I bought 2015 hyundai sonata back in NOV 2020 from Boucher cadillac. Chris at service Desk and Chris from finance both were awesome (Dont remember last names 😬) but Both of you GREAT Customer Service. I made a deal over the phone with them before i Flew from Virginia to waukesha and they were super cool to do business . i wish all dealers were like that but i havent found one yet . also they came to pick me from airport aswell . i have so much respect for them . i will be definitely doing business with them again. I have had the most awful experiences with this dealership. When signing all the lease paperwork back in 2018, the guy treated me like a 2nd class citizen and belittled me through the whole process. I have recently been hounded by one of their employees to come in and discuss getting out of my lease 6 months early. With an extremely busy schedule, I made the arrangements to come in, setting an appointment with him. I show up at the scheduled date/time and there is no record of it and the guy I was working with wasnt even there. The sales people that talked to me treated me so horribly and were rude, laughing, and snickering about the situation. It is clearly a game they play with their customers. I will NEVER do business with Boucher again, nor will I bring my current car there for service anymore. They are the prime example of why the car business is completely shady and unethical. How can you treat current/future customers this way? It is beyond unprofessional. I will happily take my business elsewhere and I will be sharing this experience with Cadillac.

I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted, a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. When I called, Don Jordan was very friendly and helpful. I explained what I wanted and he set up everything for me. When I got in we were greeted warmly by everyone. Ryan Young came and took over. He was very friendly as he walked us to the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Escalade, he showed us all the features and stepped back to let us inspect it. I didnt feel rushed and was very comfortable. I feel we got a very good deal. Ryan then took us to John Morgan for financing. John was fantastic. You hear stories about the finance guy but he was nothing like that. He took time to explain, in detail, everything i would be paying for with no pressure to get add ons. I did get a warranty but he didnt push it on me, he gave me the information i needed to make an informed decision and i felt happy with my choice. I would definitely recommend them if youre looking for a quality vehicle and i plan to use them in the future for my next purchase.

Came here to buy a used car that they had on the lot for a while. Spoke to a salesman about test driving the car and driving home with it if everything checked out. Setup an appointment two days in advance and I was promised the car would be ready to go. Took a half day of vacation to drive an hour down and meet at noon. The car wasn’t ready when I arrived and then it was a laundry list excuses why it wasn’t. These excuses came from the salesman and the sales manager. It was as if because I wasn’t there to buy a Cadillac, that my time and the sale didn’t matter.

We were so happy with our experience with Boucher Cadillac!! First of all, everyone was so professional and they are great about wiping down cars and seats (COVID).Ask for Ryan- he was so patient while we oscillated between the XT4 and XT5. He was so knowledgeable and ultimately helped us find the car that was best for us. He even checks-in months later to see how we’re loving the car and happily answered the questions we had. Top notch customer service!

Pleasant car buying experience and helpful in getting a car that meets my budget.

Engine Light came on. I called service and was encouraged to make an appointment at 7:00 a.m. the following Monday. Showed up a 7 a.m. and was told nobody was available to look at it as the techs didnt start until 7:30. Not sure why they had me come in early. Over an hour and a half later, I was told that a vacuum hose had come off. They put it back on and charged me $153. The good news is if it needed repair, they would apply the $153 toward repair. However, since it didnt need repair, they were just going to keep $153 for an engine diagnosis. Not sure how that works as it seems to penalize the people whose car doesnt need repair. My quick research showed that the average cost for engine diagnosis was $88 to $120. They didnt care, and charged the full amount.I have been having my car serviced here for years. Why they decided to put short term profits over long term customer loyalty is beyond me. I will find somewhere else to bring my car in the future.

As usual the entire service department starting with Gary was pleasant and efficient. The service was guick and the coffee was good. I was completely informed of what was being done and told of what else might be done in the near future. The car was even washed before returning to me. These are top rate people.

So i guess you have to beg them to sell you a car...after 2 weeks of waiting for follow up calls and emails on a new and used xt4 Cadillac..nothing! Message after Message and a run around to all levels of management and sales staff both cars sold.....how unprofessional. Dont buy a car from Boucher

I had a 9:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Wife followed me there so I said I’d be back to pick up my Cadillac. Came back in two hours and no one knew anything. It hadn’t been touched. Took another 45 minutes to get it done. I would have given 1 star but this is first time I’ve ever had a problem. Dealership has been good all times before.

Thought I was getting navigation with the vehicle....that did not happen. The sales person said it was on the vehicle. It wasnt until I was driving out of the parking lot that I realized it was not in the vehicle.It was a 2020 XT5. They blamed it on the corona virus. I was promised two years free satellite radio and that did not happen.I was completely surprised at the total lapse of customer service.When I asked to speak to a manager during an oil change, the dealership completely blew me off. I did call to make sure a manager was available and the manager was upset that I was disappointed with the service, the manager said I didnt do anything, I didnt do that . Completely disappointed.

Finally, after a lot of searching for the Red Buick I wanted, I was fortunate enough to have that search end at Boucher Cadillac . Adding to that fortune, was the opportunity to have Joe Hacker as my sales contact. Joe displayed excellent listening skills to my needs both in secure knowledge of a quality car and in financing. That skill put me at ease with the transaction. He incorporated Tony Ranieri’s excellence in securing me a great rate and I am now a happy STOP ME RED Buick owner! To all of the staff who greeted me, a job well done . To my buddy Ray, who held my hand and told me that if I didn’t buy, he would have done so! 😍

Initial experience buying a used car from Boucher Cadillac was very good, getting all the items apart of the sale after I drove of the lot was extremely disappointing. I received 4-5 I will call you back with an answer from the salesperson and never got a call/email back.

