My daughter bought her first car there and I cant remember the dealers name was awesome to her. Did not sell her something she could not afford. I have been thinking of buying my next car from them.

I worked with Brandon on the purchase of my used car at Watertown Auto Sales. I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my car and I felt that they truly went out of their way to satisfy my requests with the vehicle purchase. I have done some price inquiries prior to the purchase of the car and have found that Watertown Auto Sales provided the best price for the quality of vehicle purchased. I have owned this car for a couple of months and have been extremely pleased with its performance and quality. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They are the best car lot in the Watertown area.

My experience here was acceptable when I first arrived to look at a truck. The salesman Brandon Gentry was helpful, however as I soon realized he was only that way as long as he thought he had a sale in his pocket. I am going to skip the whole story and narrow it down to three primary grievances:1. The staff initially attempted to finance me with a 14% interest rate. They might as well be crooks.2. The salesman in question, Brandon Gentry, tried to sell me a truck with faults. He claimed I had to purchase the vehicle first and then they would fix them.3. Finally, the most absurd of all. Me Gentry hung up on me in the middle of a sentence as I was explaining to him I would like him to keep an eye out for incoming vehicles since the one he was set on selling me definitely was not suitable to be sold at the time.Overall the staff was incredibly immature and lacked any level of professionalism. This being ironic due to their business cards claiming them to be sales professionals

I really needed to upgrade my old car to a newer, SUV or truck. But I really didnt want to purchase a new car, because of the costs involved. So, I figured a slightly older, but still good, SUV, would be my best bet. I met Brandon--one of the salesman at Watertown--and he was nothing but professional and friendly.I told him about my situation and I ended up getting a good deal on a used, 2008 Ford Escape SUV, with about 55,000 miles on it. The whole process went smoothly, and I feel happy with my purchase. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good deal, on a used car.

I recently purchased a used 2008 Chevrolet Impala from Watertown Auto Sales and I could not be more impressed. Both the salesman Carvel and manager Jay were able to help negotiate me a price that was not only fair to me, but fair to them as well. The team even went as far as to make sure my oil was fresh, wiper fluid was full, and gave me a complementary tank of gas. I usually dont write reviews but a positive time like the one I experienced at Watertown Auto Sales must be reiterated. My son just turned 16 and it was time to get him a car. I didnt want to pay a lot and I didnt want a brand new car. I was very iffy about buying a used car from Watertown since I was unfamiliar with the company, but I decided to try it out anyways. The lot at Watertown is full of used cars that look brand new. I was shown around by Carvel and he did an excellent job at giving me information on every car I asked about. I wasnt expecting to leave the lot with a car for my son but I could not turn down such great prices. When it came time to purchase the car Garth, the financial manager, helped me to get a great deal and I was able to drive off the lot within no time!. My son loves his new car. I recommend Watertown Auto Sales to anyone.

Highly recommend AGAINST going to this dealership.1. My husband and I tried to trade in a vehicle we owned that had a couple issues (we knew beforehand & had a quote on how much itd cost to fix it) and they low balled us on a trade in price. The manager had said he searched what the NADA value was for our vehicle and told us it was only worth $1,000 when that was in fact a lie, and it was worth $3,500+ more. They wouldnt budge on giving us a better deal for their Jeep we looked at or a better trade in value for our vehicle.2. There was a couple different vehicles that we had looked at and done CARFAXs on and two of them had come up that they had been in accidents. When we got there, the sales lady showing us vehicles said there was an apparent agreement with the owner (I believe) that they werent allowed to sell vehicles that had been in accidents. Yet they still have at least two for sale currently. not fishy at all 3. They were extremely unprofessional and the sales lady was wildly inappropriate. The manager scribbled prices on a blank paper and typed up his own paper on what their NADA Jeep value was instead of an actual price from the online website. The sales lady kept saying inappropriate things about being promiscuous/asking if my husband and I gotten frisky together because he has some scratches on his neck (made from scratching a bug bite the previous night).Overall they werent willing to work or budge with us price wise whatsoever, they were unprofessional, inappropriate, and not much of a help at all. My husband tried to contact someone afterwards to talk to someone above the manager we had seen that day and he didnt do anything either.The only good thing to come out of this was finding a different dealership and getting a great vehicle that was in better condition, a better price, and the $4,500 trade in value our vehicle deserved without having to negotiate with them at all.

Watertown Auto Sales is the place to go when you are looking for a new car. I am terrible when it comes to cars just because I don’t know much about cars. I went to Watertown and the staff there were so supportive and helpful. I walked in and Jay was there immediately to help me. He told me about the different car selections they had in stock and asked me questions about my driving lifestyle in order to accommodate the perfect car for me. I would strongly recommend going to Watertown when you are looking for a car. Great customer service!

We were actually on vacation when we decided that our car wouldnt make the trip back home and we needed to get a new car. They have a really nice selection of vehicles at Watertown Auto Sales. From the moment that we walked on the lot Brandon took such good care of us. He was informative, knowledgeable, and assisted us in every aspect, with every question, and soo many test drives, until he handed us over to Garth the Finance Manager who made sure we got into the car that we chose! Everyone was extremely professional and we most definitely recommend anyone looking for a positive experience car shopping to stop in here and let them get you into your next vehicle.

