Ore and Ashley were amazingly helpful! They got me a great deal on an new phone and made sure all my information transferred and my new phone was all set up when I left! This is the best t-mobile in the area! I have been to others and from now on will only go to this location going forward. The other great thing is its inside dunking donuts so you can get coffee while you wait!
T-Mobile quickly got a new phone in my hands with a trade-in. I thought I was going to receive a larger credit mentioned of 500+ and was billed $136 in the store with the purchase of a new case (40-50). The credit seemed higher than expected, but I was not shown a breakdown. The credit was not that large as it appears I was setup on a phone repayment plan. I am setup to receive 9.55 credit over 24 months (229.20). However with the in store payment (phone case around $46), I paid $90 adjusting my actual credit to around 140 with my trade in. This amount was very far off from the 500+ that I was told when I discussed trade-ins.The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately misleading.I called today to discuss a return/exchange and was told the manager is out until Tuesday. I leave for traveling tomorrow and will not make the 14 day return window.I am disappointed that things were not clear to me.I am disappointed that I was mislead on the trade-in value.

Management needs to update the hours. Google maps states the store is open until 8pm. I arrived at 7pm today and was informed the store was closed and regularly closes at 7pm.

Went with my girlfriend to get her new iPhone. It took an hour and a half for them to set up the phone (the store was empty other than us - the workers seemed incompetent). And then, later, when we got home, we realized that the employee who took an hour and a half to set up the iPhone had incorrectly installed the SIM card, so we had to go back! Terrible experience.

Thanks to Dylan K he had given me the best experience with any T-Mobile in the world and it help me figure out and understand what I needed to know about my account what I needed to do a month what I could do if my phone got broken and I had the insurance and where I would go and I’m top of that had the best attitude about all the questions I had needed to be answered. I just had THE BEST experience at this T-Mobile store all because of a rock-star associate named Brandon. Prior to coming to this store, I went to another T-Mobile store to get my MVNO set up and was told weve never seen this before; we dont know how to do it. Well, guess what? Brandon had never seen it before either, but instead of telling me he couldnt help me, he rolled up his sleeves and proceeded to FIGURE IT OUT. He was kind, patient, and set up the phone for me perfectly. Talk about amazing customer service! I am 100% delighted. I hope T-Mobile recognizes Brandon for his incredible work--he deserves it!

Today I had, hands down, the most helpful experience I have ever had at any Sprint store in the area.The associate who assisted me today, only days after the store had reopened, went out of his way to solve the problem I was having without me having to so much as lift a finger.I cannot thank that individual enough, and I applaud the work he is doing for the company at this location.

I have been a customer for sprint for over 16 years, I had come to cut my bill but was approached with a offer I couldnt refuse. They assisted me and even allowed me to add one of my co workers so she wouldnt have to pay more. That being said the store manager David was awesome. Rahi was very helpful running around helping. Ali dealt with me and was very knowledgable and made my transaction smooth. Both of these consultants made us enjoy a sprint store and felt as if we were at home. These employees have made my experience at sprint awesome.

Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about, he was promising me promotions, and offering a phone at a huge discount. I was skeptical so I decided to wait,I returned a week later hoping to cash in on these great discounts only to find the sales rep had been fired for lying and misleading customers, and the store offered no compensation to make up for a really bad associate...sprint has no idea how to hire GOOD sales associates

