This store is very cute but not just cute. There is a lot in it. There are new books for adults and kids, activity books, games, coffee and tea, used books upstairs, and plenty of space to sit (though I didnt stay in still in full pandemic mode). I got a flaming zebra which, if you didnt know, is a raspberry mocha. It was pretty delicious. The staff is very talkative and friendly and has advice about what to do in Watertown if you arent from there. After the pandemic Id love to spend time IN the shop if I came through.

Quaint and cozy book store with an upper and lower floor in which you can attend virtual meetings, study for class, or just snuggle up with a newspaper or good book! They have a vast selection of each genre to choose from for all ages. We spent a great deal of time just browsing. Employees seem to be pretty friendly here as well.

Best coffee shop in town. All of the drink are so so good. And their bakery always exceeds my expectations. So good.

Finding this cafe/bookstore was an unexpected delight. Thinking we’d go in and have a cup of coffee and then leave. However, we settled in to read and explore for a couple of hours. Staff members were friendly and engaging. Highly recommend checking out Literatus & Co when in Watertown. Small businesses like this are rare, so appreciate them and patronize them whenever possible.

Nice coffee shop and bookstore. Loved the upper level. We sat in a back area that was too ourselves. The two running the coffee were very nice. The coffee was good as well. Next time Im visiting my kids in Watertown l so back in.

Literatus & Co is a community focused cornerstone in Watertown. Not only do they offer great coffee at reasonable prices, but they also sell new and gently used books. If they do not have it on the shelf they can even order it for you.There is a room you can reserve at no cost for small groups also. Ive held a significant number of business meetings here.The staff is always friendly and attentive.Give them a visit for a latte or your new favorite read!

Though it did take a little while to get our coffee, it was understanding due to the place being full that day. Overall I enjoyed the coffee and my muffin.

I love this place. Great book selection, great coffee, great place to hang out with friends. The owner is really helpful when deciding what books to buy people for Christmas.
