This was our first purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook. Picked up a new 2021 GLE 350 with the AMG night package. We worked with Alex. Alex had the vehicle pulled up when we got there, detailed, and spent time walking us through the vehicle and its features. Financing with Rafael was easy and quick and we were in and out with our new GLE in no time. We got the treatment you would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Overall, a great experience!

I live over an hour away, but this is the second car we’ve purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook! Aaron Harmon and team were absolutely FANTASTIC. They got me financing that was FAR better than I expected, everything was conducted over the phone (including my trade-in), and when I went to pick up the car, it was all ready to go when I got there. Sent my wife to look for a gls 450 because another Mercedes dealer told us they had it. The sales rep was so rude and a terrible attitude. He also treated her in a very disrespectful manner, like we didn’t belong there. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was because of our race…

When we had an issue with our Mercedes, the Service Manager, Matt, was very attentive. He provided the personal touch up to and including arranging to have me picked up and dropped off. Outstanding service!

Car sales person was great to work with, unfortunately we could not make a deal. This is do to the car dealerships unwillingness to meet or exceed another dealerships price. I recommend driving to IL. Well worth it.

Dennis Hackney was an amazing person who truly understands customer needs, able to map it to the best inventory and drive through entire process of taste drive to vehicle on road. The best I liked is his ability to connect with customer and care the vehicle at personal level. I am writing this review after a year. Idriz, my sales consultant was incredibly helpful and he made the process go smooth & the purchase stress free. I initially contacted MB of Elmbrook inquiring about a vehicle that they advertised on their website for a great price. Despite the fact that I live in Miami, FL but I was willing to get the vehicle shipped for that price. Idriz has been nothing short of amazing. He gave me all the info I requested promptly and he took me for a video tour to see the vehicle via FaceTime. I was worried of the shipping process and the fees associated but he managed to find me a shipping company to take care of the shipping for a very affordable price! Will definitely refer family and friends here.

Infinity and lexus were my previous two cars.lexus buying experience? When it came time to sign the deal they tried to squeeze another $500 out of me.lnfinity was worse.My sales man was great.Then the sales manager came out,and tried to take over. Why? Bought our Sprinter van from out of state. Jeff Majdoch was amazing! He gets 10 stars. We bought this with a bank loan and were paying tax and registration in our home state. This seems to have confused people in the finance and title departments. It was like pulling teeth to just have the title sent to our bank and understand that we would be taking the vehicle to our DMV to pay taxes and register in our home state. Jeff came to our rescue and handled things like a professional an we now have our Sprinter. She looks perfect and no hidden surprises. We would buy from these guys again now. Thank you, Jeff!

Poor customer service. After speaking with Matt service manager, he would not help at all. Online service scheduling tool does not work properly and gives you available appointments/dates/ times that dont exist. When you show up for the appointment that online system schedules for you, service department doesnt have you in the system. Service department over booked for this reason. Would not recommend servicing vehicle there and scheduling your appointments online.

I bought a used sprinter here. The sale went smoothly and the salesman was great, but the van didn’t even make it home before it had a mechanical issue. The management of the dealership took over a week to get back to me and they finally covered most of the bill. They said the dealership that fixed it did more than they needed so they would cover all of it. Had they gotten back to me (or the other dealership that reached out repeatedly) in a timely matter we could have kept them from doing “more than they needed to”. Now after about a month I have yet to receive my title in the mail. My temporary tags have already expired. I’ve left multiple messages and still no one has reached out to me. This dealership has failed on multiple levels.

Dec 22nd was the day that my brother and myself walked into Elmbrook Mercedes. After discussing earlier about me getting an SUV, this is where we ended up. Overall we had an outstanding experience working with Dennis at Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook. Easy purchase, no headache, no pressure

Called the parts dept on 03-02-21 got a busy signal 2 times then when I reached the parts dept they transffered me over to the service dept because they didnt know what part I needed the service dept never picked up the phone no stars on this one

Car buying experience was fine but I just got stood up for my first service appt. Sat morning 8 am and no one was there by 8:15 am. Quite disappointing to get stood up for a car service appt.

Yesterday was my first experience at this dealership and honestly it was the best “car buying” experience I have ever had! I worked with Aaron Harmon. He was excellent I gave him the information on the car I wanted and deal I desired. He quickly took my information and worked with myself and Joe Malinowski who also was very helpful. They showed me every number and worked up a deal that completely made sense! The whole negotiations took about 10 min and ended up taking home an amazing new vehicle later that evening. These guys are top notch and we will definitely work with them again in the future!

