They did a wonderful job of replacing old fence in my backyard. The concave design privacy fence they installed is beautiful. The crew was polite and knew what they were doing. One day to set the fence posts and 1 day to get the rest done. They do not use cheap panels from the big box stores, they build everything custom on site so it is a perfect fit. They also cleaned up so well you would never even know that work had been recently done. We are very happy with the quality of their work.

I couldn’t be happier with the fence that Alpine had installed for us. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. Everyone that I dealt with in this company was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job!Update: We had a small issue with the building code about a month after the fence was installed. I called Alpine and they took care of the problem. It’s good to know that a company stands by their work and are happy to help if problems arise.

Alpine Fence is a great company. I have used them twice at two different addresses. They demolished an old fence and gate blocking my driveway and moved it back to my garage. The new fence looked great and held up very well through several winters. When I had my driveway redone and the fence was damaged, Alpine came over again and discussed how we could repair the fence and the gate and gave me a great deal.Theyre a busy company, so expect a little bit of a wait. Its worth it though. If you need a fence, go with Alpine.

Alpine installed a vinyl fence after our cedar one blew down. Great quality and workmanship. A year later a large branch snapped off a tree and broke one of the top rails and a few slats. It was not under warranty but they repaired it expeditiously and at no cost. The team that repaired it was prompt, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend alpine fence to anyone wanting a quality fence from quality people.

Amazing service I would recommend alpine to everybody. We had, had our fence for not even a year after one winter some boards were broke/chipped, warped and missing nails so they were loose and the boards that held the latch to shut the gate had fallen. So I called alpine fence explained what had happened and they were very nice and understanding and sent the owner Dylan out the next day to look at it. Dylan shows up and tells me that our particular fence didn’t have a warranty and the fencing was made in panels so they couldn’t even replace the boards that were broke seeing how upset I was Dylan said to give him a minute to make a phone call so he makes his phone call and comes back and says at no cost to us they would replace all the panels that had broken boards and rebuild the front gate since they customize those to each fence. Within a couple weeks of calling alpine we had a like new fence and were very very appreciative of Dylan and his team at alpine fencing.

This is an incredible company that delivers amazing work on time and done right. We are thrilled with the work done by Alpine Fencing.

The call was kind. Still on the”fence” about using them. I just really wanted to say that. The guys that moved my neighbors fence (intentionally built on my side) had a tough time tearing down the one built by Alpine.

They installed a vinyl fence and a couple pickets blew off. I told them about it and they said theyd come over and fix it. They sent a truck over and did a quick look around and left. Called them again and they said Im on a list and itll get fixed when theyre in the area. 3 months later- nothing. Im going to file a small claim on them. Clearly they manhandled the pretty flimsy and cheap fence and essentially theyre liars and cheats.

First off I called the company and asked for an estimate on a wood fence which they do for free they told me it would be about a week 3 weeks later I call and they have no idea who I am because “they must have forgot to write my estimate in the book “ after they finnaly found the time to get out here which took about 2 weeks they made me wait another 3 weeks on my way overpriced fence and absolutely destroyed my yard in the process number 1 number 2 the fence that I paid top dollar for was falling apart within a week and a half seemed that they used nailed that were too small and my pickets on the first stretch off the house came off with barely any effort at all and 3 post were so loose I could pull them out by hand without even trying and when I called to report this and ask for either a repair or a refund and to have the damage they did to my yard fixed I was met with hostility and and child like behavior blaming it on me saying “ there’s no way there fence could be falling apart” without even looking at it then said he would “see what he could do and would check it out next time he was in the area “ but that was 3 months ago and haven’t heard a word and my attempts to reach him have been nothing but a waste of my time so all in all I paid thousands of dollars for these people to destroy my yard and put up a fence that didn’t do it’s jpb and paid even more money on top of it to fix there mistakes that I paid them to make I will never call this company or recommend them for anything actually the complete opposite stay as far away from this company as you can there liars and cheats and thieves.

My husband and I set an appointment for a specific date and time. When no one showed up for the appointment day, he called them and their response was there was no way the appointment couldve been today because the owner is out of town so the appointment was the next day theres no way he couldve scheduled a different time because he was busy 2 weeks of school and that specific day was the only day and time he was free. A simple apology for a scheduling error wouldve sufficed instead of making it seem like it was my husbands fault for not remembering his appointment. Its very unprofessional on their behalf. Would definitely go to a different fencing company instead for this poor customer service
