Came here on a Saturday to change 2 front tires. They had the tires in stock. Everything went well and smooth. The price is also very reasonable. Good job and keep up the good work. Be honest to the customers.
I have had some not so good, to terrible experiences at this location up until my last with the most recent Store Manager, Anthony Russo. It was discovered that my transmission fluid plug was left off, after being serviced several times by team members no longer at the company, and I had been complaining of a noise. It was becoming worse and Anthony was more than accommodating to help find the problem and offer any solution they could. They found the plug, and saw the fluid was low and filled it for me. The car was running better and he even said that I may need a flush and offered half the price what Honda would offer. After a few more weeks of driving, my car was just not going to make it for me and decided to trade up for my own safety. But honestly, thank you Anthony for your kindness and generosity for helping out a situation that was not your team and trying to help undo previous damage. Your kindness will not be forgotten and my new car does indeed have Firestone tires and because of this complementary service, if I ever need any advice or help, I know theres a place now to go with trusting hands with no sales gaining in mind... just trying to help out a loyal customer. THANK YOU!
Got a flat tire on the way to work. Made it here and they had the tire in stock. Fixed it relatively quickly and reasonably priced. Also gave me info on my car brakes which I appreciated. Great place!
FIRESTONE OF WATERTOWN WAS RUDE AND ABUSIVE, THREATENED TO STAB ME! (And made comments about my mother)THEY STOLE THE TIRES THAT WERE SHIPPED THERE BY TIRE AGENT, AND NOW ARE DEMANDING $ TO RETURN THE TIRES THEY SAID NEVER ARRIVED. THIS FIRESTONE WILL ROB YOU AT GUNPOINT. MY CRESIT AND LIFE RUINED BY FIRESTONE FOR TIRES I WAS NEVER WITHIN 20 MILES OF. CALLED FIRESTONE HQ4 TIMES THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE
Fixed a flat tire quickly with friendly service and a very reasonable price. Open on Sunday too!
Long time customers my family and I,and I am shocked at Firestone facilitating STEALING from customers, disabled and vulnerable at that Discrimination natory practices and abusive behavior, disappointed Iwont be doin business again, they will Steal from you, believe me..
Awesome experience. Friendly staff who provide all the right information, super flexible, and get things done on time
We Made our on line appointment, detailing our vehicle type, year, make model, etc., also made arrangements for an alternative vehicle while our was being worked on.When we arrived at 8am, the they told us they didnt work on a Ford F350. Exact same size as Ford 150....However, other Firestone service centers do, just not his. Sorry, good by.We have had our truck serciced at Firestone service centers across America as we travel.Never an issue. We chose Firestone because of their Nation wide program. Why have online reservations with detailed vehicle information if you dont use it?Booo, bad store !
Dropped off my car for a simple flat tire repair at the Watertown location, and the guy (Anthony Russo) tried to talk me into unnecessary tire changes for multiple tires when all that was needed was a tire patch. When I refused, he hung up the phone on me rudely. This is literally the worst auto service experience Ive had in my life.
You guys need a better customer service, listen to the customer, they always right, even if they are not.Bad experience and I tried to tell that I had a leaking tire right after you guys changed and you said that my sensor would take time to adjust....well, went home and wake up with flat tire.Thank you for listen your customer.
Not the place u wannna go if u want a 20 min oil change
A dozen other Firestones turned me away, but these guys got me in right away, even though they only had 1 tech working!
Got to the one on Comm ave in Boston if you must support this shiesty corporate shop.
The customer service was terrible, wouldn’t take my car in and said that if they did It was be a 6 hours wait to patch a tire. They told me I was better off going to the 10 other shops nearby.
Fast service on a battery replacement.
I would highly recommend getting a car wash from this establishment
This place is practicing bait and switch. I drove 6 miles to get an oil change with Firestone in Watertown scheduled through CarAdvise for $39.99. In the 1st appointment at 3 pm on Tuesday, a Firestone staff refused the service of the oil change by telling me that I was 20 minutes late and rescheduled me for Friday at 11 am. In the 2nd appointment, the service manager Dave sat me down in the waiting room while hes pushing the tire rotation service package with additional cost through the CarAdvise application along with the oil change service that I signed up for. In the CarAdvise application, I rejected the tire rotation and stayed with the oil change. He then refused the oil change service in which I had the confirmation before showing up at Firestone. He spoke to me across the waiting room and was saying that he got family to feed. He should not feed his family at other peoples expense. Everyones time is precious. If Firestone is not ready to do business in good faith, it should not affiliate with CarAdvise simply because it cannot honor the deal.