Great service! I recently purchased an older model Sprint/Sanyo flip phone on eBay to replace the one I dropped & broke, and even though it was in like-new condition and very similar to the model Id been using as a Sprint customer for years, I was unable to get it activated by calling Sprint. After spending hours on the phone with four different Sprint customer service reps and getting no results, I brought the phone to the Arsenal St. Sprint store, where Brandon spent well over an hour on his computer and on the phone with several Sprint reps & technicians, until finally my phone was activated and I could breathe easy again.Even though I wasnt purchasing anything that day, the fact that I was a Sprint customer was reason enough for Brandon to go above & beyond the call of duty in solving my problem & sending me on my way with a working cell phone and a great sense of relief. First off would love to say that I am so glad I joined sprint. After years of using a prepaid telephone service, I now realize that sprint is not only extremely convenient to have, but also very affordable. Finally paying my own phone bill without the help of my parents so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The store manager Andy was super helpful in explaining which plan he recommended for me, what type of phone I should get, and any additional questions I had. I left the store feeling happy after purchasing an iPhone 8 along with an iPad. Such a great deal for a college student living on her own I would say. Definitely recommend this specific store!!
I decided to stop by on 03/15/2020 because my Galaxy S9+ broke and I had an upgrade. I spoke with the assistant manager Michael. He was very helpful and friendly. He was also able to give me a great deal. I told him that I would be able to come in the next day and buy the phone that I chose. The phone that I chose was the Galaxy S20+ which just came out in stores. Michael was very knowledgeable about every question I asked i.e. about the phone, about my plan, about the payments and more! It was a pleasure doing business with him. I told him that I planned on buying the phone the following day so he put it aside for me and told me that he was not working that day but Rahi (sales associate?) would be there to help me. I went back to the store on 03/16/2020 and began the process of buying the with Rahi. He was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful! I paid off my old phone and did a trade in with ease. I wanted to buy a phone case but unfortunately they didnt have cases yet (S20+) because the phone had just come out in stores which is understandable. Since I couldnt get a phone case, Rahi gave me a liquid glass screen protector at no cost! He even put it on the phone for me! These two Sprint workers were amazing and deserve a lot of credit. Both guys had fun and playful personalities but at the same time were very appropriate and took their job serious. I was able to get a brand new phone that just came out at a killer price! I am so happy and I am in love with this phone. I had an extremely pleasant experience here and I will surely take the extra time to come back to this store even though there is another Sprint store right down the street from my house. I didnt get offered water. Shoot! :( Not a good time. Terrible costumer service. Took them 3 hours to set up 2 lines. We were offered to lease two phone for half the price within 18 months. I was under the impression that once the 18 month period was over the phones were ours, i made sure to ask and at no point the sells person told me i had to pay an X amount to own the phones. I have never leased a phone before and they scammed me. They also tried to push all these services we didnt ask for and accessories, i had to literally say to the sales person for the last time i just wanted the phones set-up and nothing else. Today that the lease is over i get surprised with a $35 increase on my account. It is fair to say this deal was made 18 months ago.

I haven’t had a problem with them at all.. they were very empathetic with what I needed about my bill being way too high at Verizon. My bill hasn’t change, remained the same since day one of joining to sprint.

In store service is slow and takes them a long time to complete what should be simple tasks and they never answer the phone, which is the worst. How does a communication store lack the ability to.effectively answer incoming inquiries. This store sucks unless your talking to the one female in there that has some level of knowledge and can actually help you fix your issues, but still no one answers the phone.

Bad customer service. There were 2 representatives on Sunday afternoon and each had customers. Of course we understand that they were resolving customer issues so we were waiting. We were next in line. We waited for 1.5 hours. One guy was helping a couple of girls and was talking all over about parties etc all the time while we were waiting. The other guy finished helping a couple and was doing their data transfer to new phones, installing screen savers etc while they left. We asked him how much longer and he replied a few more minutes. He asked us what we wanted help with and we told him that we just wanted to pay for our phone instead of leasing. It was a straightforward issue and there were other work stations where he couldhave started our transaction while the phone data transfer was going on. We asked again after a few minutes how much longer and he said few more, I think the other guy will be done before me. That guy was still talking about parties in town. So we just left and instead of apologising they started talking about how they had many people to deal with when we were their NEXT customer! They were just trying to stretch out till 6 I guess.

