We needed 100 feet of vinyl fence put in to enclose our yard for the dog. We had gotten a few quotes and all of the them had long lead times. Ideal Fences quote was not only almost $1000 less than our other quotes, but they were able to put the fence in the following week. Eddie the owner was highly responsive and very personable. Even called the next day to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as another reviewer. Called and Mark came to give an estimate. Never called me with the estimate. Called them to follow up and was told I would get a call back. No one called. Even if the business responds saying that they would like me to call back so that they can fix my issue, I can’t, in good conscience, give a place like this my business. It’s so unprofessional.Edited to add: Poor answering service or not, Mark should have responded directly after visiting for an estimate, and he didnt. Why is there no explanation on why Mark failed to follow up? Just unprofessional behavior on your employee and your answering services.

They happily sold me some high quality vinyl fence so that I could install it myself. The two employees in the front office were very good. They followed through and gathered all the parts I needed and made sure I received everything (I had to pick up my order over two days) with a smile. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. Even the guys or back that helped me load up were very accommodating. If you need to buy the good stuff for your own house, get it here!

Nothing to do with Following rules .I waited by gate.1st im a minority business owner in Watertown ma 2nd they will let you know that you are a minority. As I walk up to gate to, with a mask on . Then he said to me ! stop and back out to the fence . OkThen white guy drives right up in there with no mask and goes right in office. YOU DO THE MATH. I know im a small company, but i will never come back. They are whats wrong in this world.

When I went to pick an order of fences they received me poorly and very rude. They should have friendlier people to communicate with.

I was extremely impressed and pleased with my experience with these guys. I had quotes from 2 other companies that I thought were a bit high. I take my dog to daycare next door to Ideal Fence so walked in one day to see what they had to offer. I walked in at opening and was helped right away by Brigitte. Each step of the way she has made the process simple, straightforward and easy to deal with, which I very much appreciate in my busy life! She has also gone out of her way to get details handled that could have been stressful for me, such as an unexpected change in our delivery need and also a last minute adjustment that was needed to the fence. The quality of the fence looks to be excellent and the level of service I experienced is just rare these days, in most any industry. I would highly recommend using them and appreciate how positive my experience was.

I tried to work with this company since the beginning of the summer of 2016. It is now November of 2016 and I just received the quote. I called the installer to find out a time for installation. Sure I am quite annoyed by this time for the lack of responses, but was told to find someone else. What a waste of time.