You can rebuild your transmission and engine over here for the price of a McDouble or two!
I had an appointment to replace two tires. They told me $181 everything was included and balancing would be additional. I got there and they told me about some other fees and had changed the price. I left and I would never go back as they would not honor their word!
Well its a roller coaster. Im writing this from their waiting room at 4:30 on Thursday. My winter tires were supposed to be installed by noon on Tuesday.I initially called this location on Wednesday, asking about getting specific tires in a specific size installed. They said they would check and call me back that evening. No call back. I called again the next day and got a new person, Mike. Mike was great- understood what I wanted and scheduled me for the coming Tuesday morning, saying hed pick up my tires personally the next day.Tuesday morning rolls around, I go into the shop and.... My tires arent there. They try to figure out a way to get them in time but Im already taking off time from work so, after an hour of trying, we simply reschedule for Thursday at 2.That afternoon, Mike calls and apologizes profusely. Hes kind and explains it was completely his fault. Hes got the tires in the store and everything is set for Thursday. I can understand, stuff happens. Life gets in the way and everybody gets a second chance.Thursday afternoon rolls around, I go into the shop and drop off my keys. Im away from the office but theres a Starbucks walking distance away, so I brought my laptop and Ill work from there. Theyve said its about 90 minutes to complete so around 4, I head back.My car hasnt been moved, they hope to start by 4:30, finishing around 6. My car just went up on the jack, a bit before 5. I hope to be done by 7. For a 2 oclock appointment.Everybody has been kind and I have no reason to believe theres been any malice or malfeasance but the poor delivery of results is undeniable and completely disruptive to my life.
Never going to another shop again. David was super friendly, personable, and has a lot of integrity. Loved chatting with him.
I ordered tires from Tirerack.com and had them shipped here because the location was convenient and Tirerack indicated they charged a reasonable amount for installation. Also, my regular mechanic is not affiliated with Tirerack, so I didnt think sending the tires to them was an option.Showed up for my 11 a.m. installation appointment and the person who greeted me (I think he was a manager or the GM because he kept referring to it as his store, e.g., so you had tires shipped to my store?) asked if I would like to sign up for a Firestone credit card for $20 off. I declined, because $20 off is hardly an incentive to sign up for a new credit card. He continued to tell me how easy it was and that there is no annual fee, etc. I said no again, and also said no when he asked if I wanted the shop to align my tires (I just wanted to get in and out and planned to go to my regular mechanic soon for something else anyway and figured Id have him do it).The employee, who was by then visibly irritated by my decision not to sign up for the credit card or get an alignment, told he would call me when they had finished installing the tires. I told him that wouldnt be necessary because I would be waiting in the lobby, as I did not have alternate transportation. He said he knew that when I made the appointment I had indicated I planned to wait, but the install would take at least 3 hours and I should leave and come back.I then asked when I could come in and have my tires installed in the roughly one hour I know it actually takes (Im 36 years old, this isnt my first set of new tires. It takes an hour. Maybe an hour and a half. Not 3). He told me thats just how long it takes, but to come in on Monday morning at 10 a.m. and maybe it would be quicker. Ok. I went in on Monday at 10 a.m. and a different employee told me that some work they were doing on other cars over the weekend was unexpectedly taking longer than expected, so there were three cars ahead of me, and it would be at least half a day before my tires were installed. At that point, I said I wanted to just take the tires and have them installed elsewhere. He gave me a spiel about how it would be more expensive to have them installed and/or aligned elsewhere because Firestone is affiliated with Tirerack. I then called my regular mechanic (Alewife Automotive, which I cant recommend highly enough), who informed me they could install the tires in about an hour, for less than the price Firestone had quoted me, and that an alignment was included in that price. Bottom line, do not go to Firestone in Watertown if you value your time and money.
The service was swift
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The employee Dave is not helpful and will up-charge anything he can. He apparently needs to feed his family as well.I went in for an oil change and was told it should not take more than an hour. I specifically mentioned i only needed an oil change as I had work done recently. They ran a full inspection and tried to tell me my tires we so badly worn out they had to be replaced immediately. 2 hours later I was finally out of there.I would strongly recommend management find new employees or re-train those that are there.
