That guy was super awesome!! he knows all about all of the products. he was able to answer all of my questions. Very helpful!!

Stay away from the Waukesha store! He added charges I didn’t authorize. He told me he couldn’t fix my phone and I had to buy a new one, it felt super sketchy. He also messed up my online account and put some phone on there I don’t even have. When I got home I contacted Boost Mobile on their website and they fixed my phone issue I was having and removed the charge this guy added. The guy at Waukesha was also rude.

I am a regular customer at this store. I always go there. I bought five phones for my family from there and every time they gave me a good price and great service. Last time, he gave me two free SIM cards and switched my old phones to they new ones for free. I highly recommend this store and boost mobile in general.

Ive been with Boost now for a few years, have only dealt with this location so Ive been in there a time or two. When your buying a new phone, the guy is helpful (though Ive never been given a receipt). If your in need of help....forget it! I was in there last night during normal business hours & there was a girl working. I told her the issues I was having, she dialed and texted herself from my phone & said well now its working. I asked if there was some settings she could check out that didnt get changed by mistake and was told no, not really.Got home to the same issues, called the store & now the guy was there. He told me to come back in the morning.So thats what I did. After waiting 15 minutes while he was on a personal call, he got to me. A whole 3-5 minutes he looked at my phone. Same thing, its working now. Even told me if my texts and calls werent going through, the people had blocked me!! I have not recently moved & like I said been a customer for years but am in the past 2 weeks having phone issues. So needless to say, I think I need a new phone. You can bet it wont be with Boost!!

He may be a nice guy. I understand that it’s rough on small businesses right now but this place cheats customers. The phone prices were higher than the websites. The phone may have been refurbished or returned because the box was incomplete.

My father in-law (who is 80) and I went into this store because he just purchased a new phone in Ft. Myers, and having problems with it.The clerk behind the counter was very rude and short with us, grabbing the phone out of his hand and looking at it for a minute before he told us there was nothing he could do with it, and told us to take it back where we purchased it from.We purchased it from BOOST in Ft. Myers, FL, and my father in-law was MOVING to Wisconsin, so taking it back to Florida wasnt an option.Just very poor customer service and not even willing to listen to what we had to say about anything. Definitely would NOT recommend using this store to purchase your mobile devices.

I buy all my phones here. I have used metro and was not happy but Boost is affordable. Yes they offer protectors and cases at time of purchase and try and have you walk out with them at a reasonable cost. I dont feel they are pushy or take my money. I honestly feel this company is under rated and people look for any excuse to attack them. Only downfall I occasionally have is if you use your phone a lot and I mean a lot- Just buy a larger phone with the storage. I keep making the mistake of getting a smaller phones and it causes problems for me.

The guy running this location has absolutely no idea about the phones he sells and takes every opportunity to take advantage, trying to double charge you for a bill that is on auto payment. And be sure to always ASK for receipts! Check them before you leave. Hell never put a receipt in a bag. This is really bad business.

I had to wait quite awhile due to a very rude customer ahead of me, but when it was my turn, the staff woman was great and took care of my needs quickly.

Boost is basically the best in mobile cellphone service. Hands down.

They work with you real good here in this store they have plenty of patience theyre not in a rush but it doesnt take that long they get you in and out with no problem very satisfying yes I would recommend friends to come here

Boost Mobile is horrible! My daughter is with Boost Mobile and they are just money hungry and the service is horrible. Ive been with Cricket for 20 years or more, and they are great never had a problem oh, and I get service where she dont! LOL

They were able to guide me through many things on my phone i had questions about,that other stores couldnt help with. I would definitely refer them. and go back for future products and services.

I stopped in to check it out. They are on the Sprint Network.The prices seem a little least expensive better than Verizon or T-mobilethey help me to turn on my own favorite smartphone with plan that works with my needs.

Extremely rude. When I went in to find out about why my phone wouldnt roam in the Hazelhurst,WI area he put me on the phone with the rudest man ever. He said I had used all my roaming( 50 minutes a month) already and it was the second of the month and I have never once gone into roaming. Extremely rude and very sketchy. I will be taking my business to a more legit and reliable company

Asked the guy if I could just buy a phone outright without a plan (so i could activate it with sprint) and he told me no, I needed to be with boost for at least 1 month. went online and found out if you buy a boost phone the company wont unlock it until you have been on a plan for 12 months!

Asked for automatic payments to be made to my credit card twice. The manager said he set it up only to find out it wasnt. The store is closed when during business hours with constant notes of be right back. Horrible management and customer service.

They tried to overcharge me 100 dollars. Tried to by a cheap 50 dollar phone to replace a broken one. They tried charging me 50 for reactivation 50 to swap phones and 50 for my new phone. I went to target and paid 50 dollars to get the same phone and re activated it and swapped it for free.