I came in with a question on how to fix my phone and I was approached by one of the sales associates working there. He did somewhat help answer my question and took his time to see what my options were, this is why Im giving this store 2 stars as opposed to 1 star. The way that this associate spoke to my boyfriend and I was extremely abrasive. He cut me off EVERY single time I tried to say something, spoke over me, looked at me, laughed and said I had no idea what I was talking about. Ive actually been a customer with Sprint for over 17 years so I do know a bit of how the store works. I felt 100% uncomfortable and that store definitely lost my business, as I was trying to purchase the new s10. I suggest that the management for this location re-train their know it all associate on how not to lose a sale and just literal basic communication skills. Its not that hard. Brookline Sprint and Boylston Sprint will continuously be the only stores that can have my business or that I travel to.

I personally wanted to acknowledge this special Sprint store at 640 Arsenal St, in WATERTOWN Ma the reasons why I wanted to give credit where it was due is because everyone that was there at the time had so much knowledge about these phones and when I first arrived to this location which was super easy to find and locate also they had plenty of easy access parking to and from the place and it was a extra bonus and made it very convenient for me and immediately when I walked in the store I was happily greeted by each and everyone that was there at the time and they all had smiling faces at the same time the Manager Andy walked up to me and shook my hand and explained to me he would do everything in his power to make sure I would be his main priority and he would get me the best phones and the best plans the store would have to offer and that made me feel so comfortable he began to explain every detail about the company he and his staff walked me through everything literally step by step their knowledge and their passion to help me one on one drove me to get 5 lines at unbeatable prices also unlimited data that never slows down I needed this because I have a fast paced lifestyle so I said goodbye metro pcs and a Big Hello 👋#mynewcompany-SPRINT

Bait and switch jointWent to buy one get one free Iphone and was presented an Ipad to sign. Was told to print off paperwork to read at home. Bad form as I was traveling next day and when I did get the facts found the Iphones are leased and more money would be required at end to own.Then I was billed for months for second free Iphone and had to spend hours and many calls and chats to resolve. Was told the analyst was on vacation... was busy... was working on it ... buyer beware of Sprint and the arsenal store for sure.
So on Friday the 16th around 3pm I came in the sprint store in Watertown because I needed to get a new phone . I knew exactly what phone I wanted and needed . The only iPhone 7 they had in stock was a pink one they offered to order a black one which I declined because I needed a new phone that day . So I decide to try a 7plus (which I paid cash for) they didnt have one on display so I couldnt really compare the size of it so I got it anyway because I wanted a new iPhone . I leave the store about 5pm as Im driving Im realizing how the phone is too big . I call the Brookline store to ask if I can change it for a iPhone 7 in stock they told me I would have to return it to the store I got it from . It should take about 15 min and come to the Brookline store . So I get back to the Watertown store about 545. I ask for a return so I can get a 7 at another store . After a while of trying to explain why the 7plus is better when the main concern was size . He does the return and says youre all set I asked him wheres my receipt and he replied saying its going to my account which was NEVER explained to me and made no sense because I paid cash and why would it go into a account that is current ? . So I ask to speak to a store manager he comes out and offers to have one transferred to his inventory all I would have to pay is the activation fee again out of pocket my first one would be refunded . However I would have to drive to Medford from Watertown to pick it up. (Mind you theres 30 min left until that store closes) After going over that I decided to go because I needed a new phone that day . Once we was finalizing everything I was told I was have to pay the down deposit again so another total of $186.25 which wasnt what he said . He said it was just the activation fee and he can transfer everything so I can just go get the phone . So once he said that and there was 20 min left until the store closes I decided to get a full refund I no longer wanted to buy a phone or deal with this anymore . They had nothin on paper stating I was going to get a refund besides his word . I had the store manager call sprint to resolve this and on the call they said asked why couldnt they refund the cash in store but the store manager was told it was going to be mailed . It was back and fourth for a long time so basically its 820pm now and I have no new phone and I have to wait up to 6 weeks for my refund in the mail and a whole afternoon lost due to lack of information and lack of providing the customer with all the information . Great way to lose a sale and lose a customer well over 5 years ..... This is not acceptable !

I went to store to reset my pin. When i got home I found out my old pin never got reset. I called them the next day when I found out that the new pin did not work, they put me on hold without telling me. Worst customer service. Not coming back again.