Very weak in every way for me, I went to change my timing belt and it’s completed 5 days to resolve and nothing, maybe leave mine to resolve others. No more with they.
They do good work car has never rode better. But they attempt to nickel and dime you into buying services.
Really slowI forgot why I stopped to go there for my car maintenance until last Friday. The last oil change done there took more than 3 hours when I had an appointment and they ask me to wait there it will be done shortly. I asked them several times about the timing and they said that my car will be ready soon that I can have a coffee and wait my car.I look online to find a place the have my cars AC checked and they are the only certified place in my area.I brought my car for a simple A/C inspection for my 11:00 appointment, I have been waiting in that area until 2:00. I stopped there, my car was inside but nothing was started yet.I walked back home to finally get a call arround 3 that the test show that the freon level was a little low but everything else was good with my AC.They couldnt fill the freon because there was a loose bolt near the AC compressor. Why they couldnt tie it up? Because an other place replace my water pump near the compressor and there is a loose bolt on that pump. they wanted me to return where the water pump has been replace then come back there to have te freon fill. They are the only AC certified in this area.I rhey had respected their schedule I would have brought back my car at the other place to have the screw tie directly that afternoon. As I had to walk to get my car, I arrive there arround 4PM and the mecanician at the other place was gone for the weekend. So no car for the weekend, another 45 minutes walk to return home.
Really helpful staff special David
BEWARE: full inspection performed but didnt catch the 10 year old battery, faulty radiator and aged plugs. Was told it only needed brakes. Paid over $500 to replace brakes. But car engine over heated a week later. They just want your money and dont actually do the work!
There was some confusion over the work that needed to be done, so it took longer than expected. But ultimately the customer service was great and they were very responsive/involved throughout the whole repair process. I cant yet speak to the quality of the repair (I will update tomorrow if necessay) but I expect it will be fine.
The service manager Dave is wicked personable and extremely helpful. Came in for an alignment of a seemingly busy day and left within an hour. The staff here work hard and know the ins and outs of my car. Cant say that about a lot of franchise shops, but this one was a pleasure to be at.
Y’all, the only reason I’m giving two stars is because the customer service aspect of my visit was decent. I called ahead to get an oil leak checked out, the reps I dealt with were very courteous. It took a week to fix the leak(s), which wasn’t a huge issue since I don’t normally drive places. Here we are a few weeks later, and my car is smoking... burning off multiple puddles of oil splashed on the engine in some hard-to-reach places. (With a hopefully unrelated coolant leak on top of that.) What gives, guys? Y’all were nice, but I’m not coming back after this. Not cool.
I work on my own cars to the best of my ability, Happend to not have the equipment so I called this Firestone.. Person on the phone said it would cost $120 to install 4 tires that I already own brand new. Claimed they would have to check suspension blah blah. Got hung up on. Never will i bring a car here in my life, Id rather go to the BMW dealership.
Excellent choice. Highly recommend! Experienced technicians & managers + reasonable prices.Unless its a new-car warranty job, why pay high dealer prices...and have to wait for an appointment there?Have been going here for 25 years and have all of our three family cars, both new and old, serviced here.Buy their LIFETIME alignment & tire-balancing plans. I you plan on keeping the car for a few years: that will pay for itself many times over.
Just called to ask we can mount my daughters snow tires and attendant ask if they were Firestone tires. I told him no their Michelin they have very little miles like under 3,000. His tone and attitude quickly no we dont do that!Wow
I am a regular because me and my wallet are respected - excellent explanation of what is needed, what is urgent, and what can wait for a bit as far as service. Always look to inform me of discounts where available. They aim to make a fair profit, not a killing, which is why I go back.
Terrible serviceI made an appointment for new tires ($1400 total out the door) and an installation package over a week ago and showed up this morning for my scheduled appointment and the tires I had ordered were not at the garage yet and they then gave my appointment away to the next guy that walked in. Absolutely no regard for the money Im spending and respect for the customer. If you are trying to conveniently and quickly get service done to your vehicle go somewhere else.
