Called store to see how many pre orders were available today after they was sold out and the guy still said can’t give out those numbers. Like dude I know your sold out I just wanted to know how many you did have so I know to come on the next wave or not. It’s not like it’s a guarded secret.

The store on Sunset Drive in Waukesha is the best by far around Southeastern Wisconsin.

Jade is amazing. Give her a raise! Amazing customer service. She was also so nice to my son. Ive noticed many employees get a bit awkward speaking to children bit she was so accommodating and welcoming. Amazing store and selection10/10 will be back

I go to this location frequently (usually about 3/4 times a month). They always have the best figures, which is why I go so frequently. The gentlemen that work there are always so lovely, welcoming and funny. I more so go for the anime merch, which I am always pleasantly surprised with how much this location carries! Keep on being great guys!

So if the employees are so helpful why was I shut down for a half hour trying to get ahold of someone there for a question on a xbox a friend is supposed to received on Saturday and its still not in this state. Hmmmm

Good selection of video games, systems, accessories and memorabilia. Im not usually a fan of GameStop because of some of their policies, but this is one of their better locations. Staff here is much friendlier and more helpful than their average location.

Great place to go get games all you got to do is look online for the game you want and then find out which store its at you can put a hold on it right online or you can go to the store and buy it and it tells you if its new or used and they pretty much get every game whatever game they dont have they can order it for you and they got cool videos playing with all the new games coming out

The manager and worker were incredibly friendly, very helpful, and had a nice sense of humor. The prices were a bit high, aswell as some of the games stopped working within 2 weeks use. I am disappointed in this, and will probably not buy from here again, unless I am to get my money back for the game cheapness.

I shop at Gamestop for the browsing factor. Toy stores dont exist anymore and this is the best place to find collectables that you didnt know you were looking for until you saw it.

Went to buy a game, and after turning down the usual offers of memberships, I am rung up and told the game and lifetime warranty will cost X. I didnt ask for a lifetime warranty. It was never brought up until I was moving my card towards the machine. Clearly trying to sneak a 3 dollar gamestop tax on a game. I caught it, but would a mother or grandmother? Shady practices the manager refused to acknowledge; cause yes I was verbally told it at the end of the paying process of it, but do you expect the cashier at the grocery store to add candy to the total, tell you your groceries and candy comes to X? No, cause thats BS.

Wow...Im in shock. GameStop really went downhill. There was stuff everywhere! Tshirts, coffee mugs and those silly pop things. It looked like a rummage sale in there. Hopefully this place turns it around cause we used to love going to midnight releases here

I went in here once and the manager was great. I even took the time to submit a customer service review for him. I had a couple pre-orders I never picked up and he called 3 different stores to collect them for me. I havent had any other video game needs, but I plan to go back here for the next game I get.

Well this is the only place you can pre-order a game after it came out and they will even open up your pre-order for you to save you your time. Jon is great but he likes girl games and bruce is great he always makes me smile with things he says lol****Update***** I went in with my buddy and kids the other day and wow the employees lie to customers telling them the only way to trade something in is with the power ups reward card. It’s really said how far this store has fallen apart.

Ive been going to this location since I moved to Mukwonago. The workers are friendly and always ask if you need any help. Down side wish there was one in Muk town so I dont have to drive so far lol!

I ordered a game from the GameStop store online upon receiving the disc I noticed large and deep gouges in the disc and could tell it was unreadable I then went to multiple stores showed them my receipt that clearly states if the item is damaged I could return it to any GameStop location and would receive a new copy of the game unfortunately they would not honor the return policy I ended up tossing the game in the trash long story short customer service was terrible no one knew what was going on which wasted my time and money

Price is high on most items. Manager did not know what he was selling.