This is the second car I bought from MB of Elmbrook, and Ivory Dabney in particular. She is a true professional, and a delightful person to boot! In these trying and difficult times, she and MB Elmbrook navigated through the uncertain waters of how to order, build and deliver a custom built MB, from Germany and although there were some delays, they delivered! Before driving 80 miles to test drive the car we asked specific questions that were promptly and rightly answered. AWe were not pushed or pressured at all, on the contrary, besides doing a comprehensive test drive, we were given plenty of time to get all the information we needed to make our decision. The last 5 vehicles Ive purchased were through CarMax because I HATE the typical dealership experience. Since CarMax had no low-mile Sprinter vans anywhere in the nation I had to look elsewhere. I explained this to the rep who took my initial inquiry, Adriatik, and he made sure that my out-of-state purchase experience was hassle-free and even downright pleasant. Cassandra emailed all the finalized documents to me prior to my arrival so that all my wife and I had to do was confirm and sign. Then there was a much-needed extensive overview of the vehicle by Adriatik and we were off. If we decide we like the vanlife we will probably upgrade to a new 4x4 in a couple of years. We will definitely make the 1,200 mile trip to buy from them again.

From my 1st phone call with Adriatik Azizi, I knew my husband & I could work with him to help us decide on a new car. We expected to buy another Acura, but the Acura SUV just didnt feel right. We took a chance...why NOT a Mercedes this time? Adriatik was very kind, very patient, and very knowledgeable about his cars. The worst purchase and experience EVER!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I just recently bought a used car from Mercedes, and I thought with the the brand and reputation they had service would have been outstanding. However, it was everything but that! I thought I was getting a great vehicle but turns out they didnt disclose alot of issue that the car had, and when I brought the issues to their attention I was ignored or pushed of to the next person time and time again. I call and email constantly and never hear back from anyone! The vehicle window disclosure was NEVER displayed in the window and when I left I called to tell them my back window wasnt working, so they told me to just hold the button down and it will reset and work. When that didnt work they said well it looks like you signed the vehicle disclosure that says it doesnt work, so we arent going to fix it. Wait theres more, and that same door doesnt work (but they didnt disclose that!) and they wont fix it! But Check engine light keeps coming on since day 2 of purchase guess what I was told, its not their problem! But claims the vehicle passed all safety inspection. The manager told me sound like Im having buyers remorse, yeah, I wonder why? My sales man told me, I dont get why your complaining, its a nice car that a lot of other people wanted. I looked at him and said I dont care, they can have this junk! Now Im stuck with a car I just got and I already hate and needs repairs left and right!!!

I have worked with a lot of sales people over the years, running a business. I have to say Ivory Dabney is one of the very best. My car buying experiences before then quite frankly sucked. She almost can read my mind and I never felt pressured. But also a brand like Mercedes needs people like Ivory to reflect the image. If you want a Benz, go to her.

Brought the car in to replace the recalled airbag. The staff here was friendly and very helpful. They were attentive to our needs without being overbearing and it was a nice atmosphere all around. 10/10 would bring the car here again for maintenance or repairs.

Came today ready to make an offer on an F150 and two sales people at their desks (no customer and not on their phones) we waited for about five minutes and left. one was on their cell phone scrolling, looked at us and turned around. No one even bothered to greet us. Must be nice not to need to make a sale. We will take our money where they care.

I should add to my other comment that after flying from Colorado to pick up this vehicle it had 1,000 miles more than what they advertised it as having. This is 3 strikes against them and as a working artist who had to deliver a sculpture with this sprinter van days after purchasing it, not getting back to me about mechanical issues that were overlooked by their shop interfered not just with my life, but my business. Now again. I’m waiting for my title and my van is illegal until I get it, but I need it for work.

Went into the dealership as a first time customer to them, not to Mercedes. We were looking to trade in our 12 C300. Wife wanted the same body style, but new to her with as little mileage as possible. She puts about 40K a year on her car. I called the dealership about 3hrs before we got there to confirm if they still had the car we wanted to look at. They said they did still have it available. We get there, meet Wyn Martin, who was helpful. He took info from us as to what we were looking for. Told us he would call us within a few days as other cars are coming in. We told him we were ready to purchase immediately.We never received a call back. I called to check on a car that came in a few days later that I found on their website. Was told it was available(didnt fall for that again) and asked for Wyn, who never returned my call. We were looking to spend around $30K on a certified Mercedes. Obviously that isnt enough to warrant a call back.Now we are no longer Mercedes customers. We bought a brand new $52K Audi and NOT from their sister store as the run around in the Sales Dept is similar there.