Everyone at this store was fantastic! I specifically want to mention David “Dave” - he was patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Firestone put my personal safety and the condition of my car above all else. They took the time to answer my questions in ways I could understand. Nobody tried to “over-sell” and everyone I spoke to was wonderful. I had gone to the Jeep dealership and was told I needed to spend $1100. Firestone did their own assessment (they didn’t just trust someone else’s work they didn’t know), and was able to find and fix the problem for $90. Thanks for saving me $1000, Firestone! I would highly recommend this store.
I can’t say a bad word about this place. I had pretty quick service done, for brakes and tires. The car runs great and the price didn’t get out of hand. I had control over what was done and what wasn’t.
I have brought my car here over the years. Always did a great job with fixing my car, whether its repair the brakes, get new tires or run some diagnostics. Great manager their right now. Very genuine, flexible and helpful.
Jessie was super nice, identified my tire issue and put the spare on for me while giving me all the potential options for fixing even though they were closing at 5- and I arrived at 4:58. Another technician was kinda a dick and gave Jessie a hard time for helping me out cause they were technically closed. So thats why it isnt 5 stars.
Came in for a technical question on tire and David help me with his expert knowledge to explain and now know the next step.
Local and consistent
Took longer than I thought.when nobody seemed to know what they were doing,a young man by the name of William Ruiz had the answers and a wonderful jobThe other young man working on seemed to be very inexperienced and disgruntled. Mr Ruiz deserves a raise!!
Bought winter tires here and only had them changed here. They never rotated the tires when changing them so two of them were worn down to the point that they were unsafe to drive after only 3 years. They initially told me they would replace the two tires free of charge, but then ended up charging me for one of them anyway. They also put the hubcaps on wrong and tried to cover it up with zip ties. I had them take the zip ties off to check if they broke the hubcaps, and saw that the hubcaps wasnt installed right. I fixed the problem myself in front of the technician. Shame on him for having a customer fix his mistake. I will share this review on Yelp and other similar sites, and reach out to the head office. The whole situation is ridiculous. They lied to me multiple times, and charged me for fixing problems they had themselves created. Steer clear of this Firestone location.
I brought my car in to fix a weird noise. For $1200 they gave it back to me after fixing it and said the noise would stop after the car warms up. I brought it back 3 weeks later. This time they were able to find the real issue and wanted another $1800.
Very disappointed with this place . Came here to swap my winter wheels and tires with my summer ones . Not only they broke one of my lug knots and blamed the Previous mechanic for putting the tires on, they wanted to charge $256 for a new knot . Understand that accidents happen but this was not a $256 accident . Left and got the problem fixed for $80 at a local mechanic shop . Unfortunately this is what you get when you go to a corporate run entity . No one cares and is held accountable. ALWAYS GO SMALL BUSINESS .
Went just to get new tires, purchased elsewhere, installed.Firestone did the free alignment check and then the service rep started the hard sell that I needed an alignment right away, measurements far off alignment, car ready to run off the road on its own, etc. etc.Didnt believe a word but next day took the car to Herb Chambers Honda, my car dealer of 15 years. Paid almost double what Firestone wanted for an alignment but well worth it: they showed only one wheel out of range and a bit on the front steering but nowhere near the alignment measurements from Firestone. Ive gone to this Honda dealer long enough to trust their measurements over Firestone. If I had done the alignment at Firestone, with their out-of-whack measurements as a starting point, my car could have been wrecked. After this hard sell experience with clueless measurements, I would never come back to Firestone for anything. Should have contacted Hogan Tire or my gas station to get my tires installed.
Excellent customer service. Fair pricing. Knowledgable employees. I am planning to bring all of my cars here for all future service.
Went in without scheduling an appointment and was still accommodated in the schedule the same day for tires changes and alignment. David, the manager, was very helpful and explained all the changes made to the vehicle in detail. Definitely recommended!
I used to try to replace a tire, drove around all the nearby tire shops, and they all rejected because the time I call was late. Firestone accommodated my request, and charged ~$128 for a replacement, which lasted for 1 year till now.
I have been a Firestone customer since the 90s.The manager in Watertown is unbearable. I brought my car for service which they screwed up so badly I was told they’d Comp my oil change. But then the manager called and left nasty messages.I decide to go back since I purchased lifetime alignment and wheel balance. When I returned the same manager was there and he berated me calling me a theif. He did not agree with his assistant manager about comping my oil change. I finally left, I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with the crazy manager and being alone in the shop.I filed a complaint and was told the district manager would follow up in 48 hours. That was a week ago — no one was I touch.Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible service!
