I would give negative stars if I could! The entire indoor plant section looks like it should BE a discount rack. The plants all look terrible and have fungus gnat infestations in the soil. Gross, gross, gross! I left without buying any new plants because they were all so depressing and clearly dying. It would be wise for Home Depot to start a discount rack: no one wants to pay full price for dying and pest-ridden plants.
Staff are extremely pleasant and try to be helpful, but are not always very knowledgeable. The in-store pick-up for online orders service is a bit of a mess, but staff and management, again, do work very hard to make up for a flawed, error-prone system. The garden center is pretty lacking.
Give them a call and wait for half an hour after going through their telephone tree and then you can hang up.
There was no one available to answer question in the plant department....the choices for grill covers terrible...
Small store. Limited garden center. I prefer Natick and W. Roxbury locations.
They have everything you could need for home and garden projects. Staff is always very helpful.
Not a big indoor garden selection like other Home Depots. Also traffic can be pretty busy in this area especially during rush hour.
The service was okay the flowers to pick from was great
