They are always so nice and helpful to me. I go there for every single oil change. The place is clean they are therough and detailed in what they do. Overall my favorite place to get anything car related done

Communication was great. Jobs were done on time and well. A little pricier than some other shops of same caliber though. But for the service. It’s ok

All new front end and rear end was put in on my vehicle. Before I left, they said Its good enough! My car still drives weird with all new parts!

Was able to get my van in quickly. Discussed repairs and had it done same day.

Brought my vehicle here for new front wheel bearings to be installed. Asked for old parts to be returned to me. Two employees verified I would get the old parts back before the work began. When complete, I was told they didnt have my old parts. The price changed twice (higher) from my first quote over the phone til the time the work was done. I still hear the same noise that should have been fixed with this repair and a new noise from the front drivers wheel. I seriously doubt the work was even done and if it was it was a poor job. Never take your vehicle here!!

These guys are pretty well respected and trusted within the community, pretty much everyone told us to take our cars to them when we moved to the area. Their service is pretty fairly priced. The oil change is a wee bit expensive compared to other shops, but they do have coupons so be sure to look for one we need your oil change. They also give a free oil change for every fifth visit if you sign up for their customer club. Also, they are more skilled and have more capabilities then many other shops around. Most importantly they are very honest and do a full inspection of their work. Im happy and will keep bringing my cars here.

They were very helpful, curtious, and performed the maintenance that was needed. They didnt try to upsell things I didnt need. Top level company!!!

WAAAY OVERPRICED. Gave estimates for other things that needed to be done. Prices were off the charts. Very embarrassed that I referred someone who is elderly. ILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS RIP OFF ARTIST TO ANYONE

My wife took her SUV here for an oil change and tire rotation. She noticed that the tires on the driver’s side (were missing valve stem caps) were still on the driver’s side. Called them and they insisted that the tires were rotated front to back. This is not the proper way to rotate tires. Fast forward several months, my wife takes her SUV to a dealership for the same service and was told one lug nut was cross threaded. $155 to fix it. Will not go back here since they don’t know how to do two of the most basic maintenance items on a vehicle.

Great customer service. Fast honest repairs. Was not pressured to buy extra things like some shops will and was told about other work that will be needed in the future. Loved the digital worksheet and inspection report.

They were very kind and helpful. I am from out of town and had a flat tire. I had to get towed there and they got me fixed up quickly and on my way. Jasmine in the front was great!

Vehicle died and needed to be towed to shop, wife stopped at shop before we arrived with tow truck and owner stayed well after hours to receive vehicle. I gave them a description of events leading to dead vehicle and was expecting a large bill after I returned from deer hunting. he explained that all diagnostics were pointing toward battery and asked to change it. That fixed everything! I was expecting a major bill (transmission ect). I was extremely pleased with the entire Northside Auto went above and beyond staying late and accepting vehicle and following up with honest service. Could not be happier overall. I am certain that I could have easily been taken advantage of at some place that could have easily charged me for some major repairs and i would have been none the wiser.

I always try to work on my own vehicles, unfortunately I could not get a bolt removed and did not want to break it. North side was able to get me in right away to get my vehicle fixed, and a huge positive is they install customer purchased parts(which helps save money). The only thing that bothered me was a charge for full hour of labor to install a starter, I had already removed the starter before sending my vehicle to the shop which took 10 minutes. Other then that it seems like a great shop and would recommend to others.

Welp, I went to Northside Auto quite a bit when when they were out on County Road L, and stopped because it got very expensive. I needed a windshield washer pump replaced, and they gave me a quote that I thought was high and I asked about it, they wanted $80+ for the part alone and I couldnt FIND a place in town that was charging more than $22. This is when I stopped going, and that was that.Unfortunately after a couple years Im compelled to write this review after learning they stole from me (not just with high prices). So a bit ago I blew a brake hose in sun prairie (luckily I was in a parking lot, not on the highway) which was odd because I swore Id had them replaced here just a couple years before. I got it fixed, the place that fixed it said the hose had dry-rotted through. Fine, maybe I got a bad part.Just took my car in for brakes and mentioned this to yet another shop, and they called me back to tell me the one I blew in sun prairie is fine, but the other hose is factory, never replaced 100%. I thought maybe I remembered wrong but I keep every piece of paperwork for my car and Northside Auto did indeed replace (well they charged me for it) both front brake hoses on my car 2 years earlier.Ive had thousands of dollars worth of work done at Northside and it just makes me wonder how much was overcharge and how much was just straight up stolen. No wonder they could afford a new building and an annual car giveaway.

They got me in same day for an oil change/rotation service. Good value, great communication. They make service recommendations but I never felt anything pushed on me that wasn’t necessary.I’ll most likely be coming back here for any future needs!

Everyone is always very kind and they explain and show me what they had to fix.

Took my car here because there was a noise coming from the rear tire and thought it might have been my wheel bearing. They came back and said I was correct and quoted me nearly $700 to fix ONE wheel bearing. Had a family member check out my car and turns out it was not in fact my wheel bearing, but that I only needed two new tires. Pretty unprofessional to lie to a customer & try and take money from them. Will not return & do not recommend this place.

