Excellent service and pretty good food. Normally close to fully stocked hot item area and barely a wait to check out. Typically fairly busy at the pumps and inside. Wide selection of snacks, drinks, etc. Car wash line can occasionally get backed up, but not as bad as some other Kwik Trip car wash locations. The Firehouse pizza is freaking amazing!!! but its limited time only.

Let me start with I love Kwik trips. Always friendly and love the food and bakery selections. BUT I don’t go to the west Ave one very often. Stopped in tonite 11ish. The lady working was NOT friendly like I am used to at a Kwik trip. I was the only customer. She was wiping things down by coffee and made me wait for 4-5 min. Which ok I get she’s working then she doesn’t say anything to me and starts ringing me up. Never even looking at me. After giving my change back I say Thank you! And she finally speaks and says YEP!! I won’t be going back!

They refuse to fix their air pump so theres no way to fill your tires.

I love coming to this particular kwik trip. Usually everyone is very friendly and nice. Great customer service. Until today. I felt rushed at the check out and the man who checked me out asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said that I did and then he didnt give it to me. Like I said. Very rushed and there wasnt a long line. It doesnt make sense to me.

We stop here often, but today when we got one of their take & bake pizzas, as I was paying Miguel asked us if wed like them to bake it for us which was a pleasant surprise. A far as we knew no places that have take & bake pizza will actually bake it for you. Tracey was also very helpful with helping us find the pizza we were looking for. This place is very clean, safe and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Having worked in customer service for years myself, I know how awesome it is to deal with staff as wonderful as they are here & how often customers can take this for granted. Thanks West Ave Kwik Trip, you guys rock! :)

Me and my mother went in after a long night and our cashier Andy was super friendly and made sure we had a great visit. Shoutout to Andy :)

Walked in there to get some kind of quick breakfast. Grabbed a ham and cheese sandwich. This woman named April offered to toast it for me which led to a very pleasant conversation which made my day. The sandwich was delightful as well

Now that’s it is Kwik Trip I love it I hated pdq I like the hot food here. It’s convenient because I live 2 minutes away. Pumping gas is easy I always save on gas with Kwik rewards.

An experienced business name that goes back decades, and this location is a real treat to visit.Gasoline, soda and munchies are a site for soar eyes to the person who works driving around the state on business.A wide variety of snacks, drinks and other merchandise including one thing I needed ...a map.The staff is warm and pleasant to the customers. The checkout lines move efficiently, and I wasnt disappointed with the restrooms like gas stations in other cities.For me, I made the right choice in turning in off of 59 to stretch my legs. Just want to thank the gentleman who gave me a map to help find my way out since my phone was not working properly!

Been stopping here for years on my way to work every morning, but the way the night cashier treats customers is unacceptable. I grabbed my morning coffee in my Karuba refill mug and because I didnt make it to the cash register by the time he checked out his previous customer, he decided that I would wait a couple minutes while he went to the back of the store to restock. You dont treat customers that way. So Ill be getting my coffee from the Speedway down the road from now on.

This PDQ is now a kwik trip station.. Everything inside is kwik trip. Logos on the outside will be changed to kwik trip

Best gas in town!

Was a solid place to go since I pass on my way to work everyday. However They now sell midgrade gas only in E15 which is not compatible with my trucks or motorcycles. So youre forced to buy low grade, or premium. I choose option three, go to another station.Car wash seems to be working lately.

Prices are usually one of the lowest in the area. However You need to prepay here to get gas or use your cc...a bit inconvenient.
