Stephen was very pleasant to talk to, and very helpful when it came to my SUV, example everything about my SUV while in service, the sitting area was very clean, my experience there was great,
I took leave from work to go look at a few TDI vehicles and it was as if they had bars of gold in the parking lot with high miles. After talking to two sales managers and an incompetent salesman, they closed on their invoice papers that they would charge me additional dealers fees paperwork fees and etching fees all of things that should not be charged to a person in the first place. Making it seem like theyd be doing me a favor These cars are a dime a dozen all from the auction after they all were purchased back from the manufacturer and so you would be inclined to think the high asking prices would be somewhat negotiable. Both employees refused to even negotiate stating it was a one price deal. Dealers price. No care for even the most motivated buyers. Cash in hand or not. Not even a finger was lifted to make a sale with me. Would highly recommend you stay clear of this dealer and find another location to purchase. Time here was wasted.
Valenti of Watertown Ct recently replaced a tire on my A4. I called them to get an appointment and they said just stop by! We arrived about an hour later, our service rep. Devon took the car to service while we waited. Devon was back in less than an hour and the car was repaired like new! His manners with us are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. We recommend Valenti to everyone!
Stopped in for a emissions test and was greeted by by 4 employees with a Good morning and a smile. All very pleasant and professional. Delila (girl at the desk)said it would be about 10 to 15 minutes and was done in 10. When done I was greeted by Emissions tech RJ and explained everything I needed to know. To all a job well done today.
Their customer service is excellent. You can count on them for appropriate recommendations. I have taken my car to other dealers who recommended a lengthy list of services that weren’t actually necessary. At Valenti they ensure that you understand the service and the purpose of the service. It is much appreciated !
Recently purchased a S90 at Valenti Volvo. Mike Parrell was our salesman, great experience. We were happy with the entire experience. We drove 4 hours to the dealer, paperwork was ready, Mike went over all the cars options and were headed home in a timely manner. Thanks again.
Excellent transaction!!!!! This is the third time Ive purchased my car here. Michael Parrell made this and all previous transactions run smoothly. Ted presented options and prepared an excellent information fact sheet that was very helpful and Jim pursued the best financial arrangement and explained the paperwork. Try a Volkswagen and if you do... check out this dealership and ask for Michael.
Dont Service your car here Changed 3 times the oil they supposed to give me a 100 points inspection sheet they never did and the worst the oil pan of my car was black from the engine leaking oil they didnt even bother to let meKnow .....
Good service, reasonable pricing for a higher line dealer. As you would expect, courteous, helpful, efficient staff. Customer waiting area is also well appointed.
Very friendly and experienced sales staff. Very fair and upfront information on pricing on the vehicles.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The no haggle price I believe takes the pressure off the sales force and allows them to just concentrate on helping you make the right decision. I took a car for a test ride and then explained to the salesman that I still had a couple of other cars to try out before I made a decision. He did not panic and try to hard sell me at that point. He said to go out and try them and if the car I was looking at was the right one for me, I would be back. Well, the car I tried out was the best of all the cars I wanted to try and I ended up coming back later that day and bought the car.I want to thank Randy Berger, Big Al, and Scott for making my car buying experience a good experience.
Ive visited other auto service centers attempting to have repairs it seemed they were out to hustle me and sale over priced parts and services I didnt need I found the service representative very easy to deal with. If I needed service done on my car I would go back
Very nice salesman, and super knowledgeable. Definitely going back. Alan and Steve were very helpful
Their cars are all over priced and they are not willing to negotiate much on price. Have to admit that they certainly not pushy or over eager to sell you a car. They do not move much on price, even after cars has sat on lot for months.
Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had, Michael Parrell made the entire process a smooth one from start to finish. So would I recommend Valenti Motors, only if youre looking for the smoothest, easiest and best way to buy a Volkswagen. Thanks Michael and the entire Valenti Motors staff for making my car buying experience a GREAT ONE!
The service and parts staff treat me very well. Thanks everyone.
I wanted to express my appreciation for the team at Valenti Audi; specifically Danya Kross, the internet sales manager. In spite of living 4 hours away, he was always prompt answering my questions, and even prepared a heck of a deal on a CPO vehicle for my consideration. If my local dealer hadnt had a similar vehicle, I would have gladly taken the 4 hour drive to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from decent people.
I bought a 2009 Audi A4 a few years ago from Valenti in Watertown and I love my car. At the time, I was only 24 and making my first purchase for a car. I did a lot of research and browsed at several different stores to the point where it became so frustrating. Everyone was either ripping me off on price, being too pushy, or did not have good quality cars. One of my last stops was at Valenti of Watertown, and it literally blew all of the other dealerships away. Once I came to Valenti, the sales people were extremely easy to work with and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was so easy, I literally walked out with a car the very next day.One of the major things I love about my deal was the additional 100k miles/6 year warranty. There havent been any major issues, but it has helped pay for a new wheel bearing and a new intake manifold valve. For anyone who has had an Audi before, we would tell you, definitely get a certified used car.I will definitely go to Valenti again for my next car. Save yourself the hassle and go here!
I had a great time purchasing my car, everyone was helpful and honest. Jason was my sales guy and did a great job getting everything done in such a short amount of time.If i ever need to upgrade my car i know which Volkswagen dealership im going to.A+
Excellent customer service. Parts availability and order. Honest evaluations.
