They stayed open a little bit late so I could look at it let someone else take it for a test drive the next day since I didnt have my license. Just bought a 2014 Mazda 3 and it was an amazing experience. First car Ive bought from a dealership and big shout out to Dylan for helping me in any way I needed. He was flexible and worked with me the whole way through. Had some small issues but he got them fixed right away for me. I definitely recommend them for any one in the market for a car. Great people and great experience.

If you buy from them, and get a 3 month/ 3000 mile warranty with the vehicle, make sure you get the details of that warranty in writing before you leave. 2 months after purchase I had transmission cooling lines rust through and start leaking. They want me to get it back to them, 1hr15min away at my own expense, then they claim theres a $250 deductible, and theyll only pay for half of the fix after that. Some kinda warranty huh? And I even let a few thnings slide that should have been caught by there mechanic before selling it. Sway bar links and Idler pulleys. Also they failed to mention they are a no haggling dealer. Price listed is what they want. They did haggle with me on mine, but not much, and only because they didnt tell me upfront. Overall, like my vehicle, dissatified with their warranty - joke

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry on 15th January 2020. I am writing this review now after over 20k miles on the car over the year. I drove from Wisconsin to Nevada over 2000 miles in one go and the car ran like a dream. We drove for an hour to see the cars we liked because there were three or four cars that I believe I would have been happy with. The prices were so reasonable that they made it worth the travel time. In the end our salesman Dylan helped us find the right fit for our family. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and what kind of ballpark we wanted for our trade. He made us a good offer in the first 5 minutes and we were driving home financed and delivered in about an hour. It is refreshing to do business in such a manner. I have always hated the back and forth haggling at most dealerships. John, the finance manager was fantastic! He lets you know exactly what options and warranties are useful to your particular situation and which ones are unnecessary with the customers interest in mind. I bought a car from there about 3 months ago and they said they did a 100 point inspection but I’ve had nothing but issues with this car since I brought it home no matter how many times I bring it to the mechanic, it’s gotten to the point where I’ve had to look at new cars because there’s way too many issues. They were nice but I am very disappointed, especially after having to drive 2 hours there and back multiple times just to be ripped off on a $5000 car that’s probably worth maybe $3000, will it be returning there

Had a great buying experience with Dylan who also had Jay assist as needed. They were very kind, patient and worked with me on my timeline obstacles since i was buying from out of state and working with a lender that also worked with a dealership that was out of state. Was a uncomfortable instance for me due to the distance and making a commitment on a sight unseen vehicle and trusting what i call a car salesman and dealership type stigma, but i was not let down or disappointment. Everything flowed better then expected and no surprises. Only item that is outside of there control was for out of state purchase, only in-person signing by state law, no digital signatures. Hopefully Wisconsin changes that rule which would really open up options for this awesome sales group. Would definitely buy from them again!

Very friendly and courteous. I recently moved back and my credit is poor due to being a stay at home mom for 5 yrs. Nothing on your credit report is a low score. I had a sizable down payment so they worked with me, walked me through the process and even gave me personal advice not business advice that would benefit them. I am very appreciative of that. Being treated like a friend vs a customer is a big deal. Thank you for that! Also, 3 weeks after purchasing my car, I had an issue. I thought it was the alternator by what was happening. After calling in for my warranty, I was advised to call Hayes as my paperwork hadnt been put into the system yet. Hayes listened to my issues with the warranty and my car. They called and things entered right away, then called me later to see how things were going. In the meantime, they discussed my car problem and believed it was a battery issue. I m very greatfull that they figured it out just by listening and hearing what I had to say. The big deal, they drive 45 minutes to get to me and replaced the battery free of charge. Thank you Hayes Family Auto!! That extra mile you put forth, to come to me, is truely wonderful. I didnt have a way home otherwise.
