The people behind the desk are super knowledgeable and friendly the mechanics explain to me what was wrong with my car to a point where I can understand it it was fixed in a timely fashion and it was a good deal money-wise. If you need an alignment done, spring work are any autumn mobile service done I strongly suggest Watertown spring and alignment

First visit they said I couldn’t align my vehicle before replacing lower ball joints and steering bushings.Once I ordered the parts brought the truck back to pay for tge labor hours. Was prepared for a good $600. When I picked the truck up they had not installed the bushings. Turns out they didn’t need to install them. Saved me a few hundred bucks in shop hours. They very easily could have installed those parts and charged me more and I would have never known the difference. $430. This shop is very honest, and they performed quality work.

Ive been a resident for over ten years now and Ive used almost every mechanic in the city, if not all. WS&A is fair priced and reasonably overworked so getting in for inspections requires early scheduling but repairs have always been on point and this is coming from a back-yard-mechanic who usually does most of his own work and has had most of the familys vehicles running for an excess of ten years.

Quick and excellent service! Had my new U bolts bent in 15 minutes and was on my way. Knowledgable staff was helpful and reassuring.

I came in worried about replacing my struts, shocks, wanted my brakes checked out and a noise at the front tires.They advised me that the alignment was simply off and the wheel noise was from uneven tire wear. I had another 20‚000 miles left on the worn struts and my brakes were also fine and only half worn. So I called back for an inspection and they fit me in while my car was still in the bay. Im very satisfied that they are so honest. I have no qualms recommending this shop whatsoever.

I just had new tires put on but the shop was unable to do the alignment so I went to Watertown spring and alignment. They had a great price so decided to get the alignment done. The mechanic came out and told me that the car needed new tie rods and the alignment could not be done until the rods were replaced. I told the mechanic that the car was still under dealer warranty and he advised me that they probably would not cover tie rods because they are normal wear and tear. He then told me the bill was over $300. I decided to call the dealer anyways while I was there and the dealer said they were covered and would have the parts in by the next day. I left Watertown spring and alignment and went to the dealer. The dealer inspected my car and found no issue with the tie rods. I then, just to make sure, went to a third mechanic to get the alignment done and they also found no issues. After that I called the shop where I got the tires replace and asked them if they remember anything wrong with the tie rods. The shop advised me that they found no issue and they would have advised me if they found something. When I called to complain to Watertown spring and alignment, they didn’t apologize or offer a refund, they basically told me the other 3 shops and 6 mechanics were wrong. I feel this family is attempting to rip people off. It is unprofessional and I highly suggest that if you do go there, before you have them work on anything, get a second opinion or just go to a reputable business. This is not one!

I have gone to almost every local and franchise repair shop in the city. Watertown Spring is the BEST. They only do the work that is needed and only use the parts required. NOBODY works on commission. Every vehicle I own and those of my children is a Watertown Spring vehicle.

The only thing this place does right is make u-bolts. When it comes to alignment and front-end work they are a rip off!

Place is crooked. Had my repair shop replace sway bar links, ball joints, loaded struts and a right front wheel bearing. Took it for an alignment and Watertown S&A says I needed a right front wheel bearing. So needless to say I left and and now going to Cheney tire for a front end alignment where they wont try selling me something I dont need.

Went there for an alignment, and they told me to wait Two hours, it took 5 hours for them to give me my car back and they were not even busy, after I received my car it wasnt even aligned right,and they charged almost $200 for nothing.
