I was buying tools for Friends Camp to use in a wood shop class for campers this summer. I bought out several items but wanted more. The cashier made some calls and another employee went to the back room and rounded up what I needed. I appreciate the good service. Very helpful staff.

Kinda small and disorganized, long waits for seemingly no reason, and the staff arent always the most friendly. Its cheap tools, but not usually worth it lately since theyve dropped the good coupons and raised prices effectively.

Their ad said I would save the cost of an annual visit on my first purchase... It lied, I only saved $7.62...

They were helpful and signed me up for a credit card and a minute later I had one. I would have given them 5 stars but they didnt have any jack stands and one other item they were also out of.

Do you want cheap Chinese tools and accessories at dirt cheap prices because you just cannot justify buying that Powermatic or Festool? This place is the place for you. You can build a fantastic beginner set up of tools or fill in those rare gaps in your own kit for next to nothing. Their generic Pelican cases, shop lights and most of the smaller accessories are just as good as the popular brands. If it’s metal, well... you know what you’re getting into. This location seems to have a better selection and is always clean, never crowded.

Waited over half an hour for cashier to ring up 3 people. Shes mouthy unprofessional and way over her head. And to the guy puffing up to me today was your lucky day. I will never return again. You just lost a lot of business . I plan to talk to everyone about my experience

Walked in and as soon as I walked in an employee named darrel came over and helped me and my mother out.. he helped us pick out a sander and a battery chainsaw.. he was very nice and funny.. thank u Darrell for all ur hell

Positive experience returning a couple items I didnt need. However, there was one of the three employees behind the counter who found the time to put on a Santa hat but not a mask during the pandemic. This might be a place to avoid if youre trying to stay safe.

Decent place to find good deals

Waterville maine horrible service dont trust what they say to you!! Even if they show a tag for big ticket item or sale items they will not have it stock. On multiple occasions have cled to insure they have an item get told yes get there to find out they dont have item they told you on the phone they had in there hand. Many items advertised as one price but rings up at a higher price.

Had a sale on lights. Went there for them first day. Al gone no rain checks. I guess I will have to get them on Amazon

This is a great resource for all your tooling needs without breaking the bank! I always shop here for all my tools first and usually leave with what I need. I’ve had a couple returns and/or replacements which went without resistance. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife’s favorite store is the bookstore, mine is Harbor Freight!

Mixed experience here today. The cashiers are awesome. But there was another guy, dont know if he was a manager or not, but he was rude. The item was in the wrong spot and we needed the more expensive one. So he felt he needed to blame us for getting the wrong one instead of well lets fix the problem. He has bad customer service skills.

Do not waste your time with this place, items are low quality and they are clearly running a scam on warranties which they will toss u back and forth to not allow you to return, Ryan is not only useless but rude. Stay away.

I had to search for help. Once i found some one, the person was good. Did not have the tool i needed. Pick up 2xl gloves and went to the register. Was already 3 deep. The cash register person was using the computer to look up when an item would be in. Would not sell the gentlemen the demo one. I finally set the gloves down and left. My first visit in the store, not sure if i will return. Poor service all the way around.

Had close to what I needed good enough

Second time these guys told me that they have something in stock, I drive a half hour to get to them, and it’s not in stock. Stores not that big, don’t understand how they can’t get their inventory straight. Who ever is in charge at this location needs to get his store together.

The manager was extremely helpful to me. I had multiple coupons for discounts and as he looked at them he said these would work so we gathered my purchases together and as they rang in only one coupon did not work. He made good for it since he told me it would work. I was very pleased with the outcome since I didnt have to go back the next day to use that coupon.

Drove 45 minutes one way to get a circular saw which said it was in stock at the waterville me store only to find none!!! Clerk told me the truck should be coming tomorrow well I wont be back poor customer service you should update your websites.

I stopped by the wtvl location at about 8:20a.m. the place was empty I was the only customer there. A man met me at the door and turned me away tells me that only 60 and older can shop between 8 and 9. Now Ive looked at the web site and store hours no where does it say this.

I like harbor freight tools. You arent likely to buy many of your tools there if youre a professional contractor but for home owners, hobbiests, and tinkerers HF tools dont cost much and work fine if not abused. I have a large collection of tools from Harbor Freight and Ive had em for years. If I used them on a daily basis, many of them wouldnt have held up but since I use them just here and there, they do great. Of course, always use common sense when buying cheap, no name tools. Certain types of tools really shouldnt be skimped on at all.

Honestly, great tools and great products. I have been buying from Harbor Freight for at least 11 years, plus my brother and father just as long, and none of us have any complaints. Welding, air compressors, sockets, wrenches, lights, power washers, jacks, weight distribution hitch, extension cords, the list goes on and we continue to go back. Get the catalog and save even more money.

I had a great experience. I had to get help because the saw I wanted was not available in the store. I asked a store attendant & he told me he would check in the store room. He found one & brought by the register. The only disappointment I had was I had a 20% coupon & found out the coupon is not good for certain items. Other then that I cannot wait to read the instructions & try it out.
