Friendly, informative staff that helps but doesnt pressure. Salesman Frank Wright was a pleasure to work with and accommodated my limited schedule. Any concerns I had were addressed head on. No games. Highly recommend.

I recently needed to find and order some parts for my car. I knew what I needed for part just not the exact part numbers so on July 14th I called Thompson Mazda. I spoke with someone on the phone and gave them year, make, model and VIN number of my car. Then explained to them which parts I needed. They started to try and look up the diagrams to verify the parts numbers. Their computers were experiencing issues that day and were running slow. After not having luck getting the computer to work they hastily took down my number and told me they’d call me back when they had everything sorted out. Not once did they ask for my name. I never heard back from them at all and eventually had to order online from a dealership in NC on July 22nd. Still to this day never received a call back…..I’m glad I didn’t wait. One star customer service from me and from now on I’ll order online and pay for shipping.
