I was on a 17 hour trip in Maine and got off the interstate in Waterville for gas. As I was coming down the off ramp, both of my mufflers fell off at the inlet. After gassing up I saw an Advance auto and decided to see if I could do a quick and temporary fix on the exhaust. Angel and James were both ready and willing to assist with my parts needs to repair my exhaust. I had minimal tools but was able to get it slid back together well enough to get me back to Burlington VT without going deaf. Angel and James are part of a great team in Waterville and should be commended for their great service.

If youre going to shop here you better know what youre looking for. The associates have no idea what theyre talking about most of the time. Or they straight out lied to you. At least at the Waterville location. I hear the other stores in Winslow in Pittsfield are way better. And I am never going to take the chance again.
