeaking) the problem was “ fixed” and “squared away” then the next day had to call them to let them know the problem is still there and i could tell i had to push all the way down to brake which was not like that and all i was offered was a appointment to see what they can do felt absolutely robbed of my time and money and felt like i paid $100 to ruin my brakes.

My girlfriends tire went flat when we were visiting the city...on a Sunday. We stopped in, and there were people waiting to get their vehicles serviced. The desk manager, who was kind, friendly, and looked like he wasnt afraid to get his hands dirty (he had clean hands, but wore mechanics clothes) was happy to spend a few minutes looking at the tire.He did a quick diagnostic - soapy water and filled up the tire as youre supposed to do. He determined that it was only an issue with the valve stem (she didnt replace the caps and it was likely damaged during a recent 200 mile drive on the Thruway).He fixed the valve and gave her new caps. He charged us a cost that was MORE than reasonable - and it only took him a few minutes. By more than reasonable I mean well under what any other shop - chain or independent - would have charged.The fact that he was willing to spend a few minutes on a quick job rather than make us wait spoke volumes. This is the best customer service Ive ever seen out of any shop. I dont live in Watertown or nearby, but I want to stress how we were treated here (very respectfully). If my car has any issues, I hope that Im in Watertown at the time, because Ill come back.

Alternator problems and we were abruptly told to come back in a week. We explained we were visiting and needed the fix before driving home. He didnt care. When we asked for help finding another garage he said to drive down the road, there are a few down there to pick from. Thanks for brushing us off. Not a very nice way to treat anyone, let alone tourists who were not from the area.

I would never recommend anyone to go here. Came here for a simple rim switch. No lug nuts werent rusty its a new vehicle. They told us approximately an hour. I sit here now 2 and a half hours later look in the garage and there no tires on the truck havent heard anything. Yes we brought the right lug nuts and everything on time for our appointment. The last place we called said the approximate time would be 30-45 minutes. And half the cost but they were packed for the day. Completely ridiculous.

Best customer service Ive ever had in the 10 years I have lived in the North Country.I had been going to the dealer (Fucillo) for service but last time I was there, I was overcharged for rear brakes. Saw all the great reviews for this store and am glad I came here.

I brought my vehicle up here for brakes in February of 2018. They checked the break system, changed the pads and rotors with a 24 month, or 24,000 mile warrenty. 5,000 miles later I have a front driver side brake pad digging into the rotor. When I took it back, they said it was a bad caliper, and they had to change both. Which makes me wonder why they didnt catch it with the check the first time. Not once did they try to work with me, or take any responsibility for their work. I was made to feel like it was my fault. I wont use them again based on my experience and the advice of other mechanics.

Our VW van broke down on the way thru Watertown and we came to Goodyear. Steve the manager took over and worked on our vehicle. He found the issue and drove to different part stores around Watertown. Unfortunately he wasnt able to find the part. But going over and above to do that is few and far between these days.He drove us to a hotel and in the morning we were able to get AAA to tow us to Canada and then CAA home.Thank you Steve and your crew for pretty much eliminating the stress of our breakdown.I definitely recommend Goodyear for a job well done!!!

Do not take your vehicle to Goodyear on Arsenal St in Watertown, NY. After waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes for someone to ask what I was there for, I stated I needed an oil change. The manager stated well we are appointment only so if you do not have an appointment the soonest I can do it it is June 5th. Mind you, that is a week from now...A WEEK! For an oil change! I said your website is showing you have open appointment slots an hour from now til the end of the day that are still open. He then says well you cant use that so....This is the literally the second time in a month that I have had the exact same thing happen, with the same employee both times. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Cheney Tire on State St.