One of my friends referred them to us, so we visit them along with our friend. once we got to the site, we met Brandon he was the salesman, he showed us variety of cars to choose from and while we are doing this Jay the manager went to our side and explained some things to us in what type of car we want or what type of van we love, so we got into a conversation then finally come to a conclusion that we wanted a family van so we can fit extra things that our family need. then he introduced us to Garth he was the Finance Manager, we talked with him for a while then come up with the solution with the payment method. it was not that fast but it was accurately done. i love those guys they gave me a nice setup that goes along with my plan for the family van. Ill definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

I was looking to buy a car last weekend so I stopped by Watertown Auto Sales after reading good things about this place online. The staff treated me really well while I was there and Carvel who was my car Salesman helped me though out the entire process. He was honest and really genuine. I did not feel any pressure like I have at other car places, it was really relaxing and comfortable. All it took was a couple hours and I drove off with the car I bought. I could not be more satisfied! Watertown Auto Sales gets two thumbs up from me.

I really didnt know what to expect when i was at Watertown Auto Sales but boy, I was in for a surprise !! I was visiting my cousin who lived near Watertown, NY and I wanted to buy a car for my boyfriend, something affordable and good on gas because we live in Virginia. The staff helped me out, they had great customer service, very polite and knowledgeable about each and every car that was in the lot.

I got a great deal on my 2010 Ford Mustang. I was visiting my girlfriend in Watertown and we wanted to get a new car. She suggested we check out Watertown Auto Sales. The staff was great and knew what they were talking about. They were not out for just a sale but they were looking to invite us into their auto family. We took a test drive with Brandon and he even bought us lunch at a local Chinese restaurant. Who else does that? Nobody! When we decided we would take the car we were then sent over to Garth for our financing options and we left happy with the deed to our new car!

My old car finally died and I needed to find a new one that was dependable. I went to Watertown Auto Sales and was helped by a salesman named Brandon. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time explain each truck I was interested in. I had a wonderful experience and bought a great Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD Crew Cab. That wasnt even the best part they were great at helping to get the financing I needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or truck. Watertown Auto sales was a fantastic car dealership to visit. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with a smile and the freedom to rome around freely to look for any car I choose. After making my selection, a very nice saleman by the name of Brandon, assisted me with my vehicle of choice and he very well knew much about it. He was so good I couldnt help but to get the vehicle. I did have doubts about purchasing, but with his expertise, I was sure that I wanted to drive away with the vehicle on that day. I drove away with that vehicle on that day and have been satisfied with it ever since.

We got quoted and scheduled in for our car to get detailed, however when we picked it up it only got cleaned on the outside and vacuumed/light wipe down, the floor mats were still full of salt, there was still empty wrappers in the all 4 doors and the gear shift was full of dust. We called and the manager said to bring it back in. Once we did he did not seem happy, and they explained that the service we paid for was only to vacuum and wash/wash the exterior. When we were called to pick up the car the second time they literally did not touch it. Overall it was a waste of time/money & gas.

We found this great Xterra via Internet so me made the arrangements to go see it. Brandon met with us was and he was so nice. After we went for a ride we were sold, and started with the paperwork. It took a while for somebody to finally call us, at this point, why they were asking us some questions my husband said he was not currently working, but he was going to start again next month. (Huge mistake from his part) I didnt have a great credit score so I couldnt get the car on my name. Long story short, after a few hours of waiting Garth told us they will make an exception and sell us the car. It was a risk they were taking but they did it. Now the pay its paid off. They were really helpful and trusted us.

This dealership has the same owner as Drive One and a few others that open periodically. They have no prices on the cars bc the price is however much they can get u approved for.Vehicles are mostly junk, the decent ones are marked up 60% at least. They rip off and ruin the credit lives of those who protect our country.They even rip off their own employees, long hrs and do not pay $$ owed for commissions. Run for the hills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!All of these reviews are fake!!!

I despise shopping for cars. I have never had what I would consider a positive experience. I dread facing the hordes of pushy salesmen TELLING me what I want rather than listening to what I want. I was not looking forward to this trip either. When I got to the lot, I waited for the rush of salesmen, and was surprised when it didnt come. That was the first plus of my shopping trip. I started looking at 2012 F-150 that had caught my eye. I became aware of a salesman coming up behind me and got ready for the standard what you REALLY want is... speech. Instead, I got a firm handshake from Brandon and a what are you looking for? That was plus number two and three. I explained the features I was looking for (power everything, Supercrew Cab, V8, 4x4, low mileage, etc, etc.) and during that time he didnt say a word; simply listened; plus number four. Once I finished telling him what I wanted he took me to the vehicles that fit my demands. I selected one and got ready for the dreaded make me an offer back and forth that comes with buying a car. While walking back towards the main office, I looked up the truck on Kelly Blue Book and was surprised that their asking price was right inline with what the truck was worth. Plus number five. I was introduced to Garth (the finance manager) and got another firm handshake. Again, I was asked what do you want to pay per month and for how many months. I didnt bother haggling over the price as I found it fair from the start. I gave Garth my terms and warned him that my credit wasnt perfect. Within thirty minutes, he came back with three different offers for financing. Things went so smoothly, I signed right there. I have never had an experience like I did at Watertown Auto Sales. I cannot thank the staff, especially Brandon and Garth, for giving me a great deal on a great truck! I know that when it comes time to get another vehicle, Im not even going to bother shopping around. I know a good thing when I see it. Thanks!

What that said, we agreed upon a price and started the purchase of the vehicle. I was looking for a medium sized pick-up with a cap I could remove. It had to be in excellent running condition and be 100% rust free. In short- I wanted a NEW used car like so many other dreamers!Fortunately, Jay-the sales manager, hooked me up with Carvel-a salesman on the lot, to make my dream come true. Carvel listened and asked a few questions, we talked and walked and presto-there was a NEW used Pick-up with everything I wanted-except the cap. I checked it out-asked 10,000 questions and heres what resulted. Carvel said he would throw in the cap I selected, and place the 2 new tires on the back I requested, for a price that was VERY reasonable!I talked to the finance manager-Garth, we worked out ALL the details, and in a short while I was driving my DREAM car !
