Paid for service with reupholster card the month of June. Was repeatly told my phone wasn’t working because they were having problems with there tower being down.When I called to get credited for the month I got no help just a run around. Cricket has just lost a customer & I would never recommend them to anyone!

Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful I was having difficult time setting up my phone. While I was waiting for my phone to update, Steve was helping another customer, she was having problems with her phone and she thought she needed a new phone. Instead Steve worked on her phone and explain the problem and fixed her phone for her. He is an amazing person and doesnt take advantage of customers to sell them more then what they need. He is an outstanding person. He goes above and beyond what he has to do to help others.

He is as honest and friendly as anyone I`ve ever dealt with in customer service anywhere. He will not try to sell you something you don`t need. This makes me a lifetime customer!A couple local people stopped in simply to visit with him!
This place is 100 times better than the big cell phone companies like at&t & others. Im a Vietnam veteran confined to an electric wheelchair. The young man who helped me was very kind, courteous, polite & helpful!!!!!!He treated me like a human being unlike the big cell companies!!!!Dont remember name but called him red cause of his red hair.Its a shame i cant give them more than 5 stars cause they really deserve it!!!!!!!!!!

I am basing this review on the quality of customer service. The store itself was in poor shape as it is in the process of being remodeled. The 3 young men working in this store today (7-13-19) were kind, courteous, and personable, as well as, knowledgeable about their products. I brought my teenaged nephew in to help him set up a new account for his old phone. We soon realized that his phone speaker was not working and returned to the store for help. They helped him replace his phone as well. They did not try to over sell him products or services that he would not be able to afford. Our salesperson went out of his way to help us out. The icing on the cake was when I observed the other customers being treated with the same kindness and compassion. Keep up the great work guys!
My experience was horrible. i came out to your location Friday and was too busy to get in. which is fine. so i checked the sign and website to see when they opened the next day and it said ELEVEN oclock. i wasted my gas and time for an hour and a half waiting for someone to get there and never showed up. missing my lunch plans i couldnt even get ahold of the people i was seeing because i DIDNT HAVE A PHONE TO CONTACT THEM WITH. change your sign and website times if youre not going to have people there. horrible customer service. waste of my day.

I love cricket but I dont enjoy going to their stores. Staff has always been very polite and helpful and knowledgeable, but the store itself is the pits. Its a cute little store but there is absolutely no place to sit and if it takes you while to get everything set up and ready it gets tiring having to stand there and if youre disabled like I am its even more painful.

Switched from Verizon to Cricket three weeks ago. Needed a new phone but wanted to see them in person before buying so went to this store. Salesperson Steven W. was very helpful and friendly. Told me that one of their free phones was comparable to the one I had and didnt pressure me to buy a higher-priced one, which I very much appreciated. Got me onto my daughters family plan with only minimal difficulty. Offered me a $30 store credit and when I asked what I could get for $30, showed me some iDiskk earbuds for $29.99 (so basically free). Left the store a happy camper. Charged the earbuds at home and tried to sync them to my phone but it didnt work for me. Daughter was able to do it a week later and I was ready to use them. Tried using them a few times when going for a walk and they would be 100% charged when I left but would be down to 10% within a half hour. Goofed around with them on and off for the next two weeks but was never able to get them to hold a charge. Returned to the store this afternoon, hoping to get a replacement pair only to be told that the return policy was two weeks (and today was three weeks) so they would do nothing for me. When I bought the phone I was told the phone return period was one week but was never told there was a two-week return policy for accessories. This was a defective item from the start and Im very disappointed they would not accept a return because of that. Do NOT buy the iDiskk earbuds but if you do, make sure you try them out right away.

The SO CALLEDSTORE MANAGER PURPOSELY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE I WANTED, SO I WOULD BUY THE 1 THT WAS THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE! THE NEXT DAY HE SOLD MY FAMILY MEMBER THE PHONE HE SAID THT HE WAS ALL SOLD OUT FROM, THE 1 I ORIGINALLY WANTED.hTHEN THE CHARGER WASNT WORKING AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND THEN HE TRIED TO ACCUSE ME THT I HAD BROKE IT IN THE 12HR I HAD IT. I EXCHANED IT OUT BUT THIS PHONE NOW IS STILL A LOW GRADE PHONE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GARBAGE!!!! AND SADLY HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MANAGEMENT

My charger quit working and only had for six months took back to store and they said charger not under warranty and had to buy a new one for seventeen dollars and said i wanted wall charger one and guy sold me wrong type so had to make a second trip back for correct one the guy was very disrespectful would not recomend cricket wireless
