Chris and his coworker were so sweet and kind to my family. We had been with them for years. We left for a cheaper price at spectrum for a while. When we came back he remembered and welcomed us. They were so patient and knowledgeable. Chris is honestly my family’s phone guy forever. I do not know him personally so this is not a biased review. We have seen him for maybe 6-9 years. Seriously the patience is real. Also music taste is the shop is 10/10.

Yesterday marked the 5th time in 2020 that I visited Connect Cell to add or replace a different phone for my family and my business.They are a very nice team of people to work with, each is highly knowledgeable, they communicate clearly and have been excellent to work with.I had a significant glitch take place in the transfer of my info from my prior to my new phone and I was especially grateful that Nicholas was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to spend 2 additional hours of his time on this project until the transfer of all of my necessary information was complete.I would wholeheartedly recommend Connect Cell for these reasons.

I went in to take advantage of an offer to upgrade 3 phones. When entered the store my family and I were greeted nicely and the wait was not long. Nicholas Dobbs took very good care of us and explained everything very well and made sure we understood everything. I ended up getting 3 new phones and walking out with the BEST customer service I have ever received from and cellular store ever. I will do my business there from now on and recommend all my friends and family to go there. Very very pleased!

I went in to find out why my phone memory was getting taken up so fast despite not utilizing a great amount of storage for pictures or videos and deleting many old ones. It turned out to be an social media app taking up the storage, and Nicholas helped me go into a finer detail settings of the phones memory/data section to track down the app that was utilizing the memory. We found out through some searching online how to clear the cache on the app which solved the issue.Nicholas Dobbs also cleaned my phone case while helping me install a new memory card I had bought previously at another location and transferred my photos/videos while showing me how to make use of the new card. Hes easily one of the best if not the best U.S Cellular employees Ive come across after being a customer for years and theyre typically nice to begin with.

He was very nice and personable. He listened to exactly what I wanted and began taking notes to ensure he got it all. I had a few good laughs while ensuring my needs were met. Nick and Vince both brainstormed ways to make sure i was gettin the best deals with promotional opportunities and such. Happy I went in today. It was painless

I have been working with Bryce and Vince for a few years now. I went in the other day with questions and as always Bryce was knowledgable and honest, always with the intent to do what serves me best and save me money. I came in not long after he started and he should be recognized for continuing to do an outstanding job.The same can be said of Vince. I came in after I lost my phone and he went out of his way to help me find it. He tracked it from the store and I called him from the location where it was pin pointed and he stayed with me on the phone while I tried to find it. I had dropped it in a parking lot and it was underneath a car. It was at night, raining, and this gentleman drove out there to make sure I found it. Now that is going above and beyond to provide customer service!These two gentleman are the biggest reason why I stay with the company. I know they will always take care of my needs. I dont go anywhere else. These guys are the best!!

TBH, Ive had experiences at other local USC offices that left me cold. This office, however, actually opened on time (!!!!! was actually open a little early), had more than one person available, and was absolutely terrific. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Went in with a broken phone, left with a brand new top of the line phone at basically no extra expense. Well done, young Vince!

Sam was very nice. he gave us what was the best plan for us. We had a plan and he said just keep wat you got for how we use our phones. He could have had us into a more expensive plan and he didnt. We will recommend all our friends to us U.S Cellular!

There are a few things that they cant do that the corporate store can but typically these involve special circumstances. Nicolas was extremely helpful during our visit explaining options and reducing my current bill.

I was having trouble with getting service with my Samsung Galaxy S3 so I stopped in to see if there was anything that I could do about it. I worked with Vince, and he looked my phone up and found that I was eligible for a free replacement with a Galaxy S4 due to antenna issues with the S3 that I had. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes, with a new phone being shipped to me free of charge. Vince handled my concerns very appropriately, and was very helpful! I will definitely go back to this store if I have future concerns. Nice work, fellas!
