After the Fantastic service I had at AutoZone I will never again go to VIP.. AutoZones customer service was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new battery for my jeep, gentleman went out and grab the old one gave me the best price possible on a new battery then brought it out to my vehicle. Thanks again for the great service....

I had a check engine light on and asked if someone could check my codes. During this pandemic, the policy is to NOT get into a customer car and I get that. But Josh, the manager, came outside with me and taught me how to check the codes myself. He was very nice and understood my dilemma. Thank you to Josh for all your help! The workers see me looking for just a few minutes when one of the workers came over and asked me if I could use some help which I definitely did. He walked me over to where it was and carried it up for me and I asked him if he could possibly go outside with me to show me where the anti freeze resivour was and he watched over me to make sure I was doing it right, so yes they are friendly, helpful and informative on any part that I might need in the future

I had gone in to get something for my car. When I left I thought I had everything I needed in the package I had picked up. I was wrong . I went back in and talked to the associate again. He quickly found the one part I needed and I was back on my way. The associate was very helpful, and understanding.

Had to get wiring for a small trailer. Paul Shorey not only helped me find the right plug but actually built a proper connection in 5 min right there on his desk. Never expected such quick and thorough service. Highly recommended.

Needed a battery replaced an hour before close, in February. Everything that could be wrong with the battery and harness had gone wrong. Brad was a total wizard, and persistently corrected everything he could. Renata was very patient, even with customers 5 deep and phones ringing off the hook. Definitely went above and beyond. Id still be hanging out in their parking lot without their help.

Staff was great, great variety, and has an awesome rewards program. Every five points you get, is 20 dollars and the points never expire. The retail associate said it isnt uncommon for someone to have thousands in points saved up. Worth a trip for that alone.

Very helpful staff. They dont have you buy parts you dont need. Getting new wiper blades? The folks at Autozone will install it for you. The can test your battery and alternator. The other day my wife had a check engine light. They ran a check of the system and let us know there was a leak with the vacuum of the fuel system. Turns out thw gas cap was not on all the way. Fixed with no cost to us. Thank you!