I just purchased an E Class Mercedes from M-B of Elmbrook. Every aspect of the experience was great. Ivory, my salesperson, was exceptional. She gave me a great deal on the purchase as well as on my trade. She didnt waste my time, she was very knowledgeable about the product and she was a lot of fun. This was truly a game-changer experience. I dropped my wife off for her physical therapy and told her I would go to the Mercedes dealer to see the MB convertibles. I returned one hour later to tell her we had to go back to meet Julia and to see the convertible she had on the floor.We did just that, and a few hours later we were in our Mercedes E350. There was no pressure from anyone, Julia was super helpful, knowledgeable and counseled us, as was Jason. We received any and all requested information freely and timely, and the overview of the vehicles features we received from Jason when we picked up the vehicle was beyond all expectations, lasting almost two hours with everyone of our questions answered.We feel as though we have now new members of our family!. This location is very active with keeping me updated on my vehicles status, they are always asking if I’m happy with the services they have provided as well which makes the experience great knowing they are happy to receive feedback for improvements and/or knowing they are providing excellent service.

Casey Welter provided the best car buying experience we have ever had and we are already talking about buying our next car from her! She was responsive to our one concern and took care of it without question. Everything was smooth from the first test drive to leaving the dealership.

Bought my 09 GL 450 from International Autos in 2012. I have had all the recommended service performed at the recommended intervals from Mercedes of Elmbrook. Love the car, but it has had some costly repairs necessary. This dealership has always gone to bat for me. But the topper came a few weeks ago, when a small leak under the power steering pump turned out to mean that I needed a new pump. Drew explained the issue, and then said, I looked at your history and youve been a good customer. I said yes, this is the only place that I let work on my car. He said, I see that. Weve contacted Mercedes, and were going to cover this repair for you. I was shocked. Never asked for that. It came out of the blue. Needless to say, my next car will come from Mercedes of Elmbrook. We had our Mercedes Benz GL450 serviced there for a timing chain, cam magnets, and air suspension levelers. It was a huge job that had some unforeseen catastrophic issues. Drew and Matt in the service department were awesome in getting MB Corporate to cover some of the cost.I will continue to be a loyal Mercedes owner and by far they have my loyalty to service.Thanks Guys!

Went there to service my car. The people were great. They let me use a loaner car to go grab lunch since I missed lunch. The service took an hour longer then they told me though. However, they get 5 stars because without me asking they corrected it by waiving my charges. I bought my car new there and will be back.

He went above and beyond without even knowing me other then I am a Mercedes car client, handled getting me a rental which meant going out of his way when cars were not available doing all the coordinating with the rental company, when other dealerships I called simply brushed me to the end of the line without any effort spent on pleasing me as the customer all and giving excuses as to why they could not help me vs Drew finding all the ways to help me.Coming onsite to the Service station the experience was fast, pleasant, highly professional and note worthy. Let me tell you about Drew. Drew is a man of utmost qualifications for his job. He is kind, genuine, and understanding. Mercedes should clone Drew, so they can have the best Service rep working at all their locations. Drew was upfront and honest with me, not usually a strong suit of dealership service centers. My c55 AMG was exquisitely taken care of, and while I do most of my repairs myself, Drew left me feeling that I could come to him without any of the usual dealer hangups. We were on the road to our next campsite when our Navion developed some problems. We pulled in to Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook and they took our rig right into the shop checked it out and then told us how long it would take to fix it. They sent me and my two dogs into the waiting area which had complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and water. The staff kept checking to see if we were alright and to visit. They finished the Navion within their estimated time and we were on our way the same morning. Wish they were closer to where we live but the Mercedes Dealer near our home does a great job as well although there we have always been able to make an appointment.Great job Mercedes I am so happy to be one of the family.

We traded in our 15 Yukon Denali for a 19 GLS certified pre-owned. We received a fair deal on both our trade and the purchase price of the new GLS. We worked with Dennis, who was excellent. Very informative, and ready to help with anything we needed without being pushy. I wanted to be able to pick the car up after work and bring it home to my wife for our anniversary. Dennis made that happen and even did something a little extra for my wife, which was very cool! Casey was very easy to work with during closing as well, and made the process quick and painless. Overall, a very good experience and we plan on returning for both service and future new vehicle purchases.
