Was shut down to wind in the Watertown area and knowing winter was coming we thought it was a good time to check on tires. We remembered in Cancun Mexico that we ran into some people from South Dakota that said Watertown by Stones truck stop was the best place to buy tires for price and tires. We called and I talked to Kurt. Awesome guy and said he could get us in. Due to supply chain issues they didn’t have the tires we wanted in stock but he walked us out to the shop and suggested the best tires for the weight we haul and the region we drive. He was honest about wear predictions and comparisons of what we had on the truck. He told us to bring the truck right in. As truck drivers we never hear we can pull straight into a shop. We pulled the truck in and expected to wait a couple hours to change 8 drive tires. 45 minutes later Kurt came back and said the truck was done. We were amazed and he said he put 4 guys on it so it would get done. Being a team truck this was amazing so we could get caught up on sleep while being shut down after driving a 7,000 mile week. Great place to deal with and great customer service from start to finish. Definitely my tire shop from here on out!!

I had a blowout on the interstate both of town. I changed my tire and put on my spare. My wife found this place right off the interstate. I told them my tire size and they had a tire in stock for my trailer. The tire tech met me at my camper and helped me carry the tire into the shop. I paid for my tire and shortly thereafter my tire was replaced. Service was excellent, bathroom was clean, waiting room was nice, speed of service was outstanding!

Needed nitrogen in the tires while on a trip. Stopped in and asked if they could fit me in. 15 minutes later I was back on the road. 10 bucks a tire. Great job!! Thank you.

Service at front desk was top notch. It would have been five stars but I had to ask the installer to torque the lug nuts with a torque wrench. Just ask beforehand and you will be ok.

Wow they are fast! We brought in the spare tire for our horse trailer and bought a new tire at a reasonable price and they mounted it while we waited. Didnt even take 15 minutes!

Awesome shop. Pulled in with an Oversize load that needed two tires swapped out with spares that I had. They knocked it out and did so quickly. Appreciate it. Will definitely stop back in when near by.

As usual amazing service. I walked in about 3:30 on a weekday expecting to schedule an oil change and to get new tires. I was informed that they could do it yet that day if I could wait 20 minutes. This worked into my schedule perfectly. Rather than replacing all four tires they suggested that I only needed two front tires. I totally appreciate their honesty. I was in and out of there in just over an hour. Will definitely continue to do business with an excellent business.

Professional information when making a decision on the right tire for me. Excellent service during sales and nice waiting area.Two problems with the installation. First one, they left the stickers on the tires. Im know it isnt a big deal, but I had to peel them myself. Second one is unmatched pressures. One was inflated to 68 pounds, one 70 pounds, one 56 pounds and one 59 pounds. These pressure differences when I pay $10 extra for the nitrogen.Its just shortcuts like these that make me crazy.

They listen and do exactly what I ask them! They are the best thing since sliced bread! You would have to be dumb to give this 5 star place any other rating!

Had a tractor tire fixed there in November. Drove it a couple times after that and it was still leaking. Took it back in and they fixed it right away, without any cost to me. First rate customer service for sure. Ill definitely be purchasing tires and referring people there going forward.

Great tire shop, had trailer valve stem that were frozen, they had me pull truck into the shop replaced 2 got the others free of ice, aired up tires and I asked how much I owed and they said have a great day, unreal, need more consideration like this from other shops, if I ever get a blowout or flat around this area will use them, thanks again W. We went in to see if they could fix a flat tire this morning after Walmart told us yesterday (Sunday--Walmart was the only place open) that not only could the flat NOT be fixed, but they would only sell us 4 tires, not just one to replace the flat. W.W.Tire patched our flat quickly and with no hassle. Great customer service, too! We will definitely go back here in the future.

Best place too buy tires for semi and pickup truck

We were traveling from Nebraska and noticed a grinding sound coming from the front tire. To make a long story short. They were incredibly nice, got my car into a bay right away, found a problem that they could fix right then, and put up with this panicking Nebraskan. We had tried two other shops in town that were not as polite and put us off because they didnt have time. Thank God for shops like WW Tire who are right there off the interstate and prepared to help stranded motorists. Had they not taken the time we would have not known until it was too late that the front tire was coming off. Many blessings to everyone at WW Tire because they made sure I was able to get home safe!!!
