I have been a Verizon customer for about 20 years. Not necessarily a happy one. We decided it was time for a change. After doing some research, I found that cricket had the best deals on both phones and plans. Our family went to the mall and worked with Dylan. He was extremely helpful with setting up our new service, our new phones, and our new plan. He answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend cricket wireless. On top of that I would definitely even more so recommend Dylan at the Watertown cricket wireless. He really knows a lot about the phones and the service. Hes very honest and if he doesnt know something he will absolutely find it out and calls you back immediately. I have never had such good customer service from any place else that I have dealt with.
Was in there a month ago porting over from metro the guy was absolutely amazing helped us. Then went in today to add another line and he was absolutely amazing again! Always so friendly and amazing customer service always! Would recommend anyone to go see him!

Dylan is knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the best phone with an inexpensive plan. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a phone. Give him a raise. Hes a great salesmen and thats coming from someone whos been in high pressure sales for over a decade.
Dylan is awesome. If you want no contract, unlimited everything for a great price, choose cricket. Ill never contract or make phone payments again. My wife and I are very satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended.

I have only had luck with 1 gentlemen being nice and helpful. I have spoke with 2 other women but they brushed me off with my questions. Never even got up from there stool!! Very short an acted like I was bothering them!

Had cricket service for a while now. The ONLY suggestion that I have is the employees really need to put down their phones. I waited (literally timed it) 6 minutes in front of the kiosk to pay my bill. The employee was on her phone. Not talking. She was scrolling through Facebook. Very unprofessional. Still give them 5 stars. Great service. Just put the phone away!
Like the carrier as well as the products offer but theres a lot wrong here. They lease out through another company so the info they give you on the lease payments most often is completely false. 24 hour return period for accessories (absolutely ridiculous) and while Xavier was nice when I signed up for my phone a VERY rude and unprofessional young woman has been there the other couple times Ive called in or arrived and not only was she rude and expressed no interest in helping me out but she was on her device when I arrived and she made it seem as if it was a huge deal she had to answer my questions. Terrible customer service, everything your told is a lie proceed with caution, only reason I gave it even 2 stars was because this is the only carrier I could sign up for a lease and a plan without enormous deposits so it can be a good option just read that fine print.
Helpful and willing staff but willing to hang back and not bother customers wanting to browse. The product displays lacked informative spec sheets and use case sales pitches. Because of this, the store was not helpful to me because I didnt feel like talking to a sales rep. I just wanted to look and read.

I havent yet made up my mind about the actual Cricket network, but the sales representative that got my service going for me deserves no less than 10 stars! John D. King III at the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown, NY went more than above and beyond his required job description, refusing to quit until he had solved the issues preventing my service from activating. After several attempts online, with 2 chat reps, between 2-3 hours EACH with 3 phone customer support representatives, I was finally sent to the store to have it done manually. This young man solved this issue in a little over an hour, staying an hour after closing time to get it done. Because of customers there ahead of me, knowing we had driven 45 minutes to get there, he took on my problem, knowing he would have to work after closing.Oh, and there was no sale, so he made no commission. An all around selfless guy!

The store employees are kinda lazy on their phones ..on face book.. while talking to you with no attention..the service is awful..but I guess you get what you pay for.. but seriously really really bad . Constantly dropping calls or lagging out ..dead zones everywhere super weak service.
Can never get thru to talk to anyone and there is usually only one sales rep at counter so say just paying a bill may take half hour to 45 minutes and heaven to billed if you have a problem for them.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