Needed a new tire due a nail near the side wall. They were quick and courteous. The work was done well and the waiting area was clean and comfy. Two thumbs up.
The whole team here is awesome, I get my entire fleet of cars serviced here and have been for the last 3 years. They treat me like family and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Best shop around.
My experience was very negative. During my visit, an employee entered the store and yelled at the man helping me, calling him profane names and using a word very offensive to people with different abilities. I wish I never supported this company. Please go somewhere more local if you have a choice.
I brought my care there on a Friday after it had been overheating for a little while, and they diagnosed the problem quickly and told me what I would need to do to fix it. It needed a great deal of work done, so I chose to forgo that work as I had already put enough money into the vehicle, and figured I could make it back home and junk the car for a little cash. Well, I didnt make it far from Firestone just as the nice mechanic had warned me, although I didnt listen. I broke down about a mile from the Firestone and had it towed back to the store. I came back the following Monday and told the guys at Firestone my situation, and I decided to get the work done that I previously passed on. Later in the day I received a phone call from Firestone - it wasnt good news. It turned out I had done even more damage to the engine when I drove away and broke down, and I basically needed a new motor. Because I had already authorized the guys at Firestone to do the work, I figured I would be stuck with the fairly large bill with no car on top of it. When I went down to Firestone later in the week on a Friday to pay for it and grab some belongings out of my car, I had a conversation with the gentleman I had originally met my first trip there and explained my situation. Even though he was not obligated to, he offered to actually do away with the bill. I was astonished and honestly couldnt believe that they would voluntarily put my wants and needs before their own profit. They may have passed on my money this particular time, but I guarantee they will see a great deal of business from me and the many people I will refer Firestone to in the future. Their honesty and terrific customer service was a great change of pace from almost every other mechanic Ive dealt with in the past. I know where Im going the next time I have car problems.
Good shop and very helpful staff, quality work for what Ive had done.
Got an oil change, a long with a tune up.Came in at 8 and waited maybe 3 hours on a Saturday.Patience is what many of these other users need. Without knowing how to do a proper oil change, you want to make sure you allow the old oil to drain naturally without a flush machine. Those machines do save time, but they kill the inside of your powertrain. On the side of the customer service, I had an easy experience with the manager and techs. But also working in retail, some days can be horrendous, so I understand where they would get angry. What I did notice with some customers, was some suspicious arguments they were having with the manager.Always take a review with a grain of salt. No one likes paying for repairs, but its maintance thats required.
I bought a set of 4 new tires here a few years ago. At that time, I also bought the Road Hazard Insurance that pays for the repair/replacement of the tires in case of damage. A few days ago, I had a flat tire and I went to Firestone to repair it. Because the damage was too close to the edge of the tire, they had to replace the tire completely (and I paid a prorated amount). The problem came when in addition to the prorated amount (which is clearly described in the insurance paperwork), they wanted to also charge me for balancing the tire (which should be free according to the insurance paperwork) and for a new insurance for the tire (which they told me was compulsory). These two charges didnt make any sense even though they told me that they always charge them when they replace the tires due to road damage with insurance. After arguing with them for 15 min and going back to the original paperwork to show them that they shouldnt charge for this, I was able to get these two charges removed. Really poor experience. On a side note... the road hazard insurance pays for the replacement of the damaged tire, however in AWD vehicle you are supposed to change all 4 tires at once. The insurance wont pay for the other three tires...
Mike is very helpful and trustworthy. I had a issue with my fluid leaking and he helped me out and got it done in a quick time. I recommend seeing him if you go there.
Just want the help with pressure pump for the tire but they’re not polite and kind to me and said they’re busy today cannot do anything else. Very disappointed. Not because they cannot help me but their attitude.
Dave and his team are efficient and professional! He is patient and transparent in explaining items that need to be repaired. Thanks!
I came here with a lot of issues on my car. First, Jesse and David were very knowledgable, helpful, and fully explained everything in detail. Second, there was a pretty significant miscommunication which was not my fault. I expected a stereotypically, huge battle from yet another car repair shop. Instead, they showed a lot of integrity (a rare thing these days) and agreed to waive all the charges that were disputed. They have solidified my business for the next 10 years. I have been recommending them to everyone. integrity is hard to find in a car shop.
