I bought my car here in January 2020 and have only had good experiences with the service department. I think it helps having had the pre-owned warranty on the car—I’m not sure how the experience would be if I didn’t buy my car there. Kamel and the other guys there are great. I haven’t felt pressured to pay for unnecessary services, but my car hasn’t needed much work, thankfully.
This service department overcharges, even relative to the marked-up prices that can generally be found at dealership service departments. I was quoted about $1200 for new brakes on my Camry (for the uninitiated, 4 sets of OEM pads and rotors can be ordered retail for about $450, and brake replacement is routine maintenance that represents no more than 2 hours of labor, 3 at most).However, this is not as egregious as the fact that they tried to throw in another $1000 of unnecessary work. Either they are incompetent at diagnosing the issue and are simply trying to throw parts at the problem at the customers expense, or they are unscrupulous and are trying to take advantage in order to turn a greater profit. I would recommend going elsewhere for service.
Upcharged me for my front and rear pads and rotors replaced. Costed me $1200 to replace them on my 2015 camry. Even worst, they took 3 hours to actually finish the job.I shouldve just brought the parts and replaced them myself.
Great service. I went in for a complimentary first 5000 mile maintenance. I was helped by Paul. He was professional and explained the service and costs clearly.

He was able to explain to me in details about the services that were needed and recommended what was best for me to do at a cost-efficient rate. I came here a few months ago to get my car detailed and to replace a set of keys. My car felt brand new again when I picked it up. The dealership is clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. I worked with Victor Le who made sure the experience was as easy as possible. He also made sure I knew what was going on and even delivered my car ahead of schedule! I would definitely go back again.

The service department is amazing, I needed brakes on my vehicle and met with Victor Le for the service and everything got done efficiently and the brakes could not be performing better. Will definitely be coming back to Victor for any more of my vehicles repairs and maintenance.

If you need any service or repairs done on your Toyota vehicle, you MUST ask for Victor Le and he will take care of you 100%. I own two Toyota vehicles and I only go to Victor at Toyota Watertown because I genuinely feel like I am cared for and that they have my best interest in hand.

Service Department visited. Very clean, well appointed waiting room. Staff are efficient but still friendly and informative. Only reasons not 5:starsis the repair costs. Significantly higher than we expected, but was needed.

This 5 star rating is really for the stellar service I received from my new service advisor, Kamel K. I had to bring my car back for the 3rd time and was frustrated with my experience to date and Kamel expertly and kindly acknowledged my frustration and how Toyota Service could have done better. What is remarkable is poor Kamel inherited this problem from 2 other service advisors but he never wavered from his focus on me, the customer. He assured me he would take care of the problem and as promised, he called me when he said he would and my car was taken care of finally. I was pretty convinced I wasn’t going to come back to Toyota Service Watertown but because of Kamel, I would recommend to others. Thank you, Kamel!