Service Rep was okay, but the service tech that was supposed to fix a vibration in my car was very unhelpful and never fixed my problem. His attitude was very unprofessional and he did not at all seem like he wanted to fix my car even though thats his job. He tried to tell me I should be okay with my car developing a noise and that he wont be able to correct it. Its a $55,000 Cadillac and he did not even provide $250 Honda service.

We were looking at a couple used vehicles at this dealership. We have now put in 4 trips to the dealership with no contact made to us. Normally car dealerships call you every day, but with this one, I emailed all my information to the sales person with no response! Then we stopped in yesterday, my husband talked to the GM, and still no reply. I know my husbands tactics aren’t easy for the sales guy, but seriously? What is going on with this dealership? We were working with Ryan by the way. I am extremely disappointed. I have never been pushed off like this, and I just don’t understand. I truly hope no one else has to go through this, because let me tell you, with two children, a trip to test drive cars is always a circus. So glad I wasted my time...

They’ll promise to work with you, then try to rip you off with a super high car note. I have a Cadillac 2013 and the Bluebook value of my car states $7000 in good condition, $6000 in poor condition, I owe $5900 on the car.They refused to honor bluebook value and persisted on rolling over $4000 in negative equity to my new purchase. I’ve purchased many cars in my years and never experienced this! They tried making me pay a $650 carnote on 2016 Cadillac 😢 Do not allow them to run your credit application with fake promises!!!!Update-I initially stopped in to diagnose a check engine light, I was really excited about upgrading my car.In fairness**The shuttle service guy made me feel welcome, he is amazing. The sales guy followed up with me today attempting to give me options but I’ll pass, due to the options not being presented upfront.

Took in a 2003 CTS on July 24th with abs and trac lights coming on together periodically. After shutting off the car and restarting the lights go away. As well as p-codes listed through radio. They scanned the car and told me nothing was wrong with it. They also had no clue what the diagnostic codes were through the radio. Seems like I knew more about the car then their mechanics did. They cut the cost in half but I would have preferred to pay full price and figured out what was wrong with the car.

Made appointment for oil change. Asked if they were going to get me in right away because I didnt have a lot of time. They said yes. After an hour an a half I said get me my car because I have to go. They still hadnt finished it completely. I think nobody even worked on it for at least 45 min. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Our Salesman was Joe Hacker. The entire experience, from start to finish was absolutely fabulous. It was raining the day we came to look at cars and Joe brought every one that we wanted to see right to the showroom door. The test drive was great, the negotiations were painless.Delivery was very smooth and quite fast. The instructions about the operation of the vehicle that we got from Joe were excellent. All in all, a very pleasurable buying experience.We would recommend Joe to anyone interested in a new Cadillac.

Recently purchased an SRX coming off of lease. The car itself is excellent with no surprises. Boucher staff were very professional and attentive. Attention to detail in getting the contract correct. Some back-and-forth in the negotiations (expected) but was resolved rather quickly. All-in-all good experience and would certainly work with Boucher again.

Service Was Great!!

I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation all for the grand bargain of almost $100.00 (ouch). Also I had a peice of trim by my back drivers side window (the real reason I went there) that had already been replaced once for free because of recall but these guys insisted on charging me for the part and labor $179.00 so I passed on that. The service advisor made me feel like I was infringing on his otherwise uneventful day. Ridiculous!I will say on a positive note they were honest with me and told me my brake pads and tires were fine and didnt try to up sell me something I didnt need.

As soon as my husband and myself came thru the door we were treated with a great deal of respect. No one crowed us. We were shown different vehicles and they are the highest quality. We were never pressured. All of our questions were answered and it was a very nice experience. Our salesman Derrick Mayer was very impressive. He took us for a test drive and when it came down to doing the paperwork it was not a big heavy deal. In fact, it was timely (fast) and courteous. I am relaxed about the process and in the future look forward to buying a new car with Derrick and the team of professionals.

We live 3 hours from Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha. I found a used Mercedes that I loved online that they had at the dealership. Seeing we couldnt really just go test drive it, I had a lot of questions. Akeeta worked with me, and she was great. She sent me a ton of additional pictures, and did everything she could to be sure I knew as much as possible about the vehicle before we drove there to purchase it. The purchasing process went quick and smooth. However, upon arrival back at our home, we noticed the vehicle was leaking oil. We called Boucher right away, and they were amazing. They drove a loaner car to us, 3 hours away. They had the Mercedes towed to a local shop and paid to have it fixed (it was just a bad oil plug gasket). I dont know that Ill ever buy a car from another dealer again. I have never had such a great experience working with a dealership.

Traded in our 2007 Town and Country for a 2015 with low miles. Transaction went smoothly, took half the time as when we did this at a Chrysler dealer. All the paper work was put on a thumb drive for our records. And our granddaughter enjoyed popcorn and cartoons while she waited for us.

I love that dealership. The sales floor people are great, but what beats the sales floor is the service department! It is the most efficient fastest service department I have ever encountered in a dealership! Eric to service advisor is absolutely great, Gary Hug is not bite any means bed himself. Bob the service department manager is probably one of the most awesome people I meant in my life and so is Kevin the sales floor manager.

Andrea, in the finance dept, was also great to work with. Nate listened to our needs & came through with good suggestions and/or options for us. Even though it took us two visits to finalize everything, we never felt rushed. Great service, definitely would recommend to our friends & family.