I was out doing errands and had a notification that I had a flat tire. I tried putting air in and could hear the leak. Needless to say I was not happy. I stopped in and told the young lady behind the counter what all happened. They took care of me right away. They had to bring a tire in from another vendor. What service!! I was not in a good mood but she put me in a good mood along with having a new tire put on within 1 hour!! Thank you all for friendly fast service. I will be back!!

Had a break down on Monday, they towed me in and had me on the road by Thursday. GREAT warranty and professional work. Will be going back if needed.

I had my 1969 Mustang undergo quite a few repairs at Northside! John was awesome. Highly reccomend them! Definitely going to be going back!

I had a really good experience at Northside Auto. I called them a few days ago and explained to them that I needed front brake pads installed, and they were working on my brakes within about 20 minutes. Most places would not have squeezed me in. Thank you so much guys, and I know you can’t always squeeze people in like that, but you did. I would recommend everyone that I know to go to Northside Auto if they’re having car issues.

Had my car towed one mile 100 dollars. Tech popped hood open saw bad battery tried to charge $250 for replacement battery I told him no forget it he charged me $50 for opening the hood and looking to see that it had a bad battery. This place is a total scam do not ever take your car there unless you dont care about your money.

I decided to take a different vehicle than i had planned to a different state at last minute. Northside was able to get the car in for a quick oil change and inspection. I will definitely go back again.

Such a positive & professional experience! I was met in the parking lot by an attendant that took care of getting my car checked in right away. Great attention to detail with everything explained. LOVE that I received a text with the health check information on my car while I was waiting. Also, LOVE the cool car care club kit I received with the card & fab that keep track of my maintenance, that I earn dollars to set aside for future visits & the referral cards for friends & family that Ill definitely be handing out.

Had a slow leaking tire. These guys got me in, sent a text message with a link to their inspection findings, repaired the tire same day, Car was ready when they said it would be, Outstanding service, They got me in, out, great work! Great price. Will definitely be back for other maintenance.

I can get body work done and a complete paint job for less than 109.00 per hour. The kids they have working there I can bet make way less money than that. My boss warned me not to go there. Brake job parts = x total cost 3x nope. Run away.

Timely and courteous. The inspection on my vehicle was good and let me know what I needed. You do need to replace your key drop envelopes. They were sealed shut.

Very friendly and helpful. I had to stop in on a rainy day to get new wipers. They helped immediately. Was a little shocked it was $75 for three wiper blade replacement. Yikes. But they helped me out.

I have known the owner for years and am confident in his abilities and that of the shop. I read the previous review and laughed because one must be a certain kind of stupid to authorize repair on their vehicle and then leave a review that it was expensive!! Here is a bit of advice on that....dont authorize the repair if you dont like the price! I have found Northside Auto to have reasonable prices that are backed by a great warranty. The service I receive there is second to none.

Great service. These are my mechanics. I was treated fairly and with respect. The work I had done was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Cant ask for more.

I will never go to another mechanic after using these guys. You pay for the quality you receieve and they are worth every penny! I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, a few hours later I was sent a digital inspection report. I was able to ask them to fix things that came up on that report and they still finished it before the end of the day. My car is running brand new. Ill never hesistate to recommend Northside Auto. They are honest, dependable, and will work with you. 5 stars always!

The staff at Northside were professional and very helpful. I had an after work car emergency and they got my vehicle in right away and got me into a loaner for the meantime. They also consulted me before doing anything and provided regular updates throughout the work.

Took care of my car & gave me a diagnosis of what would probably be necessary soon. Only four stars because after 23 point inspection I needed to add air to 3 tires. I would have thought this would be a part of that service.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Northside Auto working on a few different cars, Sequoia, Odyssey, Prius...everything from brakes to steering rack, various stuff. Theyve been friendly, fast, and accurate, sticking to their estimates on time and materials. All good from me. Dont know if this is customary, but theyve always had a loaner car for me, as well, which has been very helpful.

Beware posting a bad review! The owner will cry about it and ask you to take it off. Its called constructive criticism and my right of free speech. I dont like the fact that youre closed on Fridays (my opinion) and the fact you charged more than anticipated because of a brand new part you put in that didnt work and had to redo it. Overall, you get a bad review, take it or leave it. And by asking me to take it off?? You made it worse. Sorry.

DONT EVER EVER GO TO ANDYS AUTO-they are a huge rip off and will charge you double what anywhere else does for ANYTHING. I was also ripped off by andys and then the owner was obnoxious, rude AND attempted to tell me things were broken that were not-then tried to show me an old part from ANOTHER CAR that was not mine to attempt to get me to pay more for a repair that was NEVER MADE!!!

If your thinking Bout coming here then its a good idea. I went to Andys automotive and paid them 2000 to fix rack in pinion and wind shield and new tires. He charged me for 4 new tires when I asked for one. Then later I found out he got tires used from junk yard . He got rack used from junk yard to. And didnt even fix wind shield. I was making paymwntz so he had my car for couple month when I drove it out ta his lot the muffler was loud and the brakes were messed up n the window more cracked. So instead of fixing it he made it worse. So NOBODY EVER go to andys automotive he is a the if. Im accualy in court with Andy right now. I know this is kinda long but read it all

Never taking any of my cars to them someone I know had there car there for a week she called one day they said it was done went to pick it up and imagine that it wasnt done at least they could of called and said hey it not done nope must be to hard to pick up a phone and make a call and charged this person more than they quoted her what a joke
