I regularly buy my farm supplies and animal feed feed here.As another poster has mentioned, Tractor Supply has the cheapest price around on their chicken, duck and fowl feed.Their 40 & 50 lb. bags of feed can go as low as $11.+ a bag.I have also found that, if you compare your local stores ( I am between 2 TS Stores) or better yet, order online, you will get the best prices.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not worth the time to drive there. I put one star up but it should be a negative 5.

Went to Bangor store only one person in checkout no one else available to help, thought I was passing Waterville store on the way home spoke to an assistant told had several customers before me. Understand labor shortage but sometimes a sorry I will be with you shortly rather than am to busy or am I expecting to much?

Pathetic Store! Went there today to get a propane tank refilled, and one of the employees said yes someone will be out in 10 minutes as soon as he arrives back from lunch! I stood out there for 15+ minutes, went back inside couldn’t even locate the guy who had told me, then went back outside to wait another five minutes or so and no one ever came out! I couldn’t wait around any longer because I had food in the car and I told the employee that when I went in there 20 minutes prior! I contacted the store after I left and asked for the Manager, his name was Mark and all he had was an attitude! You wanna talk about very unprofessional! He needs to be replaced ASAP! Needless to say I waited over 20 minutes to get my propane tank refilled and it never happened and when I contacted them after having to leave I was given an attitude!!! Do yourselves a favor and go to Ace Hardware in Winslow mean top-notch service!!!!! Read reviews folks, this place is getting worse because of poor Management!

Not good. Ordered something online for in store pickup. They didnt have it when I showed up. Also, they were, again, out of the horse feed I use. The only person in the store wearing a mask (besides me) was the elderly lady at the checkout. One other employee had one on, but she was letting it hang down below her nose. Wont be going back anytime soon.

I normally have very good experiences with tractor supply. This experience was the opposite of good. I needed a chainsaw blade that was in a locked display. I asked the cashier for assistance. 20 minutes later no assistance and the cashier is looking at me like Im invisible. Due to my desperation I bought a chainsaw bar/chain combo so that I could get the job done. The poor customer service force me to spend more money on items I really didnt need just so I could get out of the store and complete my tasks.

Always find what im looking for. Clothing is quality and priced right. Staff always friendly

Use to love this store but a new manager got hired and now it is awful. The store is already going down hill and he is insainly rude to his employees.

Nice young man helped me find what i was looking for right away. Very pleasant and the cashier was as well.

Went in for the vet that is there every wed 11 to 12:30 . Needed a rabies shot for one of my yorkies they were fast, efficient, and most importantly they took their time with my baby girl which made her feel safe . They also answered all my questions and I had a few. At no time did I feel as if they were trying to just get rid of me. They made you feel that they were not just trying to make a sell. I highly recommend this vet service. 2 thumps up.

Fast, friendly, fair prices. Lots of High Quality Dog & Cat foods & decent selection of pet toys. Seem to be understaffed at times though.

The prices are high on most things, but chicken food is cheap here. Their Schmidt jackets are affordable. I buy one every winter.

Rude obnoxious staff, most of the time they dont have the things advertised in the flier there shoping carts are full of stock so if your gonna buy something heavy bring help to carry it. Prices marked for stuff are wrong and then cost more at the register. This is about the worse tractor supply i have seen. The one in Bangor..while its a few miles away is much better. Waterville store is a place to avoid

Went to Waterville Maine store - bought a 100 lb propane cylinder a month ago - needed a refill. Wait at check out counter for the clerk to call me out. Wait outside for another 10 mins - only to have some guy come out and tell me oh we can’t fill that, we don’t have the right attachment to refill that’s size. 1st of all why wouldn’t you have that posted at the counter? 2nd - if you sell the tanks and advertise refills why waste my time and anyone else and just not do it? Don’t waste your time with these clowns - go to a real store, deal with people who actually have a clue! Thanks for nothing!

The Waterville tractor supply runs out of wood pellets every year...seems to me like they should know they need pellets in the winter