My son lives in Boston and I live in NY. He got a flat tire and he was stranded across town. We/he checked with a few tire shops that were close to his location where the car was and everyone tried to sell him 4 new tires and told him they could not help him at all if he didnt buy 4 tires. They were clearly tying to taking advantage of him (young kid!!). I called Firestone and spoke with Mike, I explained the situation and he actually felt sorry for my son and right away wanted to help us, he took his time and explored all options with me.. Not only did they just replace the one tire they got it done in a hour or so, ahead of some others.. I then spoke with David and he was very nice and understanding as well. It is such a nice feeling when someone really cares and tries to earn your business and comes though in a pinch. If you are looking for any repairs on your vehicle STOP and just go to this Firestone location and save your self a lot of headache and time.. They will do the right thing for you and get it done properly and timely.
Terrible customer service from a very rude older man named David who works there. I was told it would take an hour to put on my Firestone winter tires (a free of charge service) and after waiting an hour they rotated my normal tires instead of putting on my snow tires. I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to finish switching my tires. While waiting (again), David came over to tell me I was Wrong about the tires I have and there would be a cost for switching them. He said my boyfriend clearly didn’t know anything about cars and His attitude and tone were incredibly rude and condescending... I guarantee he never would have spoken to a man that way. Thankfully another auto-mechanic stepped in and told him I did have the correct tires for free service. After I called out David and said that’s not a way to speak to a customer he tried to make amends by saying Someone gave him wrong information and offered me $20 off another service I needed. Never going back to this location again. Only Positive thing I can say was the man who worked at the front desk was very apologetic about my whole experience and I could tell he felt bad about how I was treated.
Dave and his team provides an excellent job and takes customer service to the whole new level!Highly recommend!!
Very comfortable enviorment. Skilled machanics. Friendly representative service.
For tires they are pretty good but I wouldnt recommend getting an oil change here. The wait is always over 1.5 hours even at 7:30 AM (the first appointment).
Well, just attempted to have my car fixed at this location. The person was not even willing to help me, and he called the next person although I was still trying to explain my situation. Rude person. Very rude. He said he was all busy till next Tuesday if I wanted to make an appointment and talk to him. Not even clear he was going to fix the car.
They often recommended things I dont need. Also did not properly tighten the drain plug after an oil change one time.
Dropped off the car at 0545,they said it would take an hour....they were done at 0830. My whole night went to waste, what a bunch of liars. the sad part is that they werent even busy, I think their guy was just trying to score some overtime
If you are going to this branch, please be advised that even it is really small work, there are chances that they won’t complete on same day and they will call you in the evening to leave the car and pick it next day or two. I didnt read the previously written reviews about this branch and made this big mistake . I had an appointment for tire rotation at 11am at this location. The guy name Alex first was not able to figure out appointment schedule and had to ask other person to pull out the appointment .As I had bought set of tires from different firestone location and I just needed a tire rotation, so this guy suggested I should go back to the same location from where I brought the tires. I told him that I was told that I can get free tire rotation at any Firestone location, again he needed to confirm with other guy about this.At this point I figured out that either this guy Alex has lack of training or intentionally don’t want to entertain me because it was free tire rotation.Anyway, finally after entering the order, he told me to pick it up at 3pm.I reached there at 4 pm, and when I asked about the car, he said it is still pending as it was busy day . I waited for 1 hour again, hoping that he will get it fixed .But then he suggested, I should take it on Monday or go to different Natick location which is 30 miles away .He also suggested as it is free and just a tire rotation so I should not be worry .I realized that he intentionally didn’t want to fix it . So whole day he kept the car and didn’t fix the tire rotation which would hardly take 15 mins and finally told me to take it to different location .Then I took my car back without getting the work done. What a great customer service, Thanks Alex for wasting my whole day and finally suggesting me to take it to other location just because it is not urgent and it is a free service .I brought the set tires from Firestone and they promised free tire rotation and good after service and just because of this guy Alex, it all got spoiled .Promise you not buying the tires again from Firestone and not suggesting anyone to trust them about whatever they promise.
Wont get my car worked on from any where else. Very trusting mechanics and front guy Dave is up front and very helpful
...great help...willing to go for distance to get what my car needed...
