I have used Jay for a few of our computer needs in the past years and had great experiences. If it can be fixed, he will. Otherwise he will provide you with some options to move forward. My daughters laptop was too beat up to save. Jay extracted the hard drive so we could recover all her files. He also helped with some of our Kindle issues.

My Galaxy note 8 had a cracked screen. I had insurance, Square Trade, and was instructor to go to Best Buy Geek Squad for the repair. unfortunately they will not work on Samsung phones. They suggested Staples but they couldnt fix it local and would need to mail it out, possibly 1 to 2 weeks before getting it back. Staples suggested You Broke it in Waterville. You Broke it ordered my new screen and repaired it while I waited, maybe 20 minutes. Everything worked perfectly. After submitting my receipt to Square trade, they informed me that they needed to talk with the repair shop to confirm the work was done. Even though it was not their responsibility, they took time out of their day to call Square trade so my claim would go through. Thank you.....

Really nice guy, certainly cheaper than upgrading or buying a new phone. Id recommend him! He warranties the screens and puts a free protector on too, makes an unfortunate expense a little better :-)

I went to these guys with a Moto z Droid edition. Has a broken camera lense. They told me 10$ be here in a week. Call them after two weeks. They said we will let you know. Never got anything back. Wife goes in almost month later. Them, o had two bad employees. We will take care of it. Two weeks later, crickets. So, here we are 5 weeks later.

These guys are the best! Honest and fair! I brought in my tablet i thought was done and all it needed was to reopen and close case all the way to charge... they didnt charge me anything! They couldnt fix my cheap galaxy and again didnt charge me anything! They did replace the glass cover for tablet cheaper than i could have buying it on ebay and doing it myself.. i broke the glass again lol so going in today for another replacement!