I recommend do not buy a car from them! We went and knew what kind of car we wanted the salesman was very professional and polite but they basically tried to steal our trade from us! They only wanted to give us $1000 when it is worth at least $3 to $4000 and told us it had a salvage title and we contacted the bank and the bank told us it had a clean title! Steve the finance manager made us jump through hoops to try and get a loan! Needless to say the deal didnt happen! We were able to go to a local dealership and get financed! But I definately highly recommend do not buy a car from these people!
Fair. Clean. Audis are great! Ask for Alan
The service department is awesome. Always fair and efficient.
Very customer oriented. Customer satisfaction is a high priority.
Hands down the BEST car buying experience of my 57 years...no hassles, no bait and switch pricing, no baloney...just strait forward, knowledgeable, friendly staff from sales to management to service and financing...they found me the car I wanted, not the car they wanted to sell and did it quickly and for the price I wanted to pay...what else is there? and now Im driving a cool VW GTI which is hands down the BEST car I have ever owned...Id give them 10 stars if I could :)
Great experience working with this dealership. Danya Kross was extremely knowledgable and helpful, and let me lease my car the way I wanted to. Ask for him!
My experience is always been great!!! This is my 2nd certified pre owned car with them and I couldnt be happier😊😊😊👍👍👍👍❤
As staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Decent dealership. I got my last car from there.
Good car place for emissions in and out very quick.
Bought my Audi there. Service department is A+Prices are fair and the work is excellent.
Very rude salesman not all but some are basically kicking you out thats why i went and bought from fathers and sons audi in Massachusetts they also have better prices
Horrible people to business with. Within year a opened two false damage Insurance claims.
The Greatest ExperienceI was researching purchasing a New car. Went to several VW Dealers in New York and was shuffled around.I called Valenti VW and spoke to the Internet Manager Dana. He assured me that we would be motivated to sell me a car and it would be worth the drive. I drove 45 minutes from Putnam Valley and met Dana. He inturn intoduced me to the Sales Manager Charles and Michael . Both very nice . They sold me exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend taking the trip to Valenti.
Brought my car in for a simple oilChange and power steering pump needed a new hose. Hose was on back order so I waited a week and a half to get my car back I picked my car up at 330pm and by 5pm my oil light turned on so I IMMEDIATELY pulled over and checked my oil i had ZERO oil on my dip stick and my power steering pump resivior was over flowing. Now that was just under the hood as I proceed to look under my car oil is steady dripping/flowing down my oil pan down my entire underside of my car I have a 2012 Jetta with 35k miles I just bought from them 2 months ago. There service department is either run by little kids or completely incompetent adults. I am under certified warranty and sure hope they make this right bc any damage done to my motor is 100% THEIR FAULT my car did not leak any oil before I brought it in and now after the oil change they did my entire oil pan was empty in under 2 hours HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER BRING THEIR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AT VALENTI VW. On my first car bought from them and first oil change they did on it THEY possibly could have blown my motor bc of their incompetent service department.
Good car dealership with helpful staff
We initially contacted Valenti VW as they were one of the very few VW Dealers in the tri-state are who had a World Certified VW Jetta TDI Sportwagen (with a 6-speed manual transmission). They also had World Certified VW Jetta TDI Sportwagens with the automatic transmission on the lot, as well as new 2014 TDI Sportwagens, with automatic transmissions. We went to their location one cold wet morning to look at and test-drive the vehicles we were interested in. The World Certified TDI Sportwagen with the 6-speed manual was a 2013, but it was well-optioned, and well detailed inside (it was raining out, so it was difficult to ascertain the actual exterior condition - except that it was clean - and wet).We took the 6-spped for a test drive, then returned to Valenti to test-drive a new 2014 TDI Sportwagen (but with the automatic transmission). They both drove well, handled well, had all the bells and whistles, but when it came right down to the price, it just did not make sense for us to purchase the World Certified 2013 Jetta (with approximately 15,000 miles), since we were able to negotiate with Valenti to purchase a brand-new 2014, fully-loaded TDI Sportwagen (with an automatic transmission - which is not our first choice) for just a little more than what we would have paid for the used Jetta. The sales representative (Randy) was very polite, no high-pressure salesman, just lets you make the decisions to pick the car you want. We also had the opportunity to speak and negotiate the final price with Charles, who was also very calm and patient... not the typical car-salesman kind of a guy that you are ingrained from birth by too many grade-b movies. We did notice (the day after we drove the car home) that there was a very minor factory defect in the interior. After emailing photos, Valenti very quickly ordered a replacement part, and within 4-days the part was in, and I was back at the dealership having it replaced. I had the opportunity to speak directly to the technician who performed the work (along with the service advisors), and all of those employees were polite and well-spoken, and the technician informed me that he enjoyed working for Valenti (and had worked there for many years). It is good to know as a customer to know that the technicians who will be working on your car enjoy their job, and working for their employer.I would say that Valenti knows that happy employees, equals happy customers... and visa-versa.It would be beneficial for other dealerships to accept this business model, as they would most likely ultimately increase customer satisfaction (which would increase sales, and service). So yes, Im sold on Valenti.Only wish they were closer to home.
A thorough job on servicing your vehicle
Did not like the service, try to take advantage of customers who do not know about the vehicles.
Quality and courteous service, always
Went there for the sole purpose of buying an Audi shirt and mug as a gift and the sales guy was as rude as I have ever seen. Thanks Audi. Ill stick with my BMW
It started our rough but Anthony the sales manager made everything right
Great customer service in their service department

Always a kind friendly smile awaiting you here!