This place replaced my battery extremely quickly, gave me a great price, and did not try to upsell me on additional services. Great in and out service!
Everyone here is helpful and friendly. I have had good experience with my car after having it serviced here.
Quick service
They (Sal and Jessie) messed up one of my outer tie rod ends during a routine alignment and did not take ownership of it. Instead they tried to upsell it to me that I needed both sides replaced. Beware of their integrity and be ready to confront any fishy business.Full story: I have a Firestone lifetime alignment. Have had it for more than 3 years now. Dropped my car off for a routine (6 month) alignment check. Got a call later in the day from Sal that I needed new outer tie rod ends because they couldnt get them off. They had the parts. He wouldnt charge me for the right one because he said, Thats on us. Didnt outright admit fault but more or less did with that phrase. Why else would he pay for one side? I decided to pass on the couple hundred dollars it would cost. In my mind, Im like, How bad could it be? I figured Id talk to him in person when I pick up the car to sort things out. When I get there to pick it up, Sal is not there and wont be in for the next week because of managers training. I talk to Jessie and he wont outright deny that they damaged my car but he also wont admit it. Im also not good with confrontation so I didnt really know how to deal with people who will just straight up lie to my face. My previous car had some worn out tie rod ends and I drove it for a while like that so I just take my car and go home. A week later I have a look at my car (Im somewhat handy with maintenance). The play is ridiculous. I definitely would have noticed this when I changed out my snow tires/wheels the month before. Plus you can see the heat mark on the tie rod end from where they took a torch to it to try to break the locking nut free. I call Sal about it. He denied damaging it. Says he wouldnt do me like that. Well, he certainly did. And now its basically a he said, she said situation. No hard proof either way. Also, they said they had difficulty with the adjustment because things were rusty and seized together. Firestone is the only place thats been touching my alignment for the last 3+ years. How about you use some anti-seize when you work with parts that you know will be adjusted again in the future. In the end, I replaced the outer tie rod end myself. ($30 part) I should have caused a big ruckus that same day and not let them get away with this.To top off this whole experience, I asked them to look at some uneven wear on my tires. They still charged me the $9.99 inspection fee!
Fast service, reasonable prices. Excellent waiting area.
I have been bringing my car here for years. Very satisfied with services I have received.
David was great and his staff did a great job on the alignment!
Im really disappointed, I had a flat tire and the front desk guy told me that a have to live my car there for several hours, just to fix it. So I leave this place and went to a gas station near by and had my tire fixed in less than 10 minutes.
Booked an appointment for service last week I was told when I arrive that they are short one staff so they asked me drop off car I said how about we book an appointment for next week so that I can wait while my car gets serviced so I drove to the second appointment they claim that I need to drop off my car . Two confirmed appointments and two drive back home with no service done in the mean time I had my oil replaced somewhere else
Very good experience. The store manager is very nice and patient and provide very good service.
Absolutely awful service. I went in for a new water pump and five days later the radiator starts leaking coolant. Unbelievably they tried to convince me that it is The strangest coincidence and it had to be replaced. While speaking to them, something seemed suspicious in their tone and I felt played. Not the first bad experience Ive had there but it will certainly be the last. Waste of time and money due to incompetent employees.
Great group here, always friendly and pretty fast
Great Service, Pleasant Sales People.
Friendly and fast service, reasonable pricing. A small mistake was corrected with a sincere apology.
Bad customer service Especially the guy Name mike
They never keep their promises. Time, quote, scope of work. It is unfortunate that my fleet company specifically appoint them for maintenance, but every time I go there, there always are unpleasant surprises. No respect to customers time so they do not even bother to call you to let you know the delays of work promised.
Scheduled two appointments, came both times on time and they told me it would be a 3 hour wait because of “people with appointments”. Don’t waste your time.
I was waiting for the replacement of two wheels one hour and forty-five minutes. I will never use their service!!!
Great work and great staff
Took them 30 min to give me estimate for 2 tires, I checked with other Firestone was much chipper than this one
Always friendly and quick.
Took them more than 5 visits to fix my brakes the right way.
They tried to scam me into fixing parts that I fixed a week ago
The changing engine oil took 2.5 hrs with an appointment. This broke my 1.5 hrs of oil change record.
Very good CS
